Questions Swirl In The Las Vegas Mass Shooting

By Jon Rappoport

Sunday night Las Vegas shooting at country music concert. Shooter in a high room at the Mandalay Bay Resort Hotel, a long distance away. Deadliest mass shooting in US history. 518 wounded, 58 dead.

With the body count and wounded numbers rising, and the concert shooter, Stephen Paddock, dead, here are a few questions:

What weapon was he using? That is important in deciding whether Paddock could, from a significant distance, inflict the reported destruction of life. Or whether, as earlier reports/rumors suggested, there was more than one shooter.

At least ten weapons were found in the shooter’s hotel room. He had checked into the Mandalay Resort Hotel several days earlier. How did he bring in all the weapons? Disassembled? Did he have prior experience with weapons?

In an interview, Paddock’s brother said he was absolutely shocked, and his brother, Stephen, was “just a guy.” No motive, no reason to go on a rampage. True? False? What turned him into a killer? Had he ever been under psychiatric care? Had he been prescribed, for example, SSRI antidepressants, which are known to push people over the edge, into homicidal violence? If he was “just a guy,” did that include significant experience handling weapons? Was he capable of bringing all or some of the weapons into the hotel in pieces and then assembling them?

The Guardian: Paddock’s brother said, “He’s not an avid gun guy at all. The fact that he had those kind of weapons is just – where the hell did he get automatic weapons? He has no military background or anything like that. He’s just a guy who lived in a house in Mesquite, drove down and gambled in Las Vegas. He did stuff. Ate burritos.”

Police reports seemed to indicate, at first, that police broke into Paddock’s hotel room and killed him. Then the press were told that Paddock committed suicide as the police entered, or before they entered.

For a time, police were searching for Paddock’s friend, companion, roommate (?), Marilou Danley. Reports then suggested they had her in custody. But a later report indicated she was overseas, and the police were satisfied she had nothing to do with the shooting. How were the police able to determine that so quickly? Her absence from Las Vegas would not rule out the possibility she was involved in the planning.

Then we have this: “CAIRO, Oct 2 (Reuters) – Islamic State has claimed responsibility for a shooting that killed at least 50 people and wounded over 400 in Las Vegas early on Monday, and said the attacker had converted to Islam a few months ago.”

“’The Las Vegas attack was carried out by a soldier of the Islamic State and he carried it out in response to calls to target states of the coalition’,” the group’s news agency Amaq said in reference to the U.S.-led coalition fighting the group in the Middle East.”

“’The Las Vegas attacker converted to Islam a few months ago’,” Amaq added.

True? Bogus? An ISIS attempt to take credit for an attack, with which they had no connection?

Earlier this morning, I came across a tweet which I can’t locate anymore. It named another Stephen C Paddock, who is 44, who has been convicted of several crimes involving lewd acts on a child and child molestation—11/28/01 (South Carolina), 4/06/94 (Indiana), and 11/09/89 (Indiana). The tweet included what appeared to be a screen shot of an official law-enforcement document, also indicating that this Stephen Paddock had been confined, at one point, in a South Carolina mental institution.

Then there is the story of a concert goer who was warning people before the shooting that they were all “going to die.” Who is she? Is she involved?

The Express (UK): “One woman, who was at the Route 91 music event, claimed an unidentified woman had told other concert-goers they were ‘all going to die’ after pushing her way to the front of the venue…The witness, 21, told local news: ‘She had been messing with a lady in front of her and telling her she was going to die, that we were all going to die. They escorted her out to make her stop messing around with all the other people, but none of us knew it was going to be serious’…She [the winess] described the lady as Hispanic. The lady was escorted from the venue along with a man. The unnamed witness, who was attending the event on her 21st birthday, described the pair as short, both around 5 ft 5ins to 5ft 6ins tall, and looked like ‘everyday people’.”

In every one of these mass attacks, average news consumers assume the police and the media “have the story right,” and all remaining questions are “just details that will eventually be worked out.”

That’s not a wise assumption. It’s especially not wise when connected major agendas are on the line: removing guns from all citizens; accelerating militarized police presence in every aspect of daily life; keeping citizens in a state of anxiety, inducing their decision to stay at home behind locked doors and not venture out; reduction of public events of all kinds; degradation of the economy.

Such agendas can result in violent events which are not what they seem to be.

  1. I understand that he used his “girlfriend’s ” ID to register! Then we learn that she is suddenly in a foreign country (unknown). Another question; How did girlfriend get to a foreign country with no ID or credit cards?!! Second, when did she leave?!!!

  2. Watch for masonic purple and 7 , 13 , 33 ….

    • You are probably right. I have night dreams which come true, also about stuff unrelated to me, I wake up and have no clue what the dream means and then I see something on TV or online related to the dream. Last night I had a dream about textiles of several shades of purple!

  3. Looks to me if the shooter was actually in a room in Mandalay Bay then he was pretty far from the concert venue, and we don’t know if the room was line of sight. Just as with all these mass shooting incidents, something smells. And what’s with the woman who was telling people in the crowd that they were going to die?

    • It’s *possible* the woman had a premonition – or was just a loon. Jokingly telling someone who’s crossing the street they’re going to get hit by a bus – and then actually having it happen – doesn’t make a person involved.

It DOES look like a heck of a long way to be firing at people, but the shooter was supposedly on the 32nd floor (so line of sight would be more likely), and the density of the crowd would increase the likelihood of hits. If the munitions were 5.56, that would also explain so many wounded – at ranges over 400 yards, the 5.56 loses it’s hydrostatic shock velocity and will “ice pick” – penetrate without expanding or fragmenting (especially FMJ ammo). One bullet could pass through a couple, maybe as many as three people. It would certainly explain the number of wounded.

The whole thing stinks to high heaven (like all mass shootings). It’s got False Flag/Patsy/MKUltra written all over it. It will be interesting to see how they purposely cloud up the water and flub the “investigation” on this one to obfuscate what really happened – and who pulled it off.

  4. Take a look at this exterior photo of the Mandaley Bay hotel provided by ABC news (see: ). We see a broken window from two different rooms on the 32nd floor of the hotel.

Now let’s take a virtual tour of a 550 square foot luxury room in the hotel (see: ). We see there are two adjacent floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. Referring back to the ABC photo, we can estimate there are at least 2 rooms in between the rooms with the broken windows.

That photograph asks the question, “Can a single shooter run between two different rooms to shoot automatic fire at a crowd in the late evening (10:00pm est) hundreds of yards below the floor?” The second question even more incredulous is, “Why would he/she take such measures?”

I don’t believe the “lone gunman” theory at all. We must look elsewhere for answers to this most horrific crime.

  5. Absolute, 1000% BULLSHIT. 518 wounded? 50 dead? From that distance? Are you fucking kidding me? That is nearly SIX HUNDRED shots!
And then you have the crisis acting in the interviews…
How stupid are you people, to believe this cock&bull???

  6. Great big sacrifice on the altar of the Jewlluminati’s pyramid and sphynx. I guess that is supposed to be interesting. The Bills are almost more interesting. They should try some more death p0rn things with the NFL instead.

  7. I hear the weapon was found. A Kaiashnikov with Vlad Putin’s finger prints. NUKE RUSSIA!

  8. Obviously a false flag with Paddock set up as Patsy

  9. After listening to the video of the attack, I feel fairly confident in saying that the weapons were NOT full-auto weapons. The rate of fire was too erratic – it would speed up and slow down – not something a “machine gun” does. The first burst was 100 rounds at around 600 rounds per minute (M-16 rate of fire) but the other bursts slowed down in places. My best guess at this point is an AR-15 with a 100 round Beta C-Mag, equipped with a rotary trigger actuator, binary trigger, or bump stock. Of those, the rotary trigger operator is the easiest to learn and control – binary triggers and bump stocks take practice.

    • 100 rounds through a converted weapon would melt the barrel. The rate of fire I heard in the videos was a lot slower than that. More like the rate of fire of an M60. I hope someone leaks details of the bullets taken from the victims. That will tell us quite a lot. However I expect that info to be withheld and the evidence to vanish.

    • Military guy said it was a belt fed machine gun….and those are expensive and quite large. I’d post the link but this site won’t let you put links.

  10. Would be interesting to hear what people in the adjoining rooms at the Mandalay have to say. I haven’t heard anything yet. Seems odd.

    • Maybe ALL rooms in the vicinity of this room were ‘rented out’ by SOMEONE (the CIA operatives ?) so there would be no witnesses they would have to disappear on short notice.
Hotel registration records MAY reveal something before THEY are confiscated (shredded) for evidence.
Doesn’t the NSA MONITOR ALL communications & would KNOW about the planning of this ? LOL…OF COURSE they KNOW & will be COMPLICIT in it’s TRUE COVER UP.

  11. The Hotel MUST have surveillance camera footage…Watch how QUICKLY THAT disappears from PROPER investigation, or maybe (coincidentally) ALL the cameras were being repaired that day.
CIA INVOLVEMENT all over this op…Sandy Hook ALMOST worked, this is a ANOTHER TRY on gun control & MSM DISTRACTIONS to KEEP the SHEEPLE scared & running to Big brother for help.
The globalists are upping THEIR game plans & WILL get SLOPPIER as their clock ticks away.

  12. Alternate theory: Stephen Paddock was registered in that room. Let us postulate that the real shooter(s) knocked on his door, entered the room, then killed him so they could use the room as a sniper’s nest, then fled, leaving Stephen to take the blame???

  13. Here come the tin foil hat wearers…. yanks have to make excuses for anything.

    • There is too much involved to excuse lack in the logistics of this ‘alleged’ attack.

If ‘allegedly’ someone desired inflicting the most damage vis a vi ‘kill as many as possible’ with a gun, firing from the ground into the crowd would have suited a lot better. It also could have afforded the ‘alleged’ shooter means of escape by way of using obscurity as subterfuge. Merely enter the throng of those escaping the gunfire, “oh man, this is crazy some idiot shooting at us!” Then, walk slowly away.

I would like to see the ballistics report, medical examiner’s reports. Be nice to discern the trigonometry formula/s an ‘alleged’ shooter used from about 97.54 meters / 320 ft up to hit targets. Be assured there were targets too. The shooter ‘allegedly’ stowed 10-23 weapons up to the hotel room undetected there existed premeditation and planning. It is illogical there would be no targets for that much premeditation to be present. How could one account barometric pressure, wind, gravitational rotation, trajectory drop?

The lack of transparent reporting of such things creates a gasping chasm of lack in logic. People lie. Facts/datum don’t unless altered or misrepresented by people. Given enough rope and time, people hang themselves. All this lack of information, stalling, presents ample time/rope for folks to dream up lies to fit the ‘alleged’ “official” narrative. I mean it’s like no government on Earth has ever lied to people have they?

  14. check this out….gunfire sounds both close and far away–she was parked on the porch area of the Mandalay

  15. Millionaire terrorist?….maybe the picked this patsy in case someone brought up it was a belt fed machine gun because they are expensive ($25m) ….& they are quite large too so how did he sneak that in?

The guy didn’t look psycho either. His brother’s response seemed genuine.

Lot of secrecy still….authorities need to come clean.

  16. Yep….it stinks on ice

I heard someone say the shooting lasted for 20 minutes….really….how can it be that police didn’t charge that room within a few minutes? The smoke was so heavy the fire alarm went off. Pretty slow response time any way you cut it.
