Making a Public Records Act Request May Just End Your Career

Knowledge of the risks associated with speaking out has been with me for a long time. People may have become accustomed to seeing my byline on Activist Post articles, but may not know the route by which I arrived here. They may not know that I was mainstream educated and that through most of my writing career, wrote for mainstream press.

All of that ended abruptly one spring afternoon in 2004, when I made my way over to City Hall in Santa Monica and plunked down a public records act request. I was requesting some water records from the City, an act which ended up terminating my “mainstream” career.

Within hours I picked up a voicemail from my editor at the Santa Monica Daily Press. The SMDP is a free local newspaper which focuses on the news of the City. Santa Monica is a rich little town, nestled between Los Angeles and the surf, which is home to movie stars and magnates. The average rent for a 1-bedroom apartment in Santa Monica is currently over $3000 a month. The city is also home to a large homeless population, drawn by awesome weather, homeless services and a once-upon-a-time reputation for political activism.

The voicemail left for me by SMDP editor Carolyn Sackariason bordered on hysteria. She informed me that she had not authorized my making a public records act to the City and that by doing so I was “endangering” her position as editor of the SMDP. I’ll state, parenthetically, that as a columnist I was not required to get pre-approval from the editor and simply filed my column each week.

And that was the very last communication I received from Carolyn. I made my way over to the office on the Promenade and attempted to meet with her. I was barred from doing so and my byline never again appeared in the SMDP.

Nor in any other mainstream publication. I had worked mostly freelance—which probably ended up saving my soul—and my articles had appeared in such publications as the Los Angeles Times, the Long Beach Press Telegram, Orange Coast Magazine and in a number of national women’s and men’s magazines. When I was thrown out, I was thrown out hard and definitively.

My life-changing public records act request was just that—a request for records. No opinions or conclusions were stated. I simply wanted to see water records from Santa Monica.

The level of almost violent response resulting from this request cemented my understanding that I was onto something major. And I already knew that. What I did not yet know was the extent to which cities across America and other, so-called “sovereign nations,” had adopted what I came to call the “double line water system.” And though I realized early on that this is a weapons system, designed to kill covertly, I did not yet tie it in with a pending pandemic. That realization came a bit later.

We are now living in a post-pandemic era. Or possibly I should say a “between pandemics era.” The efforts at the WHO to amend the International Health Regulations to give that agreement more leverage in its ability to mandate international response to a reported pandemic, coupled with the efforts to launch a pandemic treaty, have made it clear to astute and alarmed observers that Covid-19 is being used as a raison d’être to cement a centralized and unified response to any future public health incident, real or confabulated. This centralized response includes lockdowns and forced vaccination.

We now have multiple legal efforts to address the spectre of forced vaccinations. It is of grave concern that the involved lawyers do not recognize the dangers of an alternate and covert pandemic delivery system. In fact, many seem to be in denial of this fact.

If the infrastructure of the entire globe is being reconstructed to facilitate this precision-level weapons system, what difference is a lawsuit against vaccines going to accomplish? With all due respect for the efforts of so many to bring the problematic vaccine issue to light, and particularly with respect for the efforts of presidential candidate RFK Jr, I must ask—

Are half measures enough?

Here is a recent email thread between RFK Jr and myself. RFK Jr, upon request, was sent a copy of my pandemic book over a year ago. We actually did a book swap, as his book on Fauci came out at roughly the same time as At the Breaking Point of History, which goes into the double line water system in great depth and documentation.

I am contacting you with some questions pursuant to your entering the Presidential race. I see where you previously worked as President of Waterkeepers. I would like to inquire if, in that capacity, you received information about the weaponized water systems in the US and elsewhere, referred to as the “double line water system.”

Your book exposing Fauci was significant in many aspects but did not mention the double line water system as a potential pandemic delivery system. Having requested and received a review copy of my book, “At the Breaking Point of History,” which goes into this delivery system in some detail, I assume you are now aware of this. Yet I do not see anything in your public statements referring to this dangerous issue.

I would therefore like to know 1) when you became aware of this and 2) why you do not publicly discuss it.

I responded to presidential candidate Kennedy with alacrity, offering information about this project, which I had assumed he must have known about, as he had been sent a copy of my book. Here is my communication with him, dated April 10, 2023. To date there has been no reply.

I have been interviewed widely on this pandemic delivery system, documented in the book. I have even been on Coast to Coast radio, on March 11 of this year.

There are days in which the sheer weight of lies which we are being afflicted with almost paralyzes me. And then there are days, such as today, when I sit down at the trusty ole computer and try to do whatever I can possibly do to controvert the lies and shed a small beam of light on the reality of our common plight.
