Five city-owned and operated grocery stores will soon be springing up in Manhattan to sling government cheese and whatever else is covered by food stamps. Police are being reassigned away from mental health cases, and those dangerous lunatics are being turned over to unarmed civilian counselors who will be stationed across 100 subway platforms across town.
