On February 9, 2018, Dr. Oz included a segment on his program about Americans who are concerned about untested 5G small cell towers being installed in front of their homes and throughout their communities. The segment was called “The Rise of 5G Cell Towers.”
The introduction includes how Internet Service Providers (ISP) and telecom companies are installing these 5G small cell towers so Americans can
- Binge watch
- Post (online)
- Surf (the Internet)
without experiencing dropped calls, slower speeds or our screens freezing up.
This describes what humans did in the movie, WALL-E. I feel fatter just thinking about it.
His introduction also explained how smart phones and other electronic devices use a very specific frequency on the “Radio Frequency Spectrum.” This frequency he is referring to is known by many names:
- Cell Phone Radiation
- Microwave Frequency
- Microwave Radiation
- Non-ionizing Radiation
- Radio Frequency (RF)
- Radio Frequency Radiation (RFR)
- Wireless Frequency (WiFi)
- Wireless Radiation
Dr. Oz explained that this current “need” for 5G is – “due to the rise of smart technology, the ever growing number of devices in each household, ”and to meet our increasing “need” for higher Internet speed.
At the same time, there are many Americans who say that they don’t need this – especially if it means installing cell towers all over their neighborhoods.
Regardless, the ISPs and telecom companies have already convinced stated and federal elected officials to create new bills and pass new laws so that they can install 5G cell towers even when municipal governments and citizens don’t want them.
When I think of these 5G small cell towers being installed everywhere, I think of the Disney movie, Fantasia. Anyone who has seen it probably remembers the multiplying broom scene in The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.
For the last several months, many Americans have also been voicing their concerns about digital addiction especially among children. Even tech inventors and investors are speaking out about this and demanding change.
So encouraging and enabling more “binge-watching” and addicted behavior seems inappropriate, insensitive, and moronic. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm right now. Everybody’s gotta eat but give us a break.
Security experts also keep warning us about 5G technology and “The Internet of Things” (IoT). IoT has a 75% failure rate already.
Back to the health issues associated with 24/7 exposure to 5G. There are health issues that have already been documented from current sources of wireless and electrical pollution. Guidelines and safety testing are 20+ years old. We didn’t have as much technology back then.
When now President Trump was campaigning, he promised to:
- Give the country back to the people.
- Make the country great again.
Tick Tock, Mr. President.
