The Assault on 2nd Amendment Precursor to Martial Law in America

Susanne Posel, Contributor

The disinformation mafia at Time magazine says that the phrase “’Guns don’t actually kill people’ is sometimes a refrain from gun rights advocates when they run low on arguments in a policy discussion.”

Concerning the false flag staged attack in Aurora, Colorado, the National Rifle Association is pushing for the right to bear arms and the retention of our 2nd Amendment, while the talking heads at CNN want us to believe the globalist’s lie that America would be safer if semi-automatic weapons were banned from purchase. In a commentary piece, they say that America’s violent culture can be directly blamed on our ability to have guns to protect ourselves. Never does the author of the article mention that the increase in violent films, television shows and music could be a factor in brainwashing average Americans to think enacting violent outbursts would be acceptable.

More attacks on our right to defend ourselves against the tyrannical takeover of our nation by the global Elite and the banking cartels come from Antonin Scalia, Supreme Court Justice, who wrongly states that the 2nd Amendment allows the US government to regulate firearms.

Scalia asserts that limiting “assault rifles” is up to the government and they should be outlawed.

In the US Senate, a group of 51 senators threatened to oppose the UN Arms Trade Treaty (ATT).

Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State, wrote a letter to Obama admitting that the ATT’s allocation of international gun control was unacceptable to the US Congress.

The Senators wrote:
We strongly encourage your administration not only to uphold our country’s constitutional protections of civilian firearms ownership, but to ensure — if necessary, by breaking consensus at the July conference — that the treaty will explicitly recognize the legitimacy of lawful activities associated with firearms, including but not limited to the right of self-defense. As members of the United States Senate, we will oppose the ratification of any Arms Trade Treaty that falls short of this standard.
According to Thomas Countryman, US assistant Secretary of State for International Security and Nonproliferation, who supports the ATT remarked:
We want any treaty to make it more difficult and expensive to conduct illicit, illegal and destabilizing transfers of arms. But we do not want something that would make legitimate international arms trade more cumbersome than the hurdles United States exporters already face.
Victoria Nuland, US Ambassador to the UN released a statement on the US State Department website wherein it was admitted that “the illicit trafficking of conventional arms is an important national security concern for the United States.”

While the bureaucracy surrounding the ATT and gun control makes the rounds on Capitol Hill, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is preparing for the prospect of civil unrest in America.

Secretly, DHS have been taking bids from contractors who can install “aerial remote sensing” which uses light detection and ranging (LIDAR) that would be part of the unmanned drone missions within domestic US territory.

The US Army Military Police Training manual specifies for “Civil Disturbance Operations”; the procedures for dealing with civilian riots, gun confiscation and the murder of Americans by US military in the name of continuity of government is outlined under the complete civil unrest scenario.

Janet Napolitano, Secretary of the DHS, told a House Committee meeting on Homeland Security that the more than 30,000 drones that will be deployed into American skies are just arbitrarily watching out for US citizens.

The Federal Protective Service (FPS) has been given the responsibility to protecting federally owned property while preparing for civilian-led riots expected in the near future. And part of the preparatory measures was an order of 150 sets of riot gear that was requested to be filled exponentially. The FPS is anticipating that police or military wearing the gear would encounter “blunt force trauma” to the upper torso, as well as potential beatings with “blunt objects”.

In June of this year, the US Army requested bids for riot gear, that was answered by A2Z Supply Corp, in which specified equipment was to be delivered to West Point Academy in New York.

In 2008, a report from the Army Times indicated that the US military was reassigning troops arriving home from Afghanistan to serve domestically in homeland patrols which would be used during the necessity of maintaining order during an economic collapse.

The purpose of these patrol units was to aid “with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack” and provide to “coordinate defense support of civil authorities” under NORTHCOM and other commands including federal homeland defense efforts.

The use of “nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them” will be part of the control measures, according to 1st BCT commander Col. Roger Cloutier.

The US government, under the guise of continuity of government, is preparing for controlling the American public under any circumstances necessary.

While the total disarmament of Americans with the eradication of the 2nd Amendment is part of the plan, it may not be necessary for them to enact their complete lockdown of our nation. Currently, armed forces are training their troops to maintain civil order for national security purposes, even if that means firing on American civilians.

This is why the retention of the 2nd Amendment is so important. First they take our right to bear arms. Then they forcibly remove them from us.

Then the full-blown tyrannical Fascist Dictatorship begins.

All of this discussion about the second amendment is moot as it is 1. part of the bill of rights which were declared as inalienable (inherent, not requiring the blessing of any authority) and 2. requires someone to enforce confiscation by showing up at your house. With 2 in mind any M'Fer who shows up at my house for that purpose will share their last day on earth with me. The willigness to die for liberty is our only protection from tyranny. Everyone MUST have the same resolve or you and your descendants will suffer a nation under despotism as slaves. I will die before living under the rule of tyrannts. It is the American way, it is the right way. Freemen are free first in their mind.

An interesting and informative article. Thanks.

One correction: Victoria Nuland is not the ambassador to the UN. She is the spokesperson for the State Department. Susan Rice is the ambassador to the UN.

What's wrong with martial law? How would that be any worse? You're ally a bunch of scardey-cats, complaining about the status quo but terrified that it will change.

The "coming economic collapse" is an engineered event. I lay responsibility for this event at the feet of people like Ben Bernanke of the Federal Reserve, and all the liberals in the House and Senate who think that by simply raising the debt ceiling, disaster can be pushed back another year. Sooner or later, the national debt eats you alive. When you begin to see high government officials buying land in south America and bugging out with their families, you will know that time is short. Have an emergency plan with your family and closest friends. Start a food storage plan. There are plenty of sites on the web to learn about it. Clean water will be an absolute essential. Without it, you'll be helpless in less than three days. But above all else, do not broadcast your plans. When the puckie hits the fan, your neighbor will no longer be your friend. Everyone will be struggling to survive. Buy enough plywood and long lag bolts to cover all your windows in a pinch. Glass will not protect you from hungry insane people.

Dale opines: If the Aurora shootings were a false flag operation (for which claim Posel offers zero evidence), it was planned by the NRA. Who benefits from mass shootings? Gun manufacturers, as people rush to buy up guns, encouraged by NRA propagandists like Posel, who in a previous article, claimed that foreign troops would be coming door to door to take our guns.

The 2nd Amendment has been obsolete since the justification for the right to bear arms (the need for a government regulated citizen militia to repel invasion and insurrection) was eliminated by the establishment of a standing army. No other justification is given in the Constitution, and the militia is defined as a government "disciplined" army of citizens intended to defend the government from foreign and domestic attacks.

Those who think the 2nd Amendment was created to give the people the ability to combat government tyranny should read the Constitution. In fact, militias (which have not been needed for a long long time, since we have the largest military in the world) were deemed necessary precisely to defend against such attacks on the government.

The Supreme Court totally ignored the text of the Constitution and invented (judicial activism, which is also unconstitutional)a reason which appears no where in the Constitution. Don't believe me? Take a look yourself.

The 2nd Amendment, logically and historically (if not legally), is obsolete. Unless you belong to a government militia (not the kind that terrorist Timothy McVeigh belonged to), the Constitution does not grant you the right to bear arms.

POint 2: US has loosest gun laws and most guns in the world and 30,000 gun deaths a year (including about 10,000 gun murders). Nations with tight laws and few guns have almost no gun murders: in 2006, Japan had 2, in 2008 11 gun murders; last year the UK had 39; Germany, Austria, and Spain have about 98% fewer gun homicides than the US.

Who benefits from all these gun deaths. The NRA, the gun lobby for the gun manufacturers: the rest of us suffer from the worst murder rate among developed nations (except for twin Russia, which allows assault weapons like the US).

Death by government
The megamurdering states of the 20th century have been: the U.S.S.R. (1917-1987), 61,911,000; Communist China (1949-1987), 35,236,000; Nazi Germany (1933-1945), 20,946,000; and Nationalist (or Kuomintang) China (1928-1949), 10,076,000. These are followed by the "lesser" megamurdering states: Japan (1936-1945), 5,964,000; Cambodia (1975-1979), 2,035,000; Turkey (1909-1918), 1,883,000; Vietnam (1945-1987), 1,678,000; North Korea (1948-1987), 1,663,000; Poland (1945-1948), 1,585,000; Pakistan (1958-1987), 1,503,000; Mexico (1900-1920), 1,417,000; Yugoslavia (1944-1987), 1,072,000; Czarist Russia (1900-1917), 1,066,000.

While the Soviet Union and Communist China have been the super mass-murdering states of the century, they have not been the most lethally dangerous, relative to the populations over which they have ruled. During the 70-year period of Soviet history analyzed by Professor Rummel, the state killed the equivalent of 29.64 percent of the U.S.S.R.'s population, while the Communist Chinese (because of the vastness of China's population) only killed, during the 38 years in his study, the equivalent of 4.49 percent of the people of China. The Nazis killed about 6.46 percent of the peoples under their control in Europe between 1933-1945. On the other hand, during the short four years of its rule in Cambodia, Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge government killed about 31.25 percent of the entire Cambodian population.

Anon@9:12PM You're right, the Constitution does not grant you the right to bear arms. Your right to bear arms is a natural right of any free man. The Constitution prohibits the government from interfering with that right.

What evidence does this author have that the shooting in Aurora was a false flag?

Why don't you do some RESEARCH on your own? You'll then see the "official" story is a load of hooey. Stop expecting people to spoon feed you information.

Here is the amount of men with high power, highly accurate hunting rifles in just 5 states:

LEADING DEER HUNTING STATES
(Licensed Resident Deer Hunters)
Pennsylvania 1,299,372
Michigan 1,005,000
Wisconsin 894,543
New York 812,446
Texas 645,000

Just those hunters, not including all gun owners makes an army of 4 million six hundred thousand men.

Now imagine adding all the other states.
Now imagine adding all the gun owners who don't hunt.
Now tell me what army of 1 million, much less 100,000 want to tangle with 80 million US gun owners.

We are many, they are few, they fear us.
Let's keep it that way.
