Justice Scalia Already Embalmed, Obama Gets a THIRD Supreme Court Nominee

supreme_court_scaliaBy Melissa Dykes

Gee… this doesn’t look suspicious at all…

Justice Scalia, we are told, died in his sleep Saturday night. He was found with a pillow over his head. By Saturday afternoon, he was being pronounced dead of a heart attack. The judge who pronounced him dead, Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara, did so over the phone without ever seeing the body, via Local ABC affiliate WFAA8:

She planned to drive to the ranch — about 30 minutes south of Marfa — but returned when a U.S. Marshal told her by phone: “It’s not necessary for you to come, judge. If you’re asking for an autopsy, that’s what we need to clarify.”

The family, reportedly, did not want an autopsy and the judge decided against it after speaking with the authorities on the scene over the phone. Meanwhile WFAA8’s Jason Whitely reported that same day Scalia’s body was discretely driven from Presidio County over three hours to El Paso where he was already embalmed overnight.

Was that even a full 24 hours from the time he died that they were already embalming him?

Many others have called for an autopsy due to the judge’s influential position coupled with the suspicious circumstances surrounding this situation, via WND:

William Gheen, president of the Americans for Legal Immigration political action committee, noted the media’s “rush” to proclaim Scalia’s death in a rented room in a resort in Texas as either “natural causes” or heart attack within hours of the discovery of his body.

“Anytime a head of state, member of Congress, or the most conservative member of the U.S. Supreme Court is found dead, an extensive autopsy and toxicology examination should be both immediate and mandatory,” said Gheen. “The horrid reaction and comments about his death expressed by many liberals online illustrate that Scalia was hated by many people. His death hands the power of the Supreme Court to the modern left for the first time in American history. The court can now vote, even without a replacement of Scalia, to radically change the United States of America. Scalia’s death means the Supreme Court is now very likely to rubber stamp Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty orders, tear down Republican drawn districts in many states including North Carolina, and take deep left turns on abortion, gun rights, or anything the liberals have ever dreamed of. Scalia was a solid vote against Obama’s immigration orders to be decided by April of this year. We do not contend there is a conspiracy, we contend that there should be no doubts, and the way authorities and the media are rushing conclusions will leave major doubts and legitimate concerns about a death that could lead to a radical political transformation of America to the left.”

ObamaOverreach_300x250Coming up on the court’s docket just happened to be all manner of Obama legacy items including Obamacare and immigration. Obama was already discussing his Constitutional duty to replace Scalia at his press conference on the justice’s death. Apparently there’s a window coming up when the Republican-controlled Senate’s term runs out on Jan. 3rd, 2017 and Obama isn’t out until Jan. 20th… meaning for 17 days he can appoint a justice and the Senate can’t block his nomination.

And in other news, Supreme Court justices are appointed for life and — in the crazy land America has now become —  a full one third of the highest court in our land is about to be comprised of Obama nominees.

This is the kind of event that lets you know the corruption behind devious inventions like Obamacare go far beyond the puppet the real owners running things have propped up in the White House.

I guess i just have too many ancestors who did these kind of things and my mind works this way, but did you stop to consider that perhaps he had a helping hand with dying. This would create a diversion as the economy comes crashing down on our heads and from the Empires war crimes. Then this also allows a lame duck obomister to name a minion to the rubber stamp court.

      • No doubt in my mind about that possibility. ‘Court Intrigue’ goes back a long way. My point was, nothing will change. The economy is still going to crash and the war crimes will continue. Scalia was there for 30 years and what did he do to stop the criminals? Nothing. He just fed at the trough like all the rest.

      • I can just imagine Patricia Cornwell frothing at the mouth over this lack of autopsy. Very strange, disturbing. Even my father dying of cancer at 75 had an autopsy.

Other articles report Scalia had seen his personal physician last Thursday complaining of shoulder pain.

Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara, who pronounced Scalia dead, said his death certificate will say the cause of death was natural and that he died of a heart attack, she told ABC News.

She said Scalia’s doctor in Washington DC told her the Justice had been sick last week but was at the office Wednesday and Thursday before departing for his quail hunting trip on Friday.

Guevarawas out of town and said she planned to drive to the ranch but was told by a US Marshal, who was with Scalia’s body, that it was unnecessary to do so.

She asked the US Marshals if there were any signs of foul play and they assured her ‘absolutely not’, according to The Washington Post.

Guevara then talked to Scalia’s personal physician in DC before she officially pronounced him dead and declined to order an inquest.

Under Texas law it is legal for a justice of the peace to declare someone dead without seeing the body.

Some of these things need clarity before the “C” word starts getting thrown around.

    • Greg Leonetti

Its always on a hunting trip – Hes Italian, the whole thing sounds like an Italian hit job… Don’t we take our orders from Rome/Queen of England so if a politician disagrees they either cut the money off or the person…

      • sams

rome and queen of england have no powers you are referring to rich liberals.

  • Robert Colescott

Sotomayor and Kagan are decent, moderate people who could never be accused of being “liberal”, as if that is somehow some kind of dirty word now. I never knew Scalia personally. Maybe I would have liked him. But since all I’ve been able to know about him is through his actions and words while on the Supreme Court, I’m glad he is no longer able to render judgements. Since there is no real way to remove a SC Justice, we have to root for the ones we don’t like to die.

    • dale ruff

There is a way to remove a Justice thru impeachment, but no Justice has ever been removed. They do not have a code of ethics, so proving improper behavior is all but impossible. This makes the Supreme Court absolute, and as we know, absolute power corrupts absolutely. Scalia was the poster child for pushing his personal, conservative and reactionary views.

Scalia was, in my view, a dangerous buffoon, who was the most judicially activist Justice in recent history, openly promoting conservative causes. He too his absolute power (absolute power corrupts absolutely) as a mandate to wage a cultural war.

      • Archie1954

I remember Scalia saying he would not agree to allow a convicted murderer to have a new trial if another later confessed to the actual murder. Why? As far as that corpulent bag of human waste was concerned, the incarcerated individual on death row had a “fair” trial at the time based on the evidence available then and as far as he was concerned, the Constitution did not guarantee such judicial victims a new trial. Disgusting interpretation of justice to be sure but this man was twisted!

        • iamcurious

I don’t believe you, at all.

          • Archie1954

            Google it then!

          • Archie1954

I just found the quote. Look at today’s Alternet, an article by Halper(sp?) entitled 12 memorable quotes by Scalia.

      • If they didn’t impeach over Dred Scott they aren’t gonna start now.

        • dale ruff

There has been an impeachment but no conviction. The SC Justices have absolute power, which leads to absolute corruption. Iran has a Supreme Leader for life as the ultimate authority; the US has a Supreme Court, supreme and unaccountable. This is a recipe for tyranny.

      you are sick

  • Linda S.

I agree that anyone of his importance should warrant an autopsy just to avoid the suspicion in such a death. However, there are some holes here even a TV show wouldn’t try. Who said he had a pillow over his face? If someone killed him, why would they leave the pillow like that? If someone had that kind of information, wouldn’t they have been shut up before the law ever got there? This is an exclusive hunting ranch just filled with high rollers; they must have some pretty crack security guys. Even without an autopsy there are signs someone has been smothered; ruptured blood vessels in the eyes, teeth imprints on the inside of the lower lip, etc. Lots of questions & I, too, am confused by the lack of autopsy unless it was a religious reason. I think they’re less likely to insist on one in someone of his age versus say, a 35 year old. Another situation to cause all of us to feel more manipulated & suspicious.

    • OldeSoul

“Another situation to cause all of us to feel more manipulated & suspicious.”

… and that is exactly their intent, to confuse us while insuring that everyone realizes, in case there are still a few doubters, that our country has been officially taken over.

  • barbarakelly

Now more then ever we need Gods help. We are cracking apart. We can’t lose our Constitution. Obama needs to be destroyed..It is the only way to preserve our country.!!

    • Greg Leonetti

If Obama had it his way people would be black bagged and imprisoned, like 1984 – People have forgotten that the Declaration of Independence will set them free – But they have to spread the word like wildfire and learn it,use it against the corrupt federal government and the world as a legal document and action we must take. I think Trump could save this country, but I don’t think Obama and his handlers will allow it…

    • OldeSoul

Does your God advocate destroying people? I thought his Ten Commandments said that was verboten. Religious zealots are very confusing.

    • I don’t think you should say things like that out loud and publicly. We are living in different times as we enter a totalitarian state. Be careful.

  • Archie1954

Amazing how short the memories of extremist right wing pundits are. The US will be changed alright when Obama appoints his new replacement for the Supreme Court. It will no longer rubber stamp the oligarchs’ wishes. Americans have suffered under the regressive orientation of Republican right wing, discredited, venal and brutal ideology. Now a balance will be restored perhaps in time to prevent a total breakdown of democratic and social institutions.

    • scubaqueen

The US will change for the bad. Obama has done nothing good for our country. Stop blaming the Republicans. We need all socialist and communist out of our government.

      • Archie1954

You are completely brainwashed and wouldn’t know what benefits you from what doesn’t. Don’t try to push your discredited ideology down the majority of Americans’ throats. You are outnumbered.

      • Greg Leonetti

And big business’/corporations out of government too! Media cannot be controlled by 6 companies either… More money needs to go out to citizens first and the Federal Police agencies like CIA, FBI, etc., have to be operated at the state and local levels better; as well as all religions – There are somethings that should not go out of their area – That’s the way for true balance…America needs to think and act on, “what’s good for America” at some point!

    • sammy

yes because pushing homosexuality, abortion, more goverment power and taking away christian rights is restoration? no you mean you want liberals in power so you can push more liberal and corrupt policies. You want to further give power to government and rich corporations and bankers which run the government.
Those real right wingers are far far better than criminal immoral abortion loving war mongering liberals. Obama and liberal supreme court justices are puppets of the rich elite. brutal ideology is killing babies which liberals are so good at. democratic and social institutions are already being destroyed by obama and his appointed supreme court justices. Look at the redefinition of marriage Which was an attack on a social institution. liberals live in a sick delusional world wake up!

      • ron R

sammy. What percentage of american citizens are right wing religious nut cases? Seems like a very high percentage from the comments on articles like this. What a shame. How did this brainwashing occur?

    • sammy

What will these liberals restore? more homosexuality, abortion? giving obama more power? taking away more rights from people? maybe sending anyone to jail who disagrees with trannies? Giving power to planned parenthood to sell baby body parts?

      • jas

You make a good point. Democrats aren’t liberal, left-wing or socialist. US Democrats are one of two primary and corrupt political parties in the US. Both parties do nothing but weaken and divide the US population.

  • Kingdom Ambassador

None of those on Obama’s list could ever become justices at any level if not for the constitutional framers’ egregious dereliction in establishing the judicial branch:

“…The Bible stipulates, among other things, that judicial appointees must be men of truth who fear Yahweh and hate covetousness. (See Chapter 5 “Article 2: Executive Usurpation” for a list of additional Biblical qualifications.) The United States Constitution requires no Biblical qualifications whatsoever. Nowhere does the Constitution stipulate that judges must rule on behalf of Yahweh, rendering decisions based upon His commandments, statutes, and judgments as required in Exodus 18. That not even one constitutional framer contended for Yahweh,3 as did King Jehoshaphat, speaks volumes about the framers’ disregard for Him and His judicial system:

‘And he [King Jehoshaphat] set judges in the land throughout all the fenced cities of Judah, city by city, and said to the judges, Take heed what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for YHWH,4 who is with you in the judgment…. And he charged them, saying, Thus shall ye do in the fear of YHWH, faithfully, and with a perfect heart.’ (2 Chronicles 19:5-9)….”

For more, see online Chapter “Article 6: Judicial Usurpation” of”Bible Law vs. the United States Constitution: The Christian Perspective.”

    • Grundune

Weiland, you really are a piece of work. Exodus 18 doesn’t require all governments to “rule on behalf of Yahweh”, only the theocracy under Moses. You can’t condemn the U.S. Constitution for not doing something that is only required of a theocracy.

      • Jinro

Although, we are living under a theocracy of sorts, more so everyday.

Wierd things happen in Texas. Continuously, since George W. Bush graduated from a druggie family into the governorship.

  • motleyalaskan

Just TRY to tell me this whole thing STINKS! Even if he WASN’T found with a pillow on his face( which sounds really lame) an autopsy should have been done and the lack there of stinks to high heaven! The family does NOT get to make the decision at an unattended death! The speed of this ‘burial’ SUCKS folks…So I guess the ‘black hats’ don’t even have to hide their actions anymore….I guess your adherence to the Constitution was intolerable…Sad day….Rest in Peace Justice Scalia.

  • Trico

Judge Scalia embalmed, now The Constitution will be entombed.
First to go will be the 2nd Amendment.
    Gun Confiscation will be legal
    because guns won’t be.

    • Spruce Cycle

a cellphone is a phone and in the large distances of W. Texas it is perfectly reasonable. Ur just a moron.

I hadn’t heard anything about a pillow over his head. I heard that his hands were folded on his chest. But the situation seems to clear up any question about whether or not there is anything wrong with this scenario. What it states loudly and clearly is that there are certain groups of people who are treated as if they are above the law or outside of the law.

    • OldeSoul

“We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled,” said Poindexter.

We aren’t seeing much in the media reminding people what a shady character this guy is… DARPA, as most people know, is one of the many black ops arms of our military. Convicted of multiple felonies, all reversed on appeal, means he owes some big time debts.

From wiki- “Poindexter is a retired United States naval officer and Department of Defense official. He was Deputy National Security Advisor and National Security Advisor for the Reagan administration. He was convicted in April 1990 of multiple felonies as a result of his actions in the Iran–Contra affair, but his convictions were reversed on appeal in 1991. More recently, he served a brief stint as the director of the DARPA Information Awareness Office for the George W. Bush administration.”

  • Dirty_Martini

    We all know what happened….

  • Jerry Andrews

This is reminiscent of the “heroic” capture and killing of Osama bin Laden, whose body was “buried at sea” out of respect for “Muslim culture!” No corpus delecti to prove that this enemy of America was finally dispatched, can you believe it? And, oh, by the way, the Seals who were supposedly responsible for the whole bin Laden capture all perished in a helicopter crash no too long after.

    • OldeSoul

Yep, and people still believe all the government fairy tales. It’s so easy to label hard truth “conspiracy theory” and to call people who question anything “tin-foil hat nut jobs.” That way you don’t even have to look behind the curtain at all. That’s what 90% of people do and that’s why the nice people at the CIA invented the idea for us to use.

    • Is that true? Scary business this.

  • gordonmartines

    To my fellow bloggers,
the next best thing to embalming a body is cremation in order to cover up the real cause of death. The Feds feel so empowered now that aren’t even bothering to adequately covering up their killings, this is lawlessness pure and simple.

Just an old veteran cop reflecting,

    Gordon Martines

  • Justjojo

No mention that he was found WITH A PILLOW OVER HIS FACE?

  • Taking care of business!

It’s time to sue to gain Barry “NWO” Davis’ sequestered records. He’s not above the law, though he and his minions believe so. The simplest examination will prove he was Kenyan-born. Note his biography in his Princeton yearbook–born in Kenya! That said, my point is he should not be allowed to appoint another justice. In fact, his two stooges should be removed, as they were illegally nominated and appointed. Until then, any ruling carried due to those two should be ignored by every patriot, freedom-lover, and Constitutionalist. I suppose that make me a terrorist, by Barry’s definition!

Yes, for those 17 days, Obama can make a recess appointment…provided the Congress is in sine die adjournment for those 17 days. Any recess or adjournment must be authorized by both houses of Congress, who are controlled by the Republicans and must be longer than three days for a recess appointment to occur. Be assured that if the Republicans hold the line, there will be ZERO THREE DAY PERIODS IN WHICH THEY ARE NOT IN SESSION.

Obama will be blocked. Mitch McConnell is not a favorite of mine, but I acknowledge that he is a policy wonk when it comes to Senate and Congressional rules. He will play the cards right.

    • Jinro

The uni-party republicants will block nothing.
There will be more lame excuses explaining how they were outmaneuvered and their hands are tied.
Nothing to see here, more craptashians please…

My analysis makes the assumption that Republicans are a creature with a spine…if not then disaster.

  • Philippe Desrosiers

This is déja vu. The events around John F. Kennedy and his autopsy is no less then a sham. Now another sham this time a US. Supreme Court judge. Your republic is looking and more by the days as a banana republic. This week on Congress floor a bill that would bypass your constitution on the war measure act carved in such way it is a highly unconstitutional bill and giving more power to the president but at this point your constitution is not in force of law anymore. This is a thought to wonder about. How can a state of law exist without a constitution? The answer is simple it doesn’t. So where is the American republic at this point? There is some form of government on a given territory but the rest is very speculative political science research from there on. Americans are becoming a menace to human civilization. As Louis St-Laurent a former Canadian Prime minister said wisely “to defend civilization we must remain civilized”. I appreciate the political decision Lester B. Pearson took when he decided that Canada would get out of the nuclear arms race and got rid of Canada of all it’s nuclear military potential. By doing so Pearson decided that Canada would remain a neutral country in this global lunacy and no Canadian government has changed the way paved by Pearson and I appreciate his bold move into this explosive matter. John F. Kennedy was decided and committed to get the United States out of the nuclear lunacy and he got assassinated. In Canada Pearson got us out of the nuclear arms race and he was reelected. What kind of country do you prefer? At this point there is nothing that can be done for the Americans. You are lost, your leaders are lunatics and America is a danger for human civilization and nothing can be done to change this.

  • Jim Mooney
