As a journalist, I receive Judicial Watch’s Press Releases and Weekly Updates as part of their media contacts. The Weekly Update received August 31, 2018, made me stop and wonder, “What the heck really is going on, and who doesn’t know what they are doing in the fiasco known as ‘Russiagate’.”
“[National Security Division] FOIA consulted [Office of Intelligence] … to identify and locate records responsive to [Judicial Watch’s] FOIA request…. [Office of Intelligence] determined … that there were no records, electronic or paper, responsive to [Judicial Watch’s] FOIA request with regard to Carter Page. [Office of Intelligence] further confirmed that the [Foreign Surveillance Court] considered the Page warrant applications based upon written submissions and did not hold any hearings.” [….]
“We recently filed a request with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court seeking the transcripts of all hearings related to the surveillance of Carter Page.
It is disturbing that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance courts rubber-stamped the Carter Page spy warrants and held not one hearing on these extraordinary requests to spy on the Trump team.
“Perhaps the court can now hold hearings on how justice was corrupted by material omissions that Hillary Clinton’s campaign, the DNC, a conflicted Bruce Ohr, a compromised Christopher Steele, and anti-Trumper Peter Strzok were all behind the ‘intelligence’ used to persuade the courts to approve the FISA warrants that targeted the Trump team.”

If a country has no respect for world’s International laws – don’t expect them to respect any domestic laws because both sets of Fair Laws are needed in order to maintain a healthy democracy, sovereignty and Free society. We saw many of the US War Lords representing the deep State,recently sending one of their War Lord Partners – off. These are the ones responsible for stalling and mocking Judicial Watch’s actions.
The United States is a sovereign country. Our laws come from, and are guaranteed by the Constitution. We are not bound by any other country’s laws, nor would I want to be. Remember, China, Saudi Arabia, and many other dictatorial countries are part of the international community.
We don’t have a democracy. We have a constitutional Republic. A democracy is one of the worst kinds of government. In a democracy, the mob rules. That means if the mob likes your brand new car they can just take it from you and there is nothing you can do about it, whereas in a constitutional Republic you are protected from this by the Constitution.
There is definitely corruption happening in our government. The way to change it? With our votes. As long as we keep voting in these career politicians and fail to impose term limits on these crooks nothing will change.
You write well HH and your enthusiasm is good but I’ve lived a few countries other than the states and the votes – are not dictated by the Russians – its the Israelis , corporations and MIC.The NWO and it’s masters are the bankers from century old families and they rule. The West screwed the East and now there is a world conflict between the East Multipolar NWO and the West singular NWO. That’s how I see it – just retired and trying to make it thru the bucket list.LOL
