It's a tough call not seeing the video prior to the event. There is know way from this video to know what happened and to put things in context.
1)Did they provided any identification prior to what is shown on the video?
2)Was there a reason for the arrest?
3)After the video is cut, was there uniformed officers with a marked car to take the person under arrest away?
If No to these 3 questions then it is basically an abduction. The lady should have yelled for help saying she is being kidnapped. That's basically what is happening if No to the previous questions.
Example given, if an unmarked police car tries to pull you over. You can just call the police to verify that it is an unmarked car following you, or just drive to the police station.
How is one to know who is an officer or not? How is one supposed to know the difference between private security, civilian making a citizens arrest, or someone committing fraud (either to rob, harass, kidnap, and etc)
This sets a dangerous presidence if this is standard practice for any kind of law enforcement! It is ashame the crowd did not jump in to stop what was happening and is pure intimidation if the story story and video are accurate.
Arrest? If it had truly been an arrest, the woman would have been handcuffed, not led away by the arm. This looked more like coworker plainclothes cops rescuing one of their own out of the crowd.
Excelent point of the abduction. I've researched to many arrest cases to know that a court will never side with people who even vaguely "consent". This issue may also point out to the PTB that fellow Citizens won't object either or won't want to "get involved". Obstructing justice or official business charges won't stick if the officer is not identified first. No good deed goes unpunished is not a mentally acceptable reason for a neighbor not to stand in for our fellow Citizens in an environment as we have today regarding "law enforcemnet".

Bull's eye. We know already that we are the 99%. Is the lady "arrested' by those bullies aware of it? Time to put it in practice. In situation like this scream and rise hell.Let the people know what is happening.
wtf? you can not let you're self be taken by unidentified people. why did she not call for help? to many questions there. they must shown id or she would not have gone. if she is an activist she should knbow things like that.
