Many of us already worry about the various and sometimes tragic consequences of digital addiction.  Now children may be more susceptible because most schools have switched to virtual learning.

Many of us also worry about how exposure to blue light, cell phone and WiFi radiation increases our risk for cancer (see 1, 2, 3) and other undesirable and sometimes fatal health problems.

Now many of us will worry about whether we and our loved ones are breathing properly when we send emails and texts. I know I am.
