Natural Resources Defense Council Still Fighting Federal Legislation That Removed Local Control Over Harmful 5G Infrastructure. Conference Call Today.

Over the last year, state and federal legislation was passed that allows dangerous 4G and 5G small cell towers and infrastructure to be installed throughout American communities and rural areas – even in front of homes in residential neighborhoods.

Many American communities and organizations have already taken legal action against this. Last summer, NRDC joined several American tribal groups in doing the same. NRDC is still fighting this – along with many other Americans – now including some elected officials. See 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
