Last I heard, wiretapping is illegal.
The company has a right to install and monitor equipment; however, it DOES NOT have the right to install equipment that may be used to illicitly eavesdrop.
Good reason to have a few Pit Bulls or Dobermans in the yard. The cops can't even shoot them without calling attention to the illegal trespass.

Sorry but do you really think they care about Pitt bulls and Dobermans? They will shoot them dead in front of your children. The owners have made the decision to install the smart meters, that means that the Civil Servants must obey and act like the robots they've been programmed to behave like....MUST INSTALL SMART METER...warning Mrs. Robinson......failure to install meter will make big Daddy Angry....Now move over STFU....and feel the radiation penetrate you and your family.
