The other day Professor Dr. James Fetzer found the time to speak with me about my new book The Fall of San Francisco.
For my first 20 minutes on screen, you can see what I do when I think that I’m not on camera. 😅 Once the interview gets started at about the 30 minute mark, James and I talk about the origins of the Burton political machine in San Francisco as well as how Jim Jones and the Peoples Temple solidified the Burton Machine’s power by stealing the 1975 mayoral election. Then it’s on to our secret rulers known as the Bay Area Council and many other topics. Our talk explains the proper place of government in society and the wrongheaded political beliefs abounding in San Francisco today.
