Webinar Promotes Appeal to Stop 5G Deployment in Europe; 1,000,000 Signatures Needed

Worldwide opposition to 5G deployment has been ongoing for years. Since 2017 doctors and scientists have asked for 5G moratoriums on Earth and in space (see 1, 2) and the majority of scientists oppose deployment. Since 2018 there have been reports of people and animals experiencing symptoms and illnesses after it was activated (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ). Some researchers have also claimed that activation may be contributing to COVID-19 infections as well as hundreds of thousands if not millions of bird deaths. Additionally, so far, 5G service has mostly received bad reviews (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9). All of the above as well as other 5G risk concerns has limited, slowed, and/or stopped deployment in some locations; however, elsewhere deployment and activation is actually speeding up. An upcoming webinar will focus on an effort to appeal to the European Commission and Parliament to halt 5G deployment in 27 countries.

The European Citizens’ Initiative (ECI) Stop5G Project was launched in March 2022, and has one year to gather a million signatures from across Europe. If successful, the European Commission and Parliament will be obliged to address the proposals that the EU enact regulations to protect health, nature, the environment and privacy.

Safe Tech International is hosting a webinar to help “get the word out” about this critical and potentially life-changing Appeal, and to ensure the 27 European countries who collaborated on this effort, reach their goal of 1,000,000 signatures by March, 2023.

Klaus Buchner

How can radiofrequency radiation affect us? – Some mechanisms of the damages.

Klaus Buchner was Born in 1941 in Munich (München), Germany. He studied physics in Munich and Edinbourgh/Scotland. He was employed by Max-Planck-Institut für Physik (Munich, 1965-1970), Kyoto University (1971-1972), University of Chandigarh/India (1972), Technische Universität München (1973-2006). Klaus was a Member of the Academy “Academia Peloritana dei Pericolanti” in Sicily, and received the Gold Medal of Merits from the University of Wroclaw, Poland.

Pernille Schriver

Coordinator of the European Citizens’ Initiative Stop5G Project

Pernille Shriver is a biologist by training and has worked as an environmental advisor in several municipalities. She previously had her own training business where she taught outdoor living. More recently, she focuses her professional life on teaching science.
Since 2016, Pernille has been the Communication Coordinator of the Danish EHS Association. And since 2018, she has spent most of her free time in the Stop 5G movement in Denmark. This has led her to being part of the initiating group behind the European Citizen’s Initiative Stop 5G Stay Connected but Protected project.

Olle Johansson

Associate professor at the Karolinska Institute (retired Nov 2017, still active), Department of Neuroscience, and head of The Experimental Dermatology Unit, has a long background in the neurosciences and has coauthored – together with his supervisor professor Tomas Hökfelt and many others, including Nobel Laureates – up to the presentation of his doctoral thesis 143 original papers, reviews, book chapters and conference abstracts, a publication record hard to beat! His doctoral thesis at the Karolinska Institute was entitled ”Peptide Neurons in the Central and Peripheral Nervous System. Light and Electron Microscopic Studies”.

Lorna Hackett

Lorna Hackett is a high profile civil rights lawyer, and co-founder of Hackett & Dabbs LLP. She is the litigator in the Action Against 5G judicial review in England, on which the Court of Appeal in London recently granted permission to proceed to a full hearing in the Administrative Court. Ms Hackett is dedicated to equality, fairness and justice and representing the most vulnerable in society and is a renowned public speaker in social justice and criminal justice reform. She co-hosts The Two Heads podcast alongside Michael Mansfield QC, the lead advocate on the Action Against 5G judicial review www.thetwoheads.com

Rob Van Der Boom – Moderator

Rob Van Der Boom is a retired mechanical engineer. Rob worked for the Ministry of Transport in the Netherlands in various capacities pertaining to aviation safety. He also took part in international work with the United Nations to modernise aircraft regulations and was involved in the development of EU rules for aviation safety.

In 2011, Rob joined the board of the EHS Foundation in The Netherlands, and is currently chairman of the EHS Foundation. Rob is one of the the seven initiators of the ECI Stop 5G — Stay Connected But Protected.
