Hundreds of Birds Dead in North Wales. Could 5G Have Played A Role?

By B.N. Frank

On December 11 it was reported that 225 starlings were found dead on a road in North Wales.

Mr Edwards, 41, said his partner Hannah Stevens first saw the birds alive as she went to an appointment on Tuesday afternoon.

“She said she saw hundreds of them flying over and thought it looked amazing but on her way back around an hour later they were all dead in the road.

Ms Stevens reported seeing the birds eating something in the road.

“I counted 150 last night but I gave up as there’s just hundreds of them littered everywhere.

“It’s as if they just dropped down dead from the sky.”

Research has already determined that exposure to cell phone and WiFi radiation (aka microwave radiation) is harmful to birds and other life forms.  This includes 5G.

From EHTrust.org:

5G Harms Bees, Trees and Birds

“The electromagnetic radiation standards used by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) continue to be based on thermal heating, a criterion now nearly 30 years out of date and inapplicable today.” -The Department of Interior in a 2014 letter on the impact of cell towers on migratory birds.

  • Research finds bees and pollinators absorb the higher frequencies of 5G between 3% to 370% higher leading the scientists to warn, “This could lead to changes in insect behaviour, physiology, and morphology over time….”
  • Research finds wireless frequencies interfere with bird’s navigation systems, their circadian rhythms,  and can harm their development and reproduction.
  • Research finds trees can be harmed by the radiation from cellular antennas. Effects include altered growth, thinner cell walls and adverse biochemical changes.

EHT has a compendium of research on impacts to trees, bees and birds here.

5G has been turned on in North Wales.

Vodafone has rolled out superfast 5G services in North Wales for the first time.

The mobile phone giant has revealed that Llandudno is on the list of 30 UK locations where fifth generation services are being launched.

A spokeswoman said the service was already live although there are only certain handsets that are enabled to support 5G – with iPhones not on that list at the current time.

Doctors and scientists requested a moratorium on 5G in 2017 and again this week.  They say it’s not safe.  In February, telecom executives gave congressional testimony that they have NO SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE that it’s safe.  People and pets have become sick where it’s operating (see 1, 2, 3).  Lawsuits, opposition and warnings about 5G is worldwide.  That still hasn’t stopped the installation.  Satellites have even been sent into space to blast 5G and WiFi at Earth (see 1, 2).

5G may not have played much if any of a role in the death of these birds.  However, exposure certainly doesn’t seem beneficial for them or anybody else.
