Always Tired? The Explanation May Surprise You

One of the biggest health complaints comes from people reporting that they are always tired. 

Always tired due to a lack of energy, feeling constantly run-down, fatigued, while suffering from headaches, muscular pains, bouts of anxiety, trouble sleeping, hormonal problems and other related imbalances as a consequence of their tiredness. 

Are you one of these people? Many have no explanation for why they feel this way.

—Growing exponentially in recent years, why are so many always tired? 

Well, let’s look at it from this perspective. 

Firstly, if you are always tired, the simple answer is this. You’re living in ways you were not meant to.

You have to see it from the bigger picture. 

I’ll explain.

Most of us dwell in unnatural overcrowded concrete jungles, yet we are so isolated from one another: Lost in our addiction to electronic applications with its sound and imagery, we don’t have enough time for socializing, relating to other human beings in person. 

—Isn’t it ironic when social media has made us even more lonely and disconnected, leading to depression for many.

The net effect? -We  have become a mutant race. We have lost that natural connection to nature. Disharmony has become the new norm. 

We’re spellbound; programed into blind unquestioning compliance to the dictates of corporate/government power structures. They’ve got us spellbound and programed in ways that suit their enslavement agenda.    

Then there’s the uncompromising societal demands leaving us bereft of our true self-expression. No wonder so many originate that they feel like ‘something is wrong,’ or they ‘can’t be themselves…’

Like many, living in scarcity, struggling through the daily grind to make ends meet from the demands, this is not conducive to how we were meant to live our lives.

There’s an energic frequency war on us, perpetrated by those in high places, trying to stress us out and drain the life-force energy out of us…

—No wonder so many are always tired. They are tired of living as dis-ease may set in…

And it doesn’t stop there. There are other circumstances not conducive to health. 

Not just tiredness, to top it all, we have never been subjected to so much toxicity that seriously threatens our health. 

Toxicity from: 

*Constant bombardment of EMF’s. Especially in inner cities as they are more EMF dense, and soon to be 6G will have an even greater effect on our health than the current 5G. The body is a bio-electromagnetic energy system and EMF’s disrupt the body’s functioning.

*So-called vaccines with their poisons containing such noxious chemical-laced substances as graphene oxide, nanotechnology designed to indiscriminately harm us and manipulate our DNA. -There is NO evidence to prove the efficacy of these “vaccines.”

*Our topsoil is nutrient depleted. It contains chemicals from spraying which reduces the energy giving nutritional effectiveness of food. 

*The rise in ultra-processed acid body foods have also contributed to feeling always tired having ill-health issues such as intestinal dysbiosis (bad gut bacteria) from their toxicity lacking in real nutrient value. 

*Rises in pollution are everywhere. This includes chem-trails and plastic pollution in the form of microplastics. Did you know that the average adult human brain now contains 0.5g of plastic. -That’s about the weight of a plastic spoon!

-The contributing list to feeling always tired and the threats to ill-health go on…

Solutions

There is no definitive one size fits all solution. Further, many of us realize that we are up against a number of parasitical corporate/government power structures and their associates hell-bent on money and power, designed to more than weaken or ware us out.

However, there are strategic foundational solutions. All of which can change the way we live for the better. Not the complete A-Z guide, but here they are: 

Just how committed are you or could you be to the following solutions?

Psychological

Most people would automatically assume the process of detoxing to be in relation to ridding the body of toxic substances (more later), but it has other implications. Detoxing can also mean ridding yourself of toxic people in your life. Try disconnecting from toxic relationships, perhaps at home or in the workplace that affect you emotionally or elevate your stress levels.

Try meditation. It’s a great way to practice staying focused or to destress.

Social

In other words, if the people you associate with are not conducive to your peacefulness, spiritual growth or awakening then maybe it’s time to make some appropriate changes. Move on, find new relationships… 

Instead of being glued to your applications all the time how about interacting more with the people surrounding you?

-Remember, if you follow the alternative media, chances are you are a beacon of light in a very dark world… -The world needs every bit of you.

Environmental

To optimize your energy levels for health and well-being, it is essential that you pay careful attention to how you handle your environment. 

Environmental toxins are everywhere, but we can do things to reduce their effects. For more on this see nutritional (below).

Further, take control of the noise levels in your environment. Avoid the TV or radio blurting out all day. Especially with its mainstream media brainwashing. Remember, less noise = less stress. 

To reduce EMF environmental pollution, switch off your apps when not in use. Before going to bed switch off the wi-fi.

Avoid crowds. Some people, for instance, could have the effect on you with their vaccine shedding… 

Make sure you have good air quality, food and water supplies at hand. 

Try getting more nature-based surroundings. Take nature walks…

What else could you do to make a healthy environment for you and your family?

Nutritional 

No matter what your circumstances, detoxification has been strongly recommended, especially by those who advise you to choose naturopathic approaches over profit-driven pharmaceuticals. -Don’t take anyone’s advice however, until you’ve done your own research.

A number of healthcare professionals advise to detox: For instance, to undergo EDTA chelation therapy, restore vitality by removing heavy metals that have accumulated in the body over the long term. 

Undergo a liver detox, complemented by alpha linolenic acid and folate. Gut cleaning using colon hydrotherapy is also said to be effective…

Probiotics are a great way to promote beneficial gut bacteria. Foods source include sauerkraut, apple cider vinegar and kimchi. 

The food source kimchi has been known to detox your body from plastics that would be very difficult to remove otherwise. Kimchi has the effect of having active beneficial bacterium that dissolves the bisphenol A component in body microplastics.

As the Ancient Greek physician Hippocrates said: “let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food.”  For optimum nutrition eat organic foods. Try juicing, consuming greens regularly. -It has been said that alkaline foods have contributed greatly to health and vitality as well as disease prevention.

Remember, as mentioned earlier, the nutrient in topsoil and the crops don’t have the nutrition value like they use to have. So, naturopathic practitioners have recommended taking regular supplements to make up for this.

Finally

Ultimately, it’s about breaking the spell. Breaking the chains that those in high places have on you that have been leading you into felling tired all the time and ill-health.
