Ohio is getting a lot of press lately for alleged legislator-lobbyist-utility corruption (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), and also for citizens taking action against state-mandated COVID-19 orders (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5). A few weeks ago, a lawsuit was filed by the latter. The group’s recent press release indicates that the lawsuit is progressing as planned.
