I watched the video of Ayn Rand on the Phil Donohue show in 1979, talking about how "altruism" is an evil philosophy. It was a perfect example of a sociopathic mind at work. Sociopaths cannot comprehend why a human being would want to help another person. They are devoid of empathy, incapable of experiencing the "helper's high," the good feeling a normal person gets from helping, being helped or sharing. In her mind, no one would help anyone else unless they were forced to. A corporation, declared by the Supreme Court to be a person, is not a normal person, but a sociopath. Sociopaths easily rise to the top and become CEO's of corporations, since they share the same perspective. They think normal humans with feelings are defective, suitable only to be exploited by superior beings like themselves.
greetings. it seems very plain that you have not actually read what Ayn Rand wrote. would you not notice that you have the sociopath label to the wrong character? John Galt was not a sociopath, the people he was against, the crooked politicians, the robber barons of the surviving by gov support industries. those are sociopaths in the definition. they are totally for themselves and feeding off everyone else. John Galt fed off no one. note the theory that everyone should sacrifice for the good of the unknown mass of the people is one of the basic tenets of Communism, Nazism and of course our own "not-democracy". normal is one is concerned about their own family, not taking the rewards of labor from those who labor for it and giving it away. isn't there any out there who actually have understood Ayn Rands works? instead of simply nodding their heads like bobble dolls on a dashboard at the propaganda put out by the evil ones in our society. You will note that it is not the children of the well to do that go to die in the endless and totally uncalled for wars, but instead the people, who are expected to sacrifice their lifes and those of their children for the greater good of some fat cat up in the money game.
Paul Ryan worships Ayn Rand who thinks anyone who is not part of the elite is a parasite. Add in the fact he is a Catholic who doesn't want birth control or abortion even in cases of rape, incest or life or death of the mother makes him a person who should never have been elected. Since being selected as VP, he has already been caught lying about his plans for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and his tax increases on all except the elite who get more tax breaks. This is a man I would never vote for and I encourage anyone with half a brain left to not vote for him either.
Add in the fact he accompany's Romney who is a High Priest in the Mormon cult (check out what they actually believe about Kalob) who has a track record of being a Liquidator of American jobs making the GOP ticket a ticket straight from hell. Mitt lies all the time. You do not know where he stands because he says the exact opposite of everything constantly. Having a cult member who wants to create a Theocracy in America is more than enough of a reason not to vote for him either.
The GOP has turned into a bunch of nuts at best and downright evilness at most.

They are the greedy, and most needy. Only power and money gives them any satisfaction. We are in the fight of our lives. Natural law, and common decency are under attack. To "anonymous" above. Here's where things get complicated though. The "fascists" were in Italy, not in Nazi Germany. The Nazi's (National Socialist German Workers Party) started as the German Worker's Party (a left-wing socialist (collectivist) group). The Nazi's started out as ANTI-business AND anti-Marxist, before they simplified things and decided to just hate the Jews (LOL). Due to all of this, I think that Europe in the 1930's holds SOME guide, but the parallels are not as close as one would think. The parallels I see are cultural, not political.
The similarities *I* see to 1930's Germany are the extremely thoughtless Nationalism in the US, the desperation, the racism, the anti-intellectual nature of virtually the entire population (ok, maybe only 90%), the worship of the military, and the naivete' of the population regarding the actions and motivations of the government. The evil we are dealing with in the US is something new. And as far as I know, there's no "Allied Powers" available to challenge it. It can only be destroyed from within, and I believe that movement will begin quite naturally at some point. That's an easy prediction to make, since I see the beginnings of such a movement already. The American Resistance Movement, Anonymous, the Patriot Movement, etc. Judging by recent moves by the government to silence the population (illegal arrests under NDAA), I suspect that by the end of this year it will be dangerous to post what I'm posting right now. Who knows, maybe I'm late, and this will be my last post. Things are "getting real" as the Millennials like to say. OPSEC is very quickly going to be more important than "getting the word out".
