Political Profiling of a "constitutionalist" turns simple domestic call into SWAT raid

A farming family in Letha, Idaho recently had their house raided and were assaulted by police after a neighbor called the police when overhearing a verbal argument between the husband and wife who owned the house. In any other situation they would have had a simple knock on their door and the police would check in to make sure that no one was being hurt.

However, Marcella Cruz and Michael Gibbons were flagged in the police department’s database as dangerous individuals because one or both of them identified as “constitutionalists”. Due to this identification their simple domestic disturbance call was met with a full on swat raid, with the officers scouring the house for evidence of Marijuana.

The officers ripped Marcella Cruz out of the house, and had both her and Michael on the ground in handcuffs, with guns against their heads. The police found an aquaponics system that was growing tomatoes in an upstairs room of the house and celebrated, thinking that they had found a Marijuana grow operation. Much to their disappointment they were informed that it was obviously tomatoes, since after all, this was a farm house.

In a recording that surfaced after the raid it is explicitly stated that this couple is being targeted because of their political beliefs. The recording shows the following exchange:

“Are you familiar with these guys?” asked a deputy identified in the 911 recordings as “Officer 57.”

“Negative,” answered another deputy designated “Officer 56.”

“I am, and it’s affirmative, there is [sic] weapons,” continued Officer 57. “He is – or at least was – anti-law enforcement. We’ve had issues with him. He’s a Constitutionalist.”

It seems that the only "issues" that they had with him were the ones that were mentioned, his political beliefs, because otherwise Gibbons has a totally clean record. According to a recent article about the altercation, the only run in that Gibbons has had with police in this area, is when he was the victim of a theft and they refused to help him. The article states that:

More than a year ago, Marcella contacted the Sheriff’s Office to report that a man calling himself “Greg Hall,” who had lived with them for an extended period, had stolen money and jewelry from them. Marcella provided me with copies of e-mail messages in which she and Detective Perecz had discussed the theft – including the suspect’s specific location, which at the time was just across the Snake River in Ontario, Oregon.

“He told me that he couldn’t help us, because the suspect had fled the jurisdiction,” Marcella related to me. “But it’s not as if he couldn’t pick up a telephone and inform the Malheur County Sheriff’s Office, or the Ontario Police. The bogus 'domestic violence' report that led to the raid on our home was originally received by Payette County and relayed to Gem County. It’s not as if these people can’t talk to each other.”

The family's account of the story is confirmed by what looks to be police video, in the video police don't identify themselves before entering the house, and you can see them rush the house like thugs, ripping Marcella Cruz out by her arm and throwing her to the ground. The brutal treatment she was given by police left her sore and bruised for weeks, which is sadly ironic considering they were called to the house over a bogus domestic disturbance call that was made by a feuding neighbor. This is just the most recent situation in a string of cases where people have been targeted with extreme force because their political beliefs were flagged in a state database. The officer who assaulted Marcella Cruz has been identified as Detective Rich Perecz and so far has suffered no consequences for his actions.

At least they didn't kill the dogs. Probably recognizing some maternal affinity.

All law, Organic, Statutory, Procedural, etc., is nothing but words scribbled on some recording medium. In a contentious situation, the law has meaning only if both parties agree to the meaning and extent of that law ... an unlikely scenario.

The ultimate interpretation and settlement will usually be awarded to the party having the superior force (physical, "legal", persuasive, etc.). All a law does is give one ostensibly offended party the authority to abuse a second perceived offending party with the expectation of "justice" ... whatever that is!

In short, the law is an invention that persons immerse themselves in expecting fairness and security, but alas, every day we have examples that proves it is only another lethargic illusion.

The operational word in all contests is Authority!

And the US government is "concerned" about the way other governments treat their people. WTF?

In Gem county constitutionalists must now register with the county like sex offenders. They must also submit to random searches of their residences for illegal paraphernalia such as copies of the constitution or firearms.

Detective Rich Perez is a spineless coward and looks like a homosexual on his facebook page.

Since I didn't notice anything about it in the article. The family is pursuing legal action against the department. Action like this against the individual officers and the departments they work for remind them that there are those of us who watch them, and that there ARE consequences for their actions.
Paypal link to donate directly to the family's legal fun is at the bottom of this page.

That's why they call them pigs. As one cop said: it's not a police state, it's a police world.

Do we even need laws? Which laws are we obliged to obey? When is breaking a law a moral imperative? When is arguing that all laws are stupid stupid?

What makes a law legitimate?

I've had a neighbor use the police to harass me in Los Angeles. They weren't smart enough to detect it until I complained to a supervisor. It never ceases to amaze me how with all the REAL crime going on, Swat always has time to roll on ignorant neighbors' calls.

Contrived MALicious allegations or "Anonymous Fictitious Complaint may be observed to be Legal Terrorism or Malicious Hypothecated Complaints to craft aspersions or Airs of Criminality, as a Private pro se execution in the form of Axe Grinding utilizing Foreign negative legal schemes as Legal Weapons of Mass Destruction deploying Private Foreign CorpoRAT Mercenaries disguised as Public Servants?

Well, the cops who do this can be identified, terminated with their wife & children. If the scum will know that all his family will pay the ultimate price for him being a scum. Then, maybe he will change his mind how to deal with people!

There is coming a day, a day sooner, rather than later, when evil will shine like the stars in heaven, and then shortly after that, it will have millions upon millions of gallons of water "smothering" it out.

Count on it.

Be patient.

What is coming is going to rock "them" to the core.

Always look out the window and see who is at the door, if you cannot see them from a window wait at the window until they walk away from the door and then you will be able to see them and then again do not open the front door instead speak to them from a window that can be closed quickly if needed. And I mean anyone who is at your door, unless it is your family. I had a man come to my door years ago and try to sell me something, I said no thanxs and went to close the door, he put his foot in the door and asked if I was home alone, I then leaned with all my weight against the door and got it closed and locked. He then proceeded to
throw rocks at the doors and windows. I called the police who arrested him as apparently he had pulled this stunt before. It was that day that I decided to never open my door again.Further I have been told that if you must speak with someone at your front door for some reason, leave your home from an alternate door, close that door behind you and proceed to the front door. Lastly everyone needs to read about No Trespassing Laws and Private Property Laws
these are prosecutable to the fullest extent of the law. Post signs on the front and back and both sides of your property even if you live in an apartment, or subdivision. You have then lawfully posted your property rights. If anyone ignores your property rights, you can and should sue those who don't respect them. For example meter readers do not have any rights to your property, they only read the meter at your allowance, you can say no. They will then estimate the bill if you don't let them read the meter so you have them make an appointment with you so that you can escort them on and off your property. That is but one example of your rights! It is up to you to allow people to enter your property, you have a right to disallow their entrance and to in fact escort them off of it. I have escorted
a person who entered my property without my permission off my property to the street. Also if you have a gate close it, that gate is not allowed to be breached without your permission. Learn the Law and make sure you teach everyone you know how to understand and implement the Laws of Private Property in the United States. As always knowing the Laws of your state and federal government is power, we were all taught in school that knowledge is power, that is so true! Everyone needs to buy a Blacks Law Dictionary and study it.

This is how much American women HATE men. That if they merely overhear a verbal argument, they will make a FALSE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE accusation against the man, get him arrested and beaten.

American women are FULL OF HATRED, especially towards men.

Solution is that men need to STOP marrying American women and just give them the husband they deserve- NONE!

wow! The supreme law of the land and those that believe in rights are now considered terrorists! While the police who are supposed to be held accountalbe to the las and the people do the terrorizing? Orwell is sadly shaking his head.

1) how does one go about getting flagged in a state political database?

2) why does any US state HAVE such a database?
