In a resounding victory against the madness of so-called “gender-affirming care” which has been responsible for the mutilation of countless vulnerable children, a New York jury has awarded $2 million to a young woman who was subjected to a double mastectomy at age 16 after being manipulated into identifying as transgender. The January 30, 2026 verdict in Westchester County Supreme Court marks the first time a detransitioner malpractice lawsuit in the U.S. reached trial and delivered a crushing blow to the reckless medical providers who push this form of child abuse.[1] [2] [3]
The victim, Fox Varian, now 22 has reclaimed her identity as female. Fox sued psychologist Dr. Kenneth Einhorn and a plastic surgeon. She alleged they criminally neglected adequate psychological evaluations, ignored underlying issues like autism or trauma and bypassed proper informed consent before rushing her into the irreversible butchery in 2019. The jury awarded $1.6 million for past and future pain and suffering plus $400,000 for future medical expenses to repair the damage.
“This is how it all ends,” one report quoted in coverage of the case, signaling the collapse of this dangerous farce. The verdict exposes the fraudulent “affirmation-only” or “fast-track” cult in treating gender dysphoria in minors. Toxic hormonal poisons and mutilating surgeries are inflicted with zero regard for long-term consequences. This atrocity, masquerading as medicine, exploits and permanently scars impressionable youth who need protection and real therapy, not ideological indoctrination leading to lifelong regret and sterility. Broader Context and Overdue Reckoning
This case is part of a massive backlash against the insane gender cult that has infected society. Multiple detransitioner lawsuits are emerging across the U.S. with numerous young victims coming forward to expose the horrors of their regretted mutilations. The verdict sets a vital precedent, terrifying providers into halting their promotion of irreversible damage on minors. The case exposes serious problems with “gender-affirming care” for children. Decades of clinical evidence show that 80–90% of kids with gender dysphoria naturally resolve these feelings without permanent changes. They outgrow the confusion on their own.
Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, “I’m not a biologist.”
It’s utterly mind-boggling how society descended into this abyss of child abuse. An example of this lunacy is highlighted by Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who during her 2022 confirmation hearings couldn’t even define what a woman is, pathetically giving the excuse “I’m not a biologist.” When even the nation’s top jurists deny basic biological reality, it’s no shock that predatory activists have brainwashed kids into self-destruction.
The corruption begins in schools.
Woke counselors and teachers secretly groom students into gender confusion, often hiding transitions from parents or coercing consent by weaponizing threats of suicide. Reports reveal training programs in districts like those in California and elsewhere that instruct staff to teach children to question their natural born gender identity. Teachers and counselors affirm delusions and pressure families by implying that their refusal to allow their child to transition could lead to self-harm/suicide. These actions essentially frighten parents into signing off on life-ruining procedures. This sinister agenda has devastated families and children by causing irreversible harm under the guise of “compassion.”
Books like “I Am Jazz” by Jessica Herthel and Jazz Jennings, which romanticizes a young child’s transgender journey, or “George” (retitled “Melissa”) by Alex Gino, portraying a transgender girl’s struggles, flood school libraries and reading lists, indoctrinating kids into believing that gender confusion is innate and irreversible.
“When Aidan Became a Brother” is another “children’s” picture book that has invaded the schools. It is depicted as: “a heartwarming picture book by Kyle Lukoff that explores the journey of a transgender boy as he navigates the changes in his life after becoming a big brother.”
Too many parents remain in the dark about the fact that these indoctrinating books are being incorporated into classroom reading during school hours.
The corruption and mass psychological manipulation have metastasized across a growing array of media platforms.
This insidious brainwashing of young minds through children’s media is widespread and deeply harmful. Multiple forces have pushed a confusing gender ideology and preyed on vulnerable children. Taxpayer-funded public libraries across the U.S. have hosted Drag Queen Story Hour programs, where scantily clad transvestites in exaggerated and provocative outfits read stories to toddlers and preschoolers, normalizing adult-themed performances under the guise of “inclusivity.” Despite public outrage this is still going on. TV shows like Sesame Street have dipped into this territory, featuring episodes with gender expression themes, such as the 2025 installment “No Wrong Way to Be Me”, where a character explores non-binary hairstyles and clothing.[6] After President Trump pulled funding from PBS, Netflix picked it up along with its obvious and ever present LGBTQP agenda.[7]
TV series such as the TLC reality show “I Am Jazz,” following a transgender teen’s medical transitions, or Netflix’s “Big Mouth” with its transgender character navigating dysphoria using puberty humor, compound the issue by glamorizing these ideas in entertainment.[8] This relentless exposure from movies like “Just Charlie”, depicting youth transitions, to documentaries like PBS’s “Growing Up Trans”, has fueled the rapid acceptance of this ideology, leading to skyrocketing rates of gender dysphoria diagnoses among children who would have likely outgrown such feelings naturally without intervention. Instead, multi-media has sown seeds of lifelong confusion, regret and harm in the name of “compassion, inclusion and progress.” [9] [10]
Prominent voices echo the tragedy inflicted on them.
Elon Musk has courageously detailed the nightmare of his child Xavier’s transition to Vivian Jenna Wilson. Musk said he was told by medical professionals that his child “might commit suicide” if he did not approve the puberty blockers, which influenced his decision at the time. He later called this a “lie” and expressed regret, arguing that such treatments do not reduce suicide risk and may even increase it, based on studies he referenced. Musk has reiterated these views in other contexts, including a December 2025 exchange criticizing California Governor Gavin Newsom’s policies on gender-affirming care. He now mourns the effective “death” of his son at the hands of the “woke mind virus” that preys on the young.
Gender Mills are Shuttering
Fortunately, the house of cards is crumbling as youth gender mills shutter en masse. The nation’s largest indoctrination center, The Center for Transyouth Health and Development at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, closed in July 2025 under federal funding cuts and policy crackdowns. Similar shutdowns or restrictions have hit facilities in Washington, Utah, Colorado, Atlanta, Chicago and beyond. Federal moves, including executive orders and HHS rules under the current administration, have slashed Medicare and Medicaid funding for these abusive practices, forcing closures and sparking desperate legal fights from holdout states.[11] [12] [13] [14] [15]
Give credit where credit is due
President Donald Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have been instrumental in dismantling this dangerous movement. Their collaboration began with Trump’s executive actions, starting first in the military where, on his inaugural day in January 2025, he signed Executive Order 14183 to ban transgender individuals from serving, prioritizing military readiness and excellence. This policy was upheld by the Supreme Court in May 2025 despite fierce opposition.
Building on this foundation, Trump issued Executive Order 14187 on January 28, 2025, titled “Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation.” This order directed federal agencies to eliminate funding and support for puberty blockers, hormone therapies and surgeries for those under 19, framing these interventions as abusive and unscientific.
Appointing RFK Jr. as HHS Secretary in November 2024, Trump empowered a fierce advocate who has long opposed these procedures for minors. RFK Jr. has called these procedures malpractice. He believes they cause serious, long-term physical and psychological harm to young people. Under RFK Jr.’s leadership, HHS released critical reports in May and November 2025 debunking the safety and efficacy of gender-affirming care for youth. On December 18, 2025, he announced sweeping proposed rules to bar hospitals participating in Medicare and Medicaid from providing such care to minors, while prohibiting Medicaid and CHIP funds from covering it. He effectively starved the practice of federal support and aligned policy with evidence-based medicine.
President Trump and RFK Jr.’s actions have reversed years of misguided policies from previous administrations and have helped shield children from exploitation, thus ensuring a healthier, more biologically grounded future for the nation.
What This Means
Together – the landmark jury verdict, the avalanche of pending litigation, and the White House and HHS actions – are returning sanity to our nation at last. They reject the pseudoscience of gender ideology, reaffirm biological reality and parental rights, shield impressionable children from predatory experimentation and safeguard future generations from the irreversible regret, sterility and suffering inflicted in the name of “progress.” The era of unchecked youth gender mutilation is collapsing and America is finally protecting its most vulnerable once again.
But it does not stop there – true victory demands continuous vigilance.
While we celebrate progress, gender ideology still infiltrates classrooms, literature and screens, targeting our children relentlessly. Parents must reclaim control and remove the cell phones, monitor every digital influence and make the hard but necessary choice to homeschool or seek a genuine Christian school. Fail to heed this and the day may come when your beloved Jimmy tearfully announces he must now be called Jenny. The time to shield them is now. Fight for their minds before it’s too late.
