In the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave, the First Amendment is the foundation of our democracy. It protects our God-given rights of freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and freedom of religion.
The Hippocratic Oath requires doctors to “First do no harm.” CDC stats in early 2020 showed that COVID was little threat to anyone – especially healthy kids. Several inexpensive early treatments for COVID were known in early 2020 – including HCQ, Ivermectin, budesonide, vitamin D3, and vitamin C. Emergency Use Authorizations can be issued only if there are no available treatments. So, the EUAs for the COVID shots were illegal.
The COVID shots were rushed and experimental, using mRNA technology for the first time. Pfizer has paid $2.3 billion, the largest criminal fine in history. Moderna had never produced a vaccine. Slide 16 of an FDA presentation in 2020 showed that the COVID shots would cause many serious illnesses and deaths.
Yet, the US government, many businesses, schools, the airlines, and US military mandated the COVID shots. That was a violation of the Nuremberg Code which protects people from being forced to accept medical experiments. Anyone (including eminent doctors and scientists) who questioned the official COVID policies was dismissed as a an “anti-vaxxer” and/or “conspiracy theorist.” Yet, increasingly, the corporate media has had to admit that the policies were seriously misguided. However, they have yet to acknowledge the high level of deaths and injuries following the rollout of the COVID shots.
RFK Jr.’s Virtual Roundtable on Censorship
The Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Virtual Roundtable on Censorship was held online on August 17 for about an hour starting at 8PM ET. It was hosted by the legendary journalist Sharyl Attkisson. The discussants expressed dismay at how extensive and insidious censorship has become in the United States—and throughout the Western world. Free speech, they said, is the foundational principle of a democracy. Without it, authoritarianism can spread unchecked, and this is precisely what is happening today.
Kennedy noted that we have stumbled into the dystopian future that so many authors, such as Aldous Huxley, George Orwell, and others, tried to warn us about. He pointed out that an authoritarian regime “always begins with censorship. The number one lesson in a democracy is you never censor people. There is no time in history when we can look back and say it was the good guys who were censoring speech. They were always the bad guys.”
YouTube said it removed the video of the roundtable because it violates its Community Guidelines. So, YouTube censored a roundtable discussion on censorship and won’t allow Americans to hear what a presidential candidate, a former NJ State Senator, two legendary journalists, and a lawyer taking a case to the Supreme Court discussed! YouTube is just making itself increasingly irrelevant because the video of the full roundtable is linked to further below on Rumble!
An email from the Kennedy team pointed out:
“As the Roundtable participants observed, free speech no longer seems to be valued by many people in society, and some even scorn it. How did we get to this place in history, when down is up and wrong is right? The Roundtable focused on two main questions: Who is primarily responsible for the censorship? What can we do about it? The answers were enlightening.
Five-time Emmy Award winner, and recipient of the Edward R. Murrow award for investigative reporting, Sharyl Attkisson, led the discussion. In 2014, after a long and distinguished career, Attkisson resigned from CBS News, saying that her ability to report important stories was being compromised.
When Attkisson asked the panel who was to blame for the censorship epidemic, participants considered the possible roles of various actors: mainstream media companies, tech companies, journalists, pharmaceutical companies, citizens, and government, among others.
Although there are many contributing factors, the panel traced the main source of censorship to government officials, who have been pressuring private media companies. Through discovery processes during various investigations, hearings and lawsuits, the public has learned that corporate media and big tech have been colluding with government officials who are directing their censorship policies.
A number of lawsuits are in process. Attorney Jenin Younes, who is a Senior Special Counsel for the House Judiciary Committee, formerly with New Civil Liberties Alliance, spoke about Missouri v. Biden, for which she is representing the plaintiffs. The complaint alleges that the government’s censorship is most blatant in the creation of a “Disinformation Governance Board” within the Department of Homeland Security. Younes expressed confidence in winning the case, as she believes violation of Constitutional rights is clear. A graver problem, Younes noted, is that the people seem not to understand how important unlimited free speech is to democracy.
Kennedy, who may have the distinction of being one of the most censored people in the U.S., if not the most censored, has been banned from Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and other social media platforms. He is currently involved in six lawsuits, most notably against Google and YouTube, in which he alleges that the tech giants are acting as proxies for the government.
Kennedy remarked that government coercion can take the form of threats to remove a media company’s US Code Section 230 Immunity, which provides immunity for online platforms with respect to user-generated content. This represents “an existential threat” to media companies which readily comply with government censorship requests.
Kennedy added he felt compelled to request a temporary restraining order barring Google from censoring his speech on YouTube during his 2024 presidential campaign. In response, federal Magistrate Judge Nathanael Cousins held an emergency hearing on Wednesday to consider the request. Kennedy voiced great optimism about his legal efforts to stop censorship. But the problem extends outside of U.S. borders. As Kennedy explains in this clip (below), he is also involved in a lawsuit against an organization called the Trusted New Initiative, a collaboration among the BBC and various U.S. and global news outlets.
Journalist and constitutional lawyer, Glenn Greenwald, who broke the much-censored 2014 story of Edward Snowden’s revelations about pervasive and illegal government surveillance of citizenry, helped found a new media outlet called, The Intercept, so that he could publish that story. But this didn’t guarantee his journalistic freedom for long. In 2020, he resigned when an article he wrote was censored for his criticism of then-Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
Greenwald expressed regret that the “uniquely liberatory“ nature of the Internet of the 1990s has ended. Initially, the Internet had greatly facilitated, he said, the ability of “human beings to communicate with one another and to organize without relying on mediation from centralized state and corporate power…. And that simply became too threatening to establishment powers.”
Greenwald opined that today journalists are advocating for censorship. He called it “surreal” and “anathema to what the core values and functions of journalism is supposed to be.” He stressed that it is somewhat of a myth that Conservative voices are the main target of censorship, and he noted that the speech of dissidents from the left has also been banned online. Tragically, he concluded, the Internet has now become the greatest tool of propaganda and oppression.
Attkisson concurred with Greenwald, noting that in 2013, euphemisms for censorship, such as “moderating content” and enforcing “community standards,” were already becoming an acceptable part of public discourse.
Responding to Attkisson’s question about what is to be done about the problem of censorship, former New Jersey Assemblyman, Jamel Holley, who went against his own party to defend the religious exemption for vaccines, declared that the Roundtable itself was a perfect example of effective action. Public awareness is key. Holley also noted the degree to which pharmaceutical companies had influenced state legislatures nationwide in lobbying to remove the religious exemption, which is protected, like free speech, by the First Amendment.
Kennedy explained that the history of the pharmaceutical industry’s increasing influence on the Democratic party began when they were trying to pass Obamacare, which they could not do without offering concessions to the industry: Many people suspected that the powerful arm of the pharmaceutical industry was in control of censorship during the Covid-19 pandemic. But, as Kennedy noted, the relationship between the pharmaceutical industry and the state’s intelligence and security apparatus is “seamless”—and that, unfortunately, they now work in concert with one another.

Dr. Renata Moon Fired For Speaking At Senate Hearing
The American College of Pediatrics’ site says:

Dr. Moon recently join the Board of Directors of the American College of Pediatricians to help children and their families.
The video below shows that when Dr. Moon was asked to testify at Sen. Ron Johnson’s COVID Vaccine Roundtable on December 7, 2022, she said that in her clinical practice, she has seen an unprecedented increase in myocarditis among kids.
She pointed out that the insert for the COVID shot simply says, “Intentionally blank.” She pointed out that all other medical inserts are filled with information to allow doctors to provide patients with information about the pros and cons to facilitate informed consent. She said American doctors are being silenced and censored although other nations have banned or restricted the COVID shot.

In the video below, Dr. Moon explains that in March of this year, she received a letter from her medical school with questions about her speaking at the hearing. The school said it had an ethical obligation to report what she said to the medical board of her state (Washington) because she may have spoken misinformation. The school also said that she may no longer be suitable in teaching their medical students because the school follows “the evidence.”
At the end of June, the school failed to renew Dr. Moon’s annual contract as a faculty member.
Dr. Moon said she is concerned about our freedom of speech both within the academic world of medical schools and for the average citizens in America who now find themselves with a loss of freedom of speech. Dr. Moon points out that there was a statistically zero percent risk of children dying from COVID. Dr. Moon said she has been in favor of and has promoted childhood vaccines her whole career. She trusted the regulatory agencies.
Dr. Moon explains that myocarditis is extraordinarily rare. She said she has seen only two or three cases in her whole career until the rollout of the COVID shot which was issued under “Emergency Use Authorizations” which meant that the long-term side effects were not known. So, she explained that it doesn’t make sense to give children the shot since the CDC stats showed in early 2020 that they had zero risk from COVID. Dr. Moon is concerned that the COVID shot is harming America’s kids since studies show that myocarditis following these shots may be a LOT higher than anyone realized.

Dr. Meryl Nass Sues Maine Medical Board
Dr. Meryl Nass today filed suit against the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine and its individual members, alleging the board violated her First Amendment rights and her rights under the Maine Constitution. The complaint alleges the board engaged in retaliatory conduct against Nass, a practicing internal medicine physician and member of the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) scientific advisory board, when the board suspended her medical license for publicly expressing her dissenting views on official COVID-19 policies, the COVID-19 vaccine and alternative treatments. “Because she was outspoken, the board targeted Dr. Nass as someone to silence,” her attorney, Gene Libby told The Defender.

Doctors Censored by The Lancet in Paper that Found 74% mRNA Vaccine-Related Cause of Death
Dr. Peter McCullough has also presented hypotheses for how the shot damages the heart. In a July 2023 systematic review19,20 of 325 autopsy cases, McCullough and his team concluded that 62.5% to 73.9% of post-jab deaths were likely caused by the injection.
The most implicated organ system was the cardiovascular system (53%), followed by the hematological system (17%), the respiratory system (8%), and multiple organ systems (7%)….
McCullough cites research showing there are two primary periods of sudden cardiac death: during exercise and between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. The common factor between these two is adrenaline. Adrenaline surges during exercise and in the natural waking process. If you have myocarditis, this adrenaline surge can be enough to trigger sudden cardiac death.
Why Can’t Pfizer Answer the Question?
As you can see, there’s no shortage of theories and hypotheses to explain how the mRNA COVID shots can damage your heart and cause myocarditis, so the fact that Pfizer’s reps cannot cite a single mechanism of action to explain it is simply not believable.
It’s not that they can’t answer the question. They don’t want to, and the most likely reason for holding this information back is because if they admit knowing how the damage is done, they may be held liable since they never warned anyone about it. Their safest route right now is to say they don’t know, and then, at some point in the future, pretend as though a recent investigation finally solved the mystery.

In the 1/18/21 video below, Dr. Annie Bukacek explains that the CARES Act gave $175 billion to hospitals and doctors and $4.9 billion to nursing homes where families members were denied access and the elderly are tortured and killed. She says a nursing home in El Paso, Texas got $20 million.
Dr. Bukacek says $20 billion went to public schools and $12-14 billion to clergy. Dr. Bukacek says money also went to governors and city council meetings. For example, the governor of Montana got $1.2 billion of which $90 million went to public schools in that state.
