Time for the Second American Revolution

SARTRE, Contributor
Activist Post

For well over the last decade BATR has argued that the Republic is dead. Now that the Supreme Court has rendered their decision on Obamacare, there can be no doubt that the funeral for a nation, born out of a revolution for liberty, is over. The country, buried in the ashes of totalitarian despotism, is now history.

The plurality of citizens naively accepts that the national government has legitimacy. Such a claim is erroneous. What more proof does one need that slavery is the official status for the American public.

The implication of affirming the health insurance mandate sets the precedent for and escalates an unlimited federal tyranny. The twisted interpretation that a forced and binding purchase of medical coverage is justified because the government can tax its citizens is demonic in its inception. Coercion as a mean for compliance is like whipping your indentured servant for the privilege of serving the master.

By opening the floodgate of unlimited federal taxation authority to compel behavior, it guarantees punitive submission for a limitless concoction of social engineering. It is a short leap to require ID chip implants and compulsory designated conduct.

The hijacking of health care by a mandatory federal oppression pushes citizens to renounce their fidelity to a constitutional framework, already abandoned by the political power elite. Constrains and separation of the "Federalism" system of shared authority, is now eliminated. The central government is all-supreme in the gulag version of benevolent dependency.

The Supreme Court is a pitiful tool of the executive autocrat that wields administrative regulation like a crazed beast. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. is a disgrace. Whether his decision reflects intimidation or legacy hubris, the net effect is that he shoveled dirt on the tombstone of the constitution.

The seemingly limit on the commerce clause is circumvented by validating that taxing obligated conduct is legal. This extreme viewpoint condones any dictate by government fiat that Congress conspires to force people to obey. Such a conclusion abdicates the essence of constitutional protections.

Natural law is not arbitrary and subject to the whims of radical statists. Ignoring fundamental human rights is the definitive abuse against humanity. The federal government is making the nanny state into a chamber of horror.

Immutable principles that protect individuals from compulsory demands that violate free choice always are reprehensible. However, the latest rebuke to the sovereign dignity of citizens - poisons the water for any thirsty seeker of liberty and justice.

The consequences of the added financial costs from the Obamacare administration are frightening. The devil is in the details expression never was more appropriate. Driving the economy off a cliff is a designed strategy of the collectivist criminals.

The unholy alliance of big pharma, health insurance corporatists and dedicated Marxists want the public to be docile serfs in a land of slaves.

Add this dire result of the horrendous increase in taxes from the "Taxmageddon" catastrophe come the end of this year and you have a meltdown formula for a second depression.

The Tea Party advocates are correct, "Taxed Enough Already" gains new meaning with the legalization of Obamacare.

Conversely, how can the legislation be legal when a Supreme Court that is determined to worship at the altar of an absolute tyranny violates the rule of law itself?

Incrementalism is the gradual assimilation of society into a different matrix of acceptability. This judicial tragedy is a rapid surge to the system. The body politic is under assault by a deadly virus of biblical dimensions.

The core reasons for the War of American Independence seem trite when compared to the level of perdition experienced under the succession of recent presidents. The bipartisan despotism of both Bush presidents, Clinton and now Obama only accelerate acquiescence to a virtual dictatorship. In order to understand the nature of the dilemma, appreciate the message in The Meaning of Independence Day.

The justification for a Second American Revolution should be self-evident. However, there are few real Americans left, who comprehend the unique heritage of this nation. A spontaneous uprising to overthrow the political outlaws is unlikely. With that admission, the moral imperative still requires a personal commitment to oppose the corrupt regime that proceeds in enslaving society.

The tipping point is upon us. The chains you wear are shackles you lock each day; you observe, obey or consent to unlawful government. You have the power to refuse compliance. Confront the consequences or suffer the indignation of a life of servitude.

Celebrate this July 4th with a renewed dedication that the future of American lies in the moral authority of civil disobedience.

Honestly, whether meaning to or not this entire activist movement is playing into the hands of the Globalists if/when it pushes such Things as this, not opposing them.

There is a reason they have spent the last century or so slicing up countries around the globe into smaller and smaller entities through their perpetual war machine and BS 'divide and conquer' Cold War's and interfering in internal politics of other nations to produce public Division and unrest.

Over the past 2 decades the focus has been on breaking down Mid-Eastern and Eastern European nation-states into cultural, religious/sectarian, political, ethnic, etc. "micro-states".

It's much easier for the globalists to establish global government control when facing lots of small, disorganized and chaotic entities rather than facing large, strong national powers.

So bring on the 'next American Revolution' and help destroy your national powers and fracture America into smaller, chaotic and more easily dominated pieces for the Globalists to take control over.

United We stand, Divided We fall.

Personally with my being a globally minded 'collectivist'(a collective of free-Thinking Individuals) I don't really have a problem with the breakdown of the national entities as such, I just Fear how needlessly Bloody this method of doing so could/will become.

Whether it's internationalism or actual Globalism I do feel the Human Race needs to start Thinking more Globally.

But I really don't See this method of breakingdown states as being good to achieve that as it just creates more nationalistic Entities for People to attach themselves to.

Of course if the plan is to just kill most of those People then I suppose that doesn't really Matter that much to the Old Men behind the curtain pulling the strings.

Personally I think more People should focus their Efforts on trying to take control of the Globalist movement rather than just trying to fight It, which in pretty much Every situation just plays into their Hands.

But I digress, in the end People will do whatever they Feel is Best for them and their Families no matter what I Think of it all.

Dale objects: This is absurd hyperbole. Of 35 advanced nations, only the US has lacked a universal national system. Are those 35 nations, such as Canada, Denmark, Japan, Australia, Germany all federal tyrannies? The real crime is not that healthcare is mandated but that you have to buy from the private insurers who wrote the basics of the law through the Heritage Foundation (you gotta buy insurance and you gotta buy it from us!)..no public option (popular with public but stripped by Senate conservatives at behest of the industry, which siphons off 30% (and in exchange for 32 million captive new subsidized customers, they will only be able to funnel off 20%. Medicare runs on 3%.) So that is where about 500 billion of our healthcare dollars go each year, and will continue to go until we have a public option to incentivize lower rates by the private sector....or just dump them all, they are parasites who contribute zero to our health or medical treatment except to deprive it of 500 billion a year which should go for healthcare, not profits.

Dump them and with a a change of only 3 words, create Medicare for All, prepaid with taxes like all the other peer nations which create better health at 1/2 to 1/3 the cost. In 1798, the leading Founding Fathers passed without dissent a mandated socialized medicine plan for civilians maritime workers, which was later expanded to cover more workers. The VA is such a system (it is now top-rated).

Why should anyone profit, without making a contribution, from human sickness? But until industry no longer owns government, no serious changes can take place. We need a revolution not to oppose the right to healthcare to but demand that that right be respected.

It isn't time for a 2nd revolution. it is time for a first. The fallacy is that people gained their independence. They did not. they simply gained a new ruler. new form of slavery. Today, people would simply create a new improved form of tyranny as they have no experience to go by. The people of the world have never lived free. They don't know what it is so how could they restore it?

Only when people see things for how they are instead of how they wish them to be will they begin to regain their liberty.

As an add on to my previous post(OP comment) it is important to remember the Words of Alex Jones back in 2001 when he "predicted" the coming massive terrorist attacks of 9/11.

Even if you think him to be a 'shill', as I do, his Words are very important as to Outing the reasons for it all.

His Words were that terrorism would be used to divide, dissect and eventually destroy the national cohesion of the U.S.A in order for the Globalists to seize Total control more easily and push through with their agenda.

They began in the 1990's with the 1993 WTC bombing, Waco, Ruby Ridge, Oklahoma City, etc.

If a 'revolution' or Civil War breaks Out they will have finally succeeded in dividing America and destroying it's Unified resistance to the Globalist agenda.

They have had control over many elements within the U.S.A government, intelligence and military systems for decades but for them to achieve what they desire they require TOTAL control.

Exterminate all major opposition within government and military and Intelligence sectors and turn the average Americans on each other.

Mission almost Accomplished.

One more false Flag attack should be all that is needed.

Then it's time to turn the Bear(Russia), Eagle(America) and Dragon(China) on each other to facilitate the total destruction of the World and of nationalism and establish their vision of Universalism.

All Human Beings of all colors, creeds and nationalities ultimately are all made of the same 'Stuff'(molecules, atoms, carbon, energy, etc.), what divides us is our Ideas and Belief's.

By manipulating our Ideas and Belief's they keep us all divided against each other and helpless to stop the pursuit of their Agenda.

I disagree on almost every Issue with almost every Person I know, but I still Love every single One of them and would give my Life for any of them if in a position to do so.

I even Love all the stupid People I'm constantly railing against and begging to Wake Up to Reality and can't follow the attitude of others in the activist movement of 'the dumbAsses will get what they Deserve for being ignorant".

Bah, I'm just going off on a long Rant now so I'll cut it off there before I get out of Hand.

Love is the Law People, don't let them fill you with Hate.
