The 5 Steps to World Domination

By Charles Hugh Smith

You don’t need an army to achieve World Domination; all you need is enough cheap credit to buy up everything that generates the highest value and/or income.

World Domination–it has a nice ring, doesn’t it? Here’s how to achieve it in 5 steps:

1. Turn everything into a commodity that can be traded on the global market: land, leases on land, options to purchase land, houses, buildings, rooms in slums, labor, tools, robots, water, water rights, mineral rights, rights to air routes, ships, aircraft, political power, shares in corporations, government bonds, municipal bonds, corporate bonds, student loans that have been bundled into debt-based instruments, the income from city parking meters, electricity, software, advertising, marketing, media, social media, food, energy, insurance, gold, metals, credit, interest-rate swaps and last but not least, financial instruments that control and/or pyramid all the real-world goods and assets that have been commoditized (i.e. almost everything).

Why is this the essential first step in World Domination? Once something has been commoditized, it can be bought and sold in the global marketplace in fiat currencies–currencies that are not backed by any real-world asset and that can be created out of thin air by central and private banks.

You see the dynamic, right? Create credit-currency out of thin air, and then use this “free money” to buy up the real world. Quite a trick, isn’t it? Get a means of exchange for essentially nothing (i.e. money at near-zero interest rates) and then trade this for assets that produce goods and services everyone else needs or wants.

Now we understand steps 2 and 3:

2. Enable private banks to create money out of thin air via fractional reserve banking. You know the drill: banks can issue $15 in new loans for every $1 in cash they hold in reserve. (Depending on the current regulations, it might as little as $10 or as much as $35 that can be created and lent out for every $1 held in cash reserve.)

In the current zero-interest rate environment, this new money can be borrowed for near-zero carrying costs by corporations and financiers.

3. Establish a central bank with essentially unlimited ability to bring money into existence and use it to backstop the private banking sector. If the private banks get in trouble, no problem, the central bank is there to bail them out with unlimited lines of credit and an unlimited ability to create new money.

4. Undermine/destroy local economies’ ability to organize production and consumption without using credit and fiat currencies (i.e. money controlled and issued by central and private banks). Trading goods on barter? Get rid of that. Using social ties rather than cash or bank credit to organize production and consumption? Eliminate that capability. Locally issued currencies? That’s against the law. Using cash? bad, very bad–everyone must use banks and bank credit instead.

Once these four steps are in place, the 5th step is easy:

5. Buy up all the productive assets and income streams of the world with nearly free credit-money. No saver can compete with corporations and financiers with access to billions of dollars in nearly-free credit-money.

It doesn’t matter if you earn $1,000 or $100,000 a year–you will be outbid.

Once everything can be bought on the global marketplace, and you have nearly unlimited access to super-cheap credit, you don’t need an army to achieve World Domination; all you need is enough cheap credit to buy up everything that generates the highest value and/or income.

Now you understand why I say: if we don’t change the way we create and distribute money, we’ve changed nothing.

  1. Good stuff. Let people know who’s doing it and who has done it for centuries.

  2. Creating the internet was the biggest mistake they ever made. We’re on to them now.

    • Do not misunderstand this comment. It is coming from within after reflecting a bit. We may well be onto evil folks doing evil things which have transformed the world at large.

      So what?

Are there any practical solution to be had?

By this I am meaning solutions for walking away from the “game” created by these evil folks. We have a choice to play their game or not.

So what else lies out there for us if we are not playing their game?

Can we still get a mechanic to fix our car if we don’t play their game?

Will the grocery store allow us to get our needed food if we’re not playing their game?

I can go build a house on any land of choosing, have a full service homestead and not play their game?

Will Joe Ray (fictional name) come install my small solar powered electric generator for my homestead freely?

Alright enough example questions, I’m sure you can see the direction lain out. Again, don’t misunderstand, I’m all for removing my consent and I strongly dislike the way our world at large exists currently. I possibly like many am grappling with the “what next” aspect of doing that. Simply knowing evil people do evil means little if there’s no defining corrective action. Yay, we know. And ….?

      • Are there any practical solutions, YES Back all money with GOLD & SILVER

        • That sounds well and good, except, it has been tried. I am not denying that using only gold, silver does work. What I am driving at is that it was done and then left for land backing up currency. Human beings are keen upon fouling up.

Now, we’re at a point where although humanity has only used roughly 10% of the Earth’s land, we have all the arable land owned and used. Then, came along backing currency with oil, petrol. Capital has also backed currency with human lives, still does … at least so far, the next phase seems to be ridding a need of human lives by replacing them with automation & artificial intellect.

We started with use of gold & silver and it did fine until some ruthless jerk used deception to create a checking system, credit, compound interest. So, it was done and we see where it brought us.

Again, I’m not trying to dismiss your idea or solution, merely pointing out what I see as obvious flaw/s. Greed tends to precipitate evil by way of dead ideas. I genuinely do think currency, money is that too, along with war.

      • Yes, there are many effective solutions that could be applied, but can we get the majority of the populace to disengage from self distraction that serves as a form of escapism from their duty as citizens?
I have yet to see a sign.
I, like you, loathe the corruption within this system, but to counter it we must have a citizenry that exhibits intelligence, courage and maturity.

    • Being “on to them” and doing something effective to counter it, are two very different things.

Nothing will change until the people wake up totally broke. That which is going on in this world is satanic. The love of money is the root of all evil. Most people are greedy and want things now. They are willing to pay 3 times the price to get it now. This is the cancer/ plague that is upon us. The people perish for lack of knowledge as to the cancer/ greed that afflicts them. They do not realize that banks/ counterfeit money/ corporations are being used to there detriment. If you understand the truth about Federal Reserve Notes being counterfeit, a theft, you must educate your neighbor but get yourself out of debt and stop paying usury on fraudulent debt.
It is really sad how stupid people are. Learn the 10 elements of communism and how they are used by satanists to wage war against the world. Here is a good quote I use from J. Edgar Hoover,

The menace of communism in this country will remain a menace until the American people make themselves aware of the techniques of communism. No one who truly understands what it really is can be taken in by it. Yet the individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists. The American mind simply has not come to a realization of the evil which has been introduced into our midst. It rejects even the assumption that human creatures could espouse a philosophy which must ultimately destroy all that is good and decent.

Hoover should know, the ‘council’ had him by the cajones. Look at Brice Taylor’s book “Thanks for the Memories, The Truth has Set me Free”.

Government was created by the rich for the rich. All who become a part of that system are either naive or compromised to begin with. Freemason secret societies have been around for a long time to ensure this. Until people wake up and realize that government by the rich serves the rich there willbe no change. The rich are not afraid because they control the government schools and the media to keep people ignorant and uncaring so long as they can get what they want now using ‘credit’. People have been lobotomized.

    • I fear you may be right. By our own lack of action we show that crashing will be the only true wake up call.

“All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men and women to do nothing”, and that is exactly what we are doing so far….nothing.

All the warning signs are blaring all around us and we walk around as if deaf and blind.

It’s not so much “what” you can purchase with this counterfeit currency, it’s WHO you can buy….. See the Talmud if you are interested in what the motivator is.

The real issue is that globalization without any kind of mastermind unleashed the criminal side . So i think DJ Trump is right is time to end free trade . The other issue is that a population above 2.6 B around HK in another circle with 4 of the 6 world most populated countries will be a real problem . Without control they will be a wave of unemployed , poor and famine people that will cause a major problem worldwide . The system cant be accused of everything when the lack of vision is a real treat .

  7. I understand, will await.

    • The truth is self-evident. The lack of campaign finance reform is the greatest threat to democracy. It is obvious to all that most elected officials serve the interests of those who contribute to their campaign. It’s also no secret that our elected officials spend an inordinate percentage of their time raising campaign finances, instead of working full-time for the citizens of America. Q-PAC does not cast blame upon elected officials for their behavior-they are subjected to a system that requires it.

Q-PAC offers a practical solution that allows politicians and political parties to do the right thing and spend all of their time working for the people, while at the same time generating potentially significant sums of money. Affincracy combines an affinity program, a common method of fund raising, with democracy. There are two sides to the Affincracy equation: the will of politicians to serve the people, on one side, and the active political participation of the citizens of America on the other side. Although greed isn’t necessarily good, it can be harnessed to create good. The Congress, President, and all elected officials are seriously underpaid. It is their job to make decisions that affect all of us. They deserve much more money that we pay them. We deserve elected officials who are very well paid, so that the best qualified people are compelled towards public service.

The Affincracy system is a simple design. Political parties that field candidates for elected office issue a wallet-size, bar-coded plastic cards to supporters. Whenever an Affincracy card is scanned by a bar-code reader at a retail point of sale on tenth of one percent of the purchase amount is electronically donated to the issuer of the card. One tenth of one percent of $100.00 is one dime. One tenth of one percent of $10.00 is one penny. This donation to the party of one’s choice is the price of honest politics. The technology to do this is readily available. Through Afficnracy, citizens have the ability to vote every time they make a purchase from a retail store equipped to read Affincracy cards. Under our current system, in order to have any political influence, individual citizens must be able to afford to pay $1000.00 to eat lunch with the political candidate of their choice. Obviously, the vast majority of citizens can’t afford to make this size contribution, and therefore have no voice in politics. Politicians utilizing the Affincracy method of fundraising will theoretically be compelled to be beyond reproach because any act of impropriety could cause their contributions to dry up instantly. Politicians receiving their campaign finance funding from donating consumers till no longer need to look to lobbyists for financial assistance. All lobbyists will then be forces to make their case “the new fashioned way” – on the merit of their cause. Elected leaders receiving Affincracy funds will work for the people so that the people will be inspired to continue supporting those leaders be contributing through the Affincracy system. An elected leader who has successfully exploited the Affincracy system will theoretically continue to pursue the best interest of the American people because they will have more than enough money to satisfy their needs. One may question why would an elected leader bother to embrace Affincracy when it would be easier to continue to receive funding from current sources. The answer is, the amount of money earned through Affincracy dwarfs what can be raised by the present system. The amount of money that can be raised using this method is potentially substantial. As an example, Wal-Mart’s gross domestic sales in 2004 were approximately one hundred seventy four billion dollars. If fifty percent of Wal-Mart customers paid an additional one tenth of one percent of the amount of their purchase to the cause of their choice, this would raise eighty seven million dollars a year. Why would retail companies have any interest in utilizing the Affincrary system? Because it would be a powerful way to show they care about America. Facilitation of the Affincracy system may also increase sales because consumers may prefer to shop where they can do their part to be involved in the political process. Successful political participants of the Affincracy system can realistically generate so much money that it would be in their best interest to begin funding initiatives, causes and charities. These actions would be necessary to inspire to consumers to continue contributing.

All organizations and individuals that raise funds through the Affincracy program are bound by two rules. First: full disclosure of all financial records. Distributors of Affincracy cards are entitled to pay themselves as much as they can justify to those consumers paying them by swiping their cards. The manner in which these wages are spent is the business of the recipients. The amount of personal income received must be reported. All expenditures of Affincracy funds must by disclosed. The contributing consumers deserve to know how their money is being spent. Second: all individuals running for an elected office or any political party utilizing the Affincracy program can not receive contributions from any other source. Anyone who seriously considers themselves a leader will not be deterred by this stipulation. Any politician, political party, or political action committee that is unable to convince its constituents to swipe their Affincracy cards is, by default, unfit for leadership. The keys to convincing the public to contribute one tenth of one percent of the amount of their retail purchase is for their constituents and to convey their vision. Any participant in the Affincracy program caught violating one or both of the two rules will be permanently barred from the system forever. All nonpolitical organizations, such as charities and individuals utilizing the Affincracy program, are not subject to rule number two. Any participant barred from the system would likely not be reelected and thus no longer be subject to undo influences.

The amount of funds raised by each and every participant of the Affincracy system will be posted upon the internet on a daily basis. This will provide a constant indication of how the participants are faring. This competitive aspect can conceivably foster mass interest and participation in the workings of our government. Participants will issue two types of cards: one printed with their logo, and one blank card for those who do not wish to wear their politics on their sleeve. Each card will bear a code number corresponding to the bar-code. Entering this code into a web site will allow donating consumers to anonymously confirm that their contribution is credited to the intended recipient.

A possible flaw in the Affincracy system is the potential for more excessive pork barrel appropriations than is already the care. Q-PAC understands that government spending is an integral and essential portion of the economy. This fact, however, needs to be weighed against the reality that socialism rewards only the lazy and the selfish. A balance must be achieved between economic and social necessity – and personal responsibility. A socialist economic structure tends to make citizens dependent on the government, thus limiting freedom and robing people of the spiritual benefit of self-reliance.

The need for an effective and practical campaign finance system is the most important political and social issue facing humanity. Most Americans are oblivious to the severity of the problem. Regarding the current nature of our governments’ agenda, most Americans are far more ignorant and naïve than they believe themselves to be. The nescient hubris that plagues America is a great impediment to the truth. At this point, the emperor is naked to the extent that he is beginning to resemble and anatomical diagram. The following five books provide a shocking and startling insight into the current state of affairs and modus operandi of our government. One hundred seventy four years ago Alexis de Tocqueville put forth a profound and insightful observation of the American character and mindset. The following passage is especially noteworthy.

The Americans hold that in every state the supreme power ought to emanate from the people; but when once that power is constituted they can conceive as it were, no right to do whatever it pleases…The idea of rights inherent in certain individuals is rapidly disappearing from the minds of men; the idea of the omnipotence and sole authority of society at large rises to fill its place…

The first thing that strikes the observation is an innumerable multitude of men, all equal and alike, incessantly endeavoring to procure the petty and paltry pleasures with which they glut their lives. Each of them living apart, is a stranger to the fate of all the rest; his children and his private friends constitute to him the whole of mankind…

Above this race of men stands an immense and tutelary power, which takes upon itself alone to secure their gratifications and to watch over their fate. That power is absolute, minute, regular, provident, and mild. It would be like the authority of a parent if, like that authority, its object was to prepare men for manhood; but it seeks on the contrary, to keep them in perpetual childhood: it is will content that the people should rejoice, provided they think of nothing but rejoicing…

After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp an fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small, complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd.

Our contemporaries are constantly excited by two conflicting passions: they want to be led, and they wish to remain free. As they cannot destroy either the one or the other of these contrary propensities, they strive to satisfy them both at once. They devise a sole, tutelary, and all-powerful form of government, but elected by the people. They combine the principle of centralization, and that of popular sovereignty; this gives them a respite; they console themselves for being in tutelage by the reflection that they have chosen their own guardians. Every man allows himself to be put in leading-strings, because he sees that it is not a person or a class of persons, but the people at large who hold the end of his chain. By this system the people shake off their state of dependence just long enough to select their master and then relapse into it again.

This observation is more true now than ever before. The only differences between when this was written and today is that there are now far more distractions and opportunities to “rejoice”, yet at the same time we now have a plethora of the information and resources needed to direct and control our government.

Upon creation of the Affincracy system, Quixotic Proclamation Action Committee will cease to exist. Q-PAC will turn into the Emerson/Thoreau Party. The Emerson/Thoreau Party is built upon the foundation of personal freedom, self-reliance, and personal responsibility. All politicians affiliated with the Emerson/Thoreau Party will emulate the ideals and ideology of Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau. The first priority of the Emerson/Thoreau Party is to inspire all Americans to consider controlling the government to be their highest priority. Q-PAC suggests that a change in perspective is needed to increase our interest and motivation regarding active involvement in our government’s processes. If we were to consider educating ourselves about the working of our government as entertainment, it would be fun and enjoyable, rather than a burdensome chore. Cultivating the time, effort and focused intention required to force our government to benefit the citizens of America instead of special interests and multinational corporations, is the ultimate form of reality entertainment. The belief that freedom is not free is absolute truth. Contrary to conventional wisdom, the price of freedom is complete and unwavering commitment to daily scrutiny by all citizens of the decisions and choices of our elected leaders.

In closing, the Oxford Dictionary of Modern English lists the term paradigm shift directly before the word paradise.

  8. 6. Keep the masses busy with much to do of nothing such as, left vs right drama, Sensationalism on TV and in the news, Facebook, Twitter, sports and phones.

A willfully ignorant populace engaged in self distraction as a means of escapism are serving themselves up as victims.
