While on vacation in Hawaii, Obama tapped Jerome Powell to serve on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
Powel served as the undersecretary for finance under the president George H. W. Bush and was a partner of The Carlyle Group. The Carlyle Group is a massive private equity firm and one of the largest defense contractors in the world.
They're made up of some of the most influential policymakers over the last five administrations including both Bush presidents, former Secretary of State James Baker III, former Secretary of Defense Frank Carlucci, former Clinton Chief of Staff Mack McLarty, and former SEC Chairman Arthur Levitt to name a few.
Other notable investors in The Carlyle Group include the bin Laden family and the Saudi Royal Family. Coincidentally, George H. W. Bush was meeting at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington on the morning of September 11th with one of Osama Bin Laden's brothers.

This is not the first time Barack Obama has placed Bush Sr.'s minions into influential positions. In August 2010, Daniel F. Akerson, a managing director of the Carlyle Group, in what was called a "surprise move" was named the CEO of General Motors (GM), otherwise known as Government Motors.
Once again, Obama reveals that change will remain absent under his leadership, and the military-industrial complex will continue to garner powerful positions during his administration.

i thought that because kennedy wanted to get rid of the federal reserve---that the people do not want it anymore as well----so why is the president going against the wishes of his people---he also is just a servant and has to serve the public...

Obama's "people" are no different than Bush's "base", and he's serving them very well so far.
By way of the American republican government system he only has to represent whatever BS the "elites" create that the majority of the voting public will support.
In a society that runs on money it's not the majority of voters that matters but the majority of wealth.
As long as a minority holds the majority of wealth they will hold the majority of power and be the primary force that the president and all other officials serve.
But they maintain a slight majority in the general public by using the media to tell all of their 'loyal followers' what to think and by using it is as a shield to defend against opposition and de-legitimize resistance to their control.
In my view it was designed that way from the get-go back before the founding of the U.S.A, it's just being run by different forces(international bankers) now who are even worse than the old ptb's.
So yeah, the president is serving exactly who the system was designed for him to serve - the power elites of the current generation.
HW Bush has been in charge since Nixon. He might have left office, but never let go of the power. He called Clinton "his other son" and now we see Obama is "his other son".
Now HW Bush is endorsing Mitt the Liquidator. I guess the evil doers are ready to liquidate America completely now.
So the banks, the Carlyle group, the bin Ladens, and the Royal Sauidis all profit off of Americas great war machine. Obama better get a nice position for this when he is done! He is setting the table for the 1% to become the 0.1%.
We are so lucky to have leaders who have the courage to wage wars for profits.
The Carlyle roup bought my Moms nursing home, Manor care and they couldn't get rid of the old people fast enough, the minute my Moms money ran out and she went on medicaid she was dead. same with the other lady laying next to her, they both had staph infections,they didn't tell me my Mother had it. she just died. Couldn't even sue, no lawyer would touch the Carlyle group, too big.
Obama is not eligible to mnake anyone anything, he is not eligible to even run for President, he wasn't the last time either, we now have a dictator in office. Several people in Congress tried to change the constitution to enable Obama to run for President legally, they couldn't change it, he ran anyway and won, winning doesnt' make him legal. John Conyers tried, Clare McCaskell tried and sevral others and no one came forward when he ran and said he was not legal, they just watched it happen and said nothing. They are all in in it together . Now we have a usurper in office who is there because of the Rothchilds and the CR and these crooked Congressmen and we can't do anything about it? The people in office and the courts refuse to do anything about it, that doesn't mean we the people can't get him out and all of his rotten bills and laws he has pushed through, including Obama care , are null and void. These people must be pretty secure that no one is going to do anything to get him out of office, they are afraid of the powers that be, we are not, they mean nothing to us,we don't owe them anything, and we can get him out on our own. Hopefully the minute he dares to campaign we will do just that, we can do a class action suit, , we can storm washington, in the millions, or several other things that can and should be done just because we can. I know one thing, those are not his children there in the whitehouse, no man would put his children in a spot like this, no Mother would do it either.So whose kids are these?
