Monday, the United States confirmed that it was officially ending discussions with Russia on plans to achieve a peaceful solution to Syrian proxy war, which has lasted almost 6 years. US officials had threatened for almost a week to end negotiations with Russia on the Syrian peace process.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters on Monday that there is “nothing more for the US and Russia to talk about” in Syria.
The most recent ceasefire agreement negotiated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Secretary of State John Kerry was scheduled to begin September 12 and has now officially collapsed after repeated incidents. On September 17, the United States coalition bombed Syrian troops fighting the Islamic State near the city of Deir Ezzor, killing more than 80 troops and wounding over 100. In response to that incident, which the US called an “accident”, Russia public accused the US of intentionally aiding the Islamic State.
“If previously we had suspicions that Al-Nusra Front is protected this way, now, after today’s airstrikes on the Syrian army we come to a really terrifying conclusion for the entire world: The White House is defending IS [Islamic State, formerly ISIS/ISIL],” Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told Rossiya 24.
The US and Russian military will continue to “deconflict” to avoid problems with their aircraft flying over Syria, US officials will withdraw staff tasked with the purpose of setting up the Joint Implementation Center (JIC) agreed to as part of the ceasefire. The JIC was designed to enable military cooperation between the two sides to target the Islamic State and the Al Nusra, the former opposition group which was declared a foreign terrorist organization in November 2012. The JIC would have been located in Geneva, Switzerland and would have allowed for sharing of intelligence between Russia and the US-led coalition fighting Islamic State.
On Monday, Russia also suspended participation in a program for disposing of plutonium from decommissioned nuclear warheads. Russian officials noted “the radical change in the environment, a threat to strategic stability posed by the hostile actions of the US against Russia, and the inability of the US to deliver on the obligation to dispose of excessive weapons plutonium under international treaties,” as explanation for the decision.

Tragic for the Syrian people. With recent news China will become a much bigger force in the UN Blue Helmets brigade, it’s possible this news is another sign there will be a rapid shift to UN oversight. Not good for freedom with a more prominent UN but maybe a break for Syria.
The arrogance, duplicity and hubris of the US “administration” is not much constrained by the UN and I’m not too sure that the Chinese would be able to save Syria from US/NATO mercenary thug squads.

If you go a lot further down the rabbit hole, Doug, you’ll find the US, UN, and China are controlled by the same cabal. This is a given for the majority of in-depth conspiracy researchers. What I’m trying to say is given all the signs this cabal is now shifting gears to global governance (world govt) with the Chinese taking a bigger role in the UN police force, the IMF adding the yuan to the SDR effective Oct. 1, and Obama transferring internet protocols to ICANN also effective Oct. 1, the wealthy gulf oil nations overtly and rapidly implementing UN 2030, etc., we can posit the possibility the horrific crescendo of militarism in Syria points to an engineered inflection point for UN oversight in the near future. If you don’t at least suspect (and I am certain I have strong evidence) that Russian elites are already NWO members in good standing doing their part in the dialectic to create global governance, then I can understand why my comment doesn’t resonate as a scenario. I’m happy to share my reasoning but it’s a lot of information, even distilled, and I imagine you’ve gotten glimpses of it in my past commentary. Dear Blue, I’ve learned a lot from reading your comments and I thank you for bringing your research and your thoughts into the mix here.
I do get what you’re saying about the global game for a Bolshevik technocratic tyranny and the addition of the yuan (renminbi?) to extend the BIS currency control system deeper into the Asian continent also effectively contains any possibility of BRICS forming a currency pole to oppose the BIS hegemony. A little traitorous by China? “The Peoples Bank of China” operating while the politicians were distracted elsewhere? The effect is Russia being a little more isolated.
Russia may have a large contingent of “elites of a certain caste” operating around the state structures working for the “NWO” but in my opinion there will be elements in the Russian government who are repulsed by the fkkng Bolsheviks and I think they are the ones who are setting current Russian foreign policy. Hence the hysterics on Putin in the Anglo-Zionist serpent media. Unfortunately there are too few politicians in the west who have the insight or the guts to try to resist the Bolsheviks.
Another tragedy is that there is just no one who will inform the US military personnel as to what it is they are sacrificing their lives for in the Middle East.
Hey Doug, sorry it took so long for me to get back to this thread. I also wanted to thank you for your thoughtful comments.
I’m going to attempt to outline all the ways the Putin “vertical of power” political and economic system of control is intimately tied to the Zio-Global power elite, a historical pattern uninterrupted to present day. Also a reminder how the Syrian conflict was part of a psy op meme planted by global elite minion and close friend of the Clintons General Wesley Cohen-Clark (biological-adoptive surnames). At one time, Clark was even tapped by the establishment to make a run for POTUS, thus a very unlikely sympathetic whistle blower. Last year or so, Clark was skewered by the alt media for giving a televised interview in which he said he favored placing Americans who opposed the war on terror (thought criminals) in internment camps! Clark clearly showed his loyalties in that interview and yet, remarkably, the alt media didn’t back pedal to deconstruct the intention of his statement on Syria.
Here’s my list of the aforementioned ties, with only a few examples for brevity. 1) Generations of US to USSR/Russia transfers of weapons and advanced military technology to close gaps; 2) > 15 years of Russian troops training with American troops on American soil; 3) the cross selling of arms to both friends and “foes” by both nations, good example is the recently finalized Saudi purchase of a multibillion dollar air defense system from Russia, being negotiated the past couple of years (US 33% of global arms market and Russia second at 25%); 4) the direct collusion of the Soviets with US elites to initiate the Korean was as a UN police action to set two precedents first being a UN initiated war and second eliminating the US congressional role of authorizing entry into a war, repeated for the Vietnam war and in both wars Korean and Vietnamese soldiers fighting the Americans were being supplied vehicles from the Ford Gorki plant in Russia as parts flows from the US to Russia continued unabated during the war. 5) There’s also the incredibly deep economic integration of China and Russia with the west on the corporate and resource level (oil giants developing major projects together) along with billionaires of both nations placing much of their wealth in western investments, and their families also safely ensconced in the west living luxuriously owning multiple mansions. 6) The big Rothschild controlled grand daddy bank of all central banks, Bank of International Settlements, is the core of Russian and Chinese central banks, as it is with almost every nation on the planet. In fact there’s a UN document online on the BRICS banking system titled “A Dream Come True” i.e. a UN dream of creating a world government multi-polar system, also echoed by a 1952 Rockefeller report describing their plan to shift from US hegemony to a consolidated global banker hegemony. 7) The final endgames of UN Agendas 21 and 2030 being rapidly implemented in Russia along with all other nations, even the poorer parts of Africa with globalists Zuckerberg and Gates et al working feverishly to ensure all areas of those nations are given the technology to hook up even most destitute of peasants to biometric RFID real time ‘payment’ and tracking systems. Also, Gates is one of several powerful western elites, including Hillary Clinton, working on building Skolkovo, Russia’s version of Silicon Valley and a UN Sustainable Smart City.
Something not being reported by alt media is the concerning trend this past year of both China and Russia cracking down hard on the mildest forms of dissent. Strangely, in the past decade both nations have been promoting a great resurgence of popularity of Mao and Stalin, respectively, also white washing the atrocities of purges of dissidents under these two leaders. Last month Putin said he didn’t think the USSR should have been dismantled. After a small furor arose following the statement he clarified he meant it should have been ‘reformed’…and at the very same time the Russian government announced Putin was resurrecting the old KGB apparatus, centralizing security forces with the first proposed name the same one used in the Stalin era. At it’s core, technocracy is hard core tehcno-totalitarian which leads me to wonder if these two nations aren’t being prepared for the next phase of global transformation.
I believe the tragic conflict in Syria was engineered to be a smokescreen to create ISIS and eventually required UN oversight to rebuild the nation and act as a referee, as well, Syria has become a major distraction and tool of division in the west. As such, I haven’t found any good evidence to undermine my perspective, in fact, in the 6 hours or so I spend each day researching original documents and analyses I continue to come across information bolstering it. Believe me, I wish was I wrong and there was an entity or faction somewhere able to derail the dystopia being unveiled for the world. I look for solid signs for hope with wings but come up empty once I deconstruct specious new stories. I think it’s dangerous for the awakening masses to place the bulk of their energy into a false hope, waiting for a savior to stop the mad dash to a global gulag, a totalitarian system of tight control over every person. We need to get busy and help others see the freight train bearing down on us. That’s why I continue to do what I can to trigger a paradigm shift, hopefully on the road to a greater consciousness shift. Opposing violence and militarism isn’t a mutually exclusive position to doing all we can to uncover great deceptions. I hope we can do both. My spirit is exhausted from this violence while I shudder at the thought of humanity locked forever in cages.

I am quite frankly ashamed of our government. They can’t win, they can’t compromise, they can’t even keep their word. Who would enter into an agreement with our State Department? No one is that foolish anymore. The only thing to do now is to wait for the inevitable causus beli. We had the Tonkin Gulf incident, 911 and now??? It was always hard to buy the official story that the US had any interest in a political settlement in Syria. They showed no interest in a political settlement in Libya when it was offered and nothing has changed. The Syrian story is one of a dishonest American government arming, training and paying a mercenary army with US taxpayer dollars to overthrow an elected government. This was a crime against humanity and expecting the US could turn around having committed this crime and behave honourably, was hoping for something that never had a realistic chance of occurring. The hope now is for a military disaster to lead to a witch hunt that gets rid of the neocon lobby and clears the way for American politicians to return to a status where at least their word means something and they stop their crimes against humanity.
