This Single Concept Changed My Life and Made Me Become A Libertarian

By Vin Armani

Vin Armani says that once he understood this single concept, he became a libertarian. The concept is the universal basis for the Bill of Rights, human rights, medical rights and property rights. It’s the reason slavery is illegal.

  1. Slavery isn’t illegal~ Please see: Capitis Diminutio Maxima or our names in all capital letters. It signifies a maximum loss of legal status to that of slaves in bondage to uphold the massive debt they created, and slaves have no rights, only privileges for which we must first ask permission (permits, registrations, licenses) then pay. Our de facto federal government can ONLY interact with us via these corporate entities in all capital letters, and I don’t know about you, but I’m not a legal fiction, creature of the mind, illusory entity, I’m ME!

IMHO, any affiliation to the political system to which we must fraudulently consent in “Order” to be recognized by and thereby legally (but not lawfully, apples and oranges) bound is simply calling a stinking rose by a different name. Libertarian = tarian = tare, as in the opposite of wheat = morally relative.

Their system is martial/corporate/maritime/admiralty/UCC/commercial law jurisdiction. It’s all about jurisdiction and competency, then words and law, and tricking us into believing we are something we are not, and that is a possession of the defunct federal government (since at least 1933) as an “individual fictitious legal entity” or, an illusory creature of the mind only. It’s a scam, folks, and we must voluntarily fall for it.

    • Good point. The servitude is voluntary. And the subjects hide behind words like, ‘president’ and ‘citizen’ because they sound so much nicer than master and slave.’

      • Voluntary. Like breathing. Try to not do it and see what happens.

        • We can easily, as Lewie below writes, “not do it.” There are plenty of remedies, we just need to learn them, and yes, they’ll collapse like the house of cards they are. They have nothing without our stipulation, contract, or consent. Their armed thugs need to be educated first, because without them, they have nothing. And I mean police LEOs (they are no longer peacemen and women they are police officers, a totally different animal), the military, and any of their employees who carries a weapon designed to assault us. Most of the atrocities in the world are done by order takers who think those who gave them orders have the authority to do so, what’ll happen when they all find out that’s not true? (Rhetorical, we all know the answer to that.)

    • Do you use the identification that has been assigned to you?

      • I haven’t had anything assigned to me. There are identity cards (hearsay) assigned to legal fictions or individual fictitious entities (corporations) if that’s what you mean, but I’m not a creature of the mind, I’m me, a flesh and blood woman. Besides, they own all those cards they hand out, so they’re assigned (legal term) to themselves. God bless~

        • Okay, Do you use the “fictitious entity” that they own?

Already answered, they use it because it is theirs. Why are you asking?

          • You did not answer my question, directly. You alluded to the possibility that you do not use the “fictitious entity” , but it was a yes or no question. You avoided answering directly. The reason I ask the question is because I have thought about this issue much. I see that when a person wants to live in society and reap the “benefits” of the vast amount of products, services and creature comforts that are offered therein, then their sovereignty is willfully forfeited. Simple reasoning. The thought of being free from the laws that are restrictive to liberty is appealing, yet I have seen others that have tried to stand that ground, only to be ground down to powder under authoritarian rule.

Even by signing up for internet service, Disqus, email, and turning on a cell phone, you are agreeing to their terms of service. These are not necessary for life, but when any individual makes an agreement to be subjected to an authority, then their sovereignty is forfeited.

It seems just and righteous on the surface, especially in these days of totalitarianism growing like dandelions on fertile ground, yet just like when we “click to agree” to terms and conditions of service, we sign away our liberties for comfort or convenience. You pretty much have to live in the wilderness to escape the authoritarian rule. Even then, if you are found, your liberties will be molested.

I asked you the very simple “Yes” or “No” question, because you educate people on the topic, so I want to know if you have had any success in its practice. It looks like you are avoiding the direct question. I would rather not assume as to why.

We all should learn how, when, why and where to answer questions without giving evidence against ourselves. This is the mechanism that tricks us into a jurisdiction that is a total and utter fraud that will take advantage of us at every turn, or into a conversation someone else is directing us into, which is also tricking us into answering questions better left unanswered.

It all boils down to knowing who we really are, and then applying that knowledge in the real world like I just did with you. We are not under any duty nor obligation to answer any questions, and when we realize where people are going with those questions, and it’s usually to get us to give evidence against ourselves – that’s their method and what gives them their ONLY authority against us – the best response is usually a reversal or question back, or even better, none at all, depending of course on the topic or issue at hand.

So I’ve just shown how to deal with those who need us to give evidence against ourselves hence our permission to use, control, and ultimately own us, or who want to guide us into a box of conversation we don’t want to visit for the same reason. It’s easy once we get the hang of it.

To answer your questions and concerns as best I can, this is not about total sovereignty, nor even about sovereignty itself, and it’s not about removing oneself entirely from society and not using any of their goods or services. That’s just not possible, it’s too late for that. It’s about knowing who you are, learning their game, and playing it safely and intelligently, because the truth of the matter is, that’s pretty much the very best we can do – for now.

And it is very possible to get to the point where they don’t want to talk to us at all (but they will still contract with us for goods and services, because without us they have nothing), because once they know that we know how to play their game and aren’t going to fall for their tricks, most of the time they turn tail, and run the other way, and that is the ultimate goal – to live along side them (everything is a corporation now) without regard to and for them and their phony “color of law”, in peace, in our flesh and blood, not implicitly in their fictional character like they want/need/require of us to deploy their illusory authority.

I hope you’re satisfied with this response, because I can’t spell it out any more clearly. 😉

Just caught your message on yt~ and responded there. And here I thought you were a troll… LOL My apologies, God bless you~

          • Thanx. I understand being jaded here on the internet of things. The attacks seem to never end, especially when you are proclaiming absolute truth. I look forward to your input on the channel:) May the Lord bless you too.

          • I can see that your history of comments has quite a gap in them. From 3-4 years ago until recently. The change in worldview is as clear as night from day (that is supposed to be punny;) Have you always had the same user name? I’m thinking 4 years ago, you were antagonistic to the faith, so I can’t imagine that you would have used “Grace by Faith on yt.”

Very good, Sherlock! Yes, I posted under a different user name when I was lost and asleep, or as I told you yesterday, when I was a liberal atheist, and that was only a few years ago – 2012, I believe. I only very recently came back here because I wanted to post on Activist Post, but had to use the same log in because I have the same email address. You’re so right, night and day! Told ya! LOL My user name then even reflected my militant atheistic views – it was sansdieux. Turns out, I was WRONG for pointing my vitriol for the condition of the world to believers in myths which I realize now was only an absence of God in MY world, and I’m SO blessed to have been saved from that awful, lost, confused, angry place. 😉

  2. Arrest without warrant and indefinite detention without access to due process was passed into law by Barry Inc, Until these provisions of the NDAA are overturned American citizens have lost one of the main tenets of freedom and liberty.

    • Sorry to report, we are neither party nor subject to the constitution. A constitution is a compact, or agreement between two nations, not a nation and its residents.

“No private person has a right to complain by suit in court on the ground of a breach of the United States constitution; for, though the constitution is a compact, he is not a party to it.” Padelford Fay & Co v. The Mayor and Alderman of the City of Savannah 14, Georgia 438, 520.

We’ve been duped – big time – it’s ALL a legal and literal FRAUD and has been from the founding. They are masquerading as a democratic republic with its citizens under a constitution which protects their rights, when the awful truth is they are literally a foreign power (Roman, our laws are Roman Civil/admiralty/commercial/corporate/martial law) that has claimed us under rights of conquest as their property and slaves (possessions) and has stolen our birthrights by trickery and false authority played off as real.

All those duping delight smirks these monsters make, all of them, are because behind the curtain they mock us for being so complacent and compliant, and what they’re really thinking with those smarmy smirks is… Gotcha! Yeah, they got us alright, but not for long.

Cast off the vile goat worshipers and their blasphemous slavery, debt system.

    Sacrifice the goat.

  9. This reminds me of these two quotes:
“When God wants to judge a nation, he gives them wicked rulers.” John Calvin (1509-1564 A.D.).
    and:
“Whom the gods would destroy they first make mad.” Euripides (480-406 B.C.).
