TSA Molests 13-Year-Old Girl, Then Calls the Police When Parents Object

By Matt Agorist

Arlington, VA — Daniel McAdams, Executive Director at Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity, was traveling back from the Institute’s recent conference in Washington when he and his family were targeted by Transportation Security Administration officials at a TSA checkpoint and subjected to horrific treatment—up to and including his 13-year-old daughter’s sexual assault.

McAdams noted that he got the entire horrifying scene on video.

The abuse unfolded as McAdams, his wife, and their two daughters, 10 and 13, and their teenage son, arrived at the TSA checkpoint in the airport to fly home, and he detailed the abuse of his family his family in a blog post for LewRockwell.com. As they proceeded through the checkpoint, McAdams explained that up until this point, his wife was able to accompany their daughters through the metal detector. However, that was no longer the case.

“An aggressive TSA officer barked that my 13 year old girl could not accompany her mother and younger sister through the metal detector, but rather would have to submit to a ‘pat-down,’” McAdams said.

In the meantime, agents had already let their 10-year-old daughter through and she was no longer in sight. Naturally, McAdams and his wife became very uncomfortable with the situation.

“They would not allow my wife through to accompany the 10 year old, insisting she had ‘opted out’ and must wait for ‘female assist.’ She had done no such thing. We had no idea where our 10 year old was, no idea where our possessions were, and no one would let my wife through to re-join her. It was obvious retaliation for our refusal to go through their machine,” McAdams said.

When McAdams spoke up about being separated from his family, he was told not to raise his voice. Finally, they let his wife through to join their 10-year-old on the other side. However, they were not going to let his daughter through without first sexually assaulting her. He then watched as a TSA agent donned the infamous blue gloves and forced his 13-year-old daughter to undergo a “pat down.”

“I watched in agitation as a woman put on gloves and began to grab my young daughter’s genitals. I yelled at my wife to catch it all on the iPhone and she did,” said McAdams.

As he watched his daughter break down in tears as she was molested by the agent, McAdams was then subjected to his own enhanced pat down, seemingly as punishment for speaking up.

“As Agent Cohen started my own pat-down it was clear he was agitated. He did not like that we dared object to their demand for total submission. He began his run across my genitals and I turned my head to watch the sick scene of my 13 year old being assaulted. BAM! Agent Cohen’s hand banged my genitals and I nearly doubled over. ‘What a sick way to make a living,’ I commented.”

After McAdams objected to both the molestation of his daughter and his own physical sexual assault, that’s when he says the police were called. For objecting to the molestation of his daughter and the punch to his groin, McAdams was now facing arrest.

“Interfering with an investigation by moving during a pat-down,” was the reason the agent gave for calling the cops. Apparently, Americans are to stand their like statues even when TSA agents cause them severe pain by smashing their genitals.

When police arrived, luckily for McAdams, they were more amenable to peace than the TSA.

“Fortunately the Washington Metro Police Authority officer was cool and calm. He did not seem surprised at our situation at the hands of an extremely aggressive TSA. He asked our side of the story and then asked whether I required medical attention. I declined medical attention but remain in pain. He then encouraged us to discuss the matter with a TSA supervisor, which we agreed to do,” wrote McAdams.

During his conversation with the supervisor, who McAdams explained was around 60 years old, a telling admission was made, highlighting the disturbing nature of the TSA and the American police state in general.

As their conversation began, McAdams threw the TSA supervisor off guard, asking him, “are you a father?”

“I am a grandfather,” he replied.

“How would you feel if your young daughter or grand-daughter was forced to submit to a woman grabbing her genitals?” asked McAdams.

His face darkened: “I wouldn’t like it; I don’t like it at all.”

“It’s sick what our country has become,” McAdams added.

“It sure is,” he agreed. “But there’s nothing I can do about it. It’s policy.”

Below is a video Kevin Payne’s 10-year-old daughter who underwent a similar “pat down” from TSA. This is what children are now subjected to in the land of the free.

  1. I do not allow my grand daughters to fly anywhere…. (and I have 8 grand daughters)…. I drive across country to get them and take them anywhere they have to go …. I went through one of those TSA “Pat Downs”..once….and that was the last time I flew anywhere…. that was 2011.. Going to Afghanistan…. I didn’t bother taking a shower coming back…. and they let me sail right through security….

  2. The TSA should be banned and replced with dogs and through out those stinking xray mchines.

  3. if the TSA lacks police authority where the hell do they get the authority to search?!?

    • G’maG…You may or may not know this but the TSA has been granted special authority by our government, (both Democracts and Republicans) that at any gathering of people, rock concerts, church, public events, football games, etc, that they have the authority to arrest any person based only on assumption or suspicion of committing any crime including minor offenses or infractions.

They can or could be used by police, (who wish to harass or arrest a person without probable cause), to circumvent our Constitutional rights and guarantees. Welcome to our new America.

Time to take a survey of ALL Physics departments with just one question: Are the basic laws of physics a conspiracy theory? If they all say ‘no,’ then we have to accept the fact that the 3 buildings that fell on 9/11 were controlled demolitions -as Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth have been saying for years.
… And what does this have to do with TSA abuse of Americans? EVERYTHING!!!!!

  5. “Land of the free”? What a sick joke! You can blame these sexual attacks on the fat president of the University of California. That is where she found a job after ensuring that all Americans are subject to perverse sexual assault.

  6. I believe the last time I flew (out of O’Hare- Chicago) I watched a 40-50 year old lady being “groped like that – over and over on her legs, her breasts etc. etc. etc. She was wearing a sweater and neat pants – not loose nor overly tight. It was embarrassing to watch it. I suppose I could say that at least the TSA persons are not on welfare, but what a way to make a living – groping people at the airport. My husband absolutely refuses to fly anymore.

  7. The author says his wife and ten year old went thru the metal detector then later says the intense pat down of his 10 year old was because they REFUSED to go thru the machine: you have a choice, machine or pat down.

The employees who do the pat downs do not enjoy it, but it is their job. It is not sexual, any more than when a doctor handles sensitive parts of the body.

It seems the author refused for part of his family to go thru the machine, resulting in the pat down, which clearly was excessively thorough but to call it sexual is to ascribe to the woman, who stopped several times to talk to the young girl in what seemed a gentle way, a sexual motive is un unncecessary projection. Throughout, the female TSA worker is gentle. I agree it pat down was excessive but there is no reason to think it was in any way sexual, especially since the employee was quite aware she was being filmed and perhaps this is why her pat down was so thorough.

We all hate the TSA song and dance but it is not the fault of those who have to follow the policies but rather the mirage of fighting the war on terror which stems from the President on down. Blaming the people on the bottom of the totem pole and accusing them of child molestation indicates an attitude that no doubt contributed to the whole situation. The author also seems to have raised his voice or yelled. When you yell at someone, they will pay you back, and so I think he has only himself to blame, along with the policies dictated from the top level.

I would guess those who must perform the pat downs as part of their job hate it and those who call them sexual assaulters as well. And of course, it is your choice to be patted down if you refuse to go thru the metal dectector.

As far as I know, no terrorist has ever been apprehended through the TSA security screening, tho tons of guns and knives have been confiscated. Meanwhile, in Syria, the US is protecting ISIS from being attacked by the Syrian military. And so it goes……

  8. I became convinced years ago that this cannot be any government of mine. Their actions are criminal. Criminals cannot represent government. They are the terrorists.
The sooner everyone wakes up and sees the truth the sooner we can move on to a solution. They are bullies and they will continue to act as such until someone breaks their devil-worshiping noses; their laws be damned. It is war!
