Court Gives Clearance for TSA to Molest and Falsely Arrest Air Travelers

By MassPrivateI

Yesterday a Philadelphia Appeals Court ruled that TSA agents can not be sued for molesting or falsely arresting air travelers.

According to an article in Yahoo News the government has granted DHS employees immunity from lawsuits.

In a 2-1 vote, the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia said Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screeners were not “investigative or law enforcement officers,” and were therefore shielded from liability under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).

By granting DHS employees immunity the Justice Department has put them effectively above the law.

You might want to be sure you read the rest of this story on an empty stomach.

The Appeals Court majority claimed to be “sympathetic” to American’s civil rights.

The majority said it was “sympathetic” to concerns that its decision would leave fliers with “very limited legal redress” for alleged mistreatment by aggressive or overzealous screeners, which adds to the ordinary stresses of air travel.

What this means is that Americans will no longer see headlines like these…

TSA Agent Arrested for Sexually Molesting South Korean Woman at NYC’s LaGuardia Airport
TSA agent captured allegedly groping travelers he found attractive
TSA has no excuse to continue the groping

Yesterday’s ruling will make it extremely hard to win a lawsuit against a TSA agent.

Appeals Court allows DHS/TSA to falsely arrest Americans

Wednesday’s decision was a defeat for Nadine Pellegrino, a business consultant from Boca Raton, Florida. She and her husband had sued for false arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution over a July 2006 altercation at Philadelphia International Airport.

If this ruling does not make Americans stand up and demand a change then expect things to get worse, much worse.

The courts have essentially allowed DHS to do whatever it wants, even if that means creating a watch list of complainers.

Two months ago The New York Times warned Americans that the TSA is creating a watch list of anyone that complains about being groped.

A five-page directive obtained by The New York Times said actions that pose physical danger to security screeners — or other contact that the agency described as “offensive and without legal justification” — could land travelers on the watch list, which was created in February and is also known as a “95 list.” (Source)

It is time to face reality, the courts are working with the Federal Government to destroy our Bill of Rights.

Everyone’s rights are being threatened when government agents are allowed to molest and falsely arrest people.

  1. giving enforcers of unconstitutional laws immunity only leads to more enforcers needed to protect the unconstitutional agency

Since the entire government structure is unconstitutional, and has been since March 27, 1861, just before the start of the War of Northern Aggression (known as the Civil War by those indoctrinated in government schools), why would anyone be surprised?

    • Government and its agents have spied, entrapped, imprisoned, shed blood and murdered thousands of innocent people in the name of a man made law that started from bigotry, lies, greed and power and is against basic human rights and is against common law and is against nature. The so-called ‘drug war’ is a war against the people. Why don’t people get even more outraged over this most blatant and wicked exercise of raw power by a government against its own people?

I tell people the Government hates us and they scoff at me and hate me.

Tell them about the Trading With the Enemy Act of 1917 and its 1935 amendment that included the U.S. citizens as “the enemy”. You have to remember that most, even though quite intelligent, live in a delusion where the indoctrination from compulsory schooling has destroyed their ability for rational thought.

I understand, they don’t like facts/truth if it doesn’t make them feel good. Or they say that was then, they wouldn’t hurt us. It is quite frustrating. I mostly don’t talk to anyone but one person daily. Don’t like being amongst them, they are sad souls.

      • Consider the ‘drug war’ which is a war against the people. Government has a lot of innocent lives and blood on their hands.

    • Oh hell, I got kicked off guest lists to parties years ago!

  3. I guess the only thing left is for victims to punch the TSA officer in the nose!

Well the FBI can do what it wants without consequence. Politicians are above the law. Local cops get away with whatever suites their mood. They may as well give TSA free reign also.

  5. I guess if this is the only way I can get someone to feel me up these days it makes the cup half full…???

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screeners were not “investigative or law enforcement officers,” so says the article.
If this is true, then they don’t have the power to arrest anyone.
The court can’t have it both ways.

Yes, they can. They are not constrained by any rules of any kind. There is no government; government has been entirely supplanted by a corporate criminal enterprise. It has no lawful authority to be our rulers, and rules by force alone. Our military has been subverted into international thugs who invade, plunder, and savage the peoples of any nation that the mobsters in Washington believe to be incapable of any effective resistance. They will soon be subverted and used to do the same to their peasant subjects here in this country. Our police have also been programmed to be little more than mob enforcers, militarized to join with the military in the murder or enslavement of anyone who protests their abuse or enslavement. The Party (there is, in reality, only one political party) can say one thing one minute, the exact opposite the next minute, and be right both times. The Party is always right. That’s why nothing ever changes, except for the worse, at an ever increasing rate.

I keep telling people that this is not government! It is organized crime! Criminals cannot represent government! Extortion is a crime! Racketeering is a crime! You are all victims of it in many more ways than even you, the awakened ones, realize.
Driver’s license, registration, insurance, taxes, mandatory brainwashing, vacinations, etc. The list goes on and on. We are all slaves to a war machine of deception!

    • Not to mention the drug war. Think of all the spying, entrapping, imprisoning and murdering of thousands of people. They have lots of lies on their lips and blood in their hands. If they can get away with that they can get away with anything.

  8. They don’t want people leaving the country. There’s too many people leaving the gulag! They don’t want people traveling. Too hard to control.

  9. A growing number of American courts are corrupted by liberal, unconstitutional judges with no moral foundation.
