Meet Paul Ehrlich, Pseudoscience Charlatan

By corbettreport

Renowned scientist Paul Ehrlich has been in the public spotlight for half a century now. But there’s a question at the heart of the story of Ehrlich’s unlikely rise to prominence. A question that must be answered. Why is it that this entomologist has become such a superstar of science, received so many accolades and awards, and wielded such influence over the public conversation on population despite being so remarkably, consistently, staggeringly wrong about the issues he presumes to lecture the public on?

The world is a finite space. There is only so much of the land and water.

Examples are given of populations declining in selected countries: Korea, Italy, Japan, etc., but there is absolutely no mention whatsoever of the exploding population of Africa. Plus, there is no mention of the enormous amount of current human starvation and the fact of a large percentage of the world’s human population living on substandard poverty level wages and their impoverishment.

Also, there is no talk about the extinction of nonhuman species. We have now an extinction crisis of all nonhuman species: butterflies, wolverines, tigers, lions, wolves, many insects such as bees. Our wild animals are disappearing. In the wild most big cats have greatly decreased, and according to what I have read, there are more big cats living in captivity than in their natural wild.

The land is becoming populated with houses, buildings and other human structures and we are losing our beautiful wilderness. I personally observed beautiful countrysides where I used to live destroyed by more and more houses.
