Is Money the Root of All Evil or Just the Evil Banksters Who Manipulate It?

zero interest banksyBy Catherine J. Frompovich

One of the main issues, which ought to be up front and center in the 2016 election cycle, is that of banks and banksters running and ruining countries and the global economy.

Their money games are trickier than any sleight of hand or magic rabbit-out-of-a-hat trick regarding fiat money they force-feed upon everyone, except those at the top of an elite pyramid they’ve created for themselves at the expense of everyone whom they consider below their supposed ‘elite’ status.

In this writer’s opinion, here’s a perfect example of how many of the elites operate to keep their rigged system not only going—but thriving—and in control, thereby leaving no one to stand up to them, that is, except little Iceland.

Where was Cyprus’s political resolve and starch; how about Greece?  Are elite moneymen/women (Christine LaGarde [8]) trying now to break Great Britain because of Brexit?  Every country should be taking a page out of Iceland’s play book on dealing with banksters:

Iceland Sentences 24 Corrupt Bankers to 76 Years in Prison
https://www.popularresistance.org/iceland-sentences-26-corrupt-bankers-to-74-years-in-prison/

Instead of doom and gloom, the flip side of Iceland’s drastic action everyone thought would destroy the country is that Iceland rises from the ashes of banking collapse  and is thriving!

However, one politician—name unknown, but sounds British from his accent—is on video appearing to have had enough of “banksterisms” and spews his venom regarding central banks and their money schemes, which everyone really needs to hear, I think, as he calls the proverbial spade a spade!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=NeJpQQt_b8c#

However, the article Bankers Make a Mockery of the Law, and No One Goes to Jail exemplifies just what he’s venting about.

Sound familiar?  Perhaps that’s why Hillary Clinton didn’t go to jail; she’s probably too chummy with Wall Street bankers and knows the ropes of the game played in committing money and political indiscretions that doom other unfortunates to pay for them, literally or figuratively, while the real big-time politicians and criminals get off scot-free, a la FBI Director James Comey [7].  However, according to CNN Politics, “The GOP convention’s unofficial slogan: ‘Lock her up’ [1] became a ‘mantra’ of sorts.  Wouldn’t that be a hoot if it REALLY could happen—as that would show the elite controllers that the USA has a part of the male anatomy to do what Iceland did even to a presidential wannabee!  Now that really would be change!

However, Bernie Sanders tried opening the banking can of worms but didn’t get too far with his Major Speech that has Bankers and Hillary Panicking.  What difference does his speech make now that he’s endorsed Hillary for president?   Furthermore, shouldn’t we ask what’s going on with the Clinton Foundation? [5,6]

In this review of 2016 presidential candidates on Wall Street and banking policy we learned of the former wannabe candidates’ proposals for dealing with the current obviously insurmountable fiscal problems smothering the USA.  Perhaps – maybe (?) Donald J Trump has one of the better, if not the best, approaches offered, as he

  • Would take power away from the Federal Reserve and allow Congress to audit its decision making
  • Has suggested buying back government debt at a discount if interest rates go up
  • Would repeal the Dodd-Frank Act, enacted in 2010 to promote U.S. financial stability by improving accountability and increasing transparency in the financial system, protecting consumers, ending “too big to fail,” and eliminating bailouts

However, The Donald needs to be cautious, as others who have tried exposing the money games that go on in high places aren’t dealt with very nicely.  Did JFK’s Presidential Executive Order 11,110 get him in trouble, as it would have given the Treasury Department the explicit authority: “to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury.” [2]

$10 and $20 United States Notes were never circulated but were being printed by the Treasury Department when Kennedy was assassinated. It appears obvious that President Kennedy knew the Federal Reserve Notes being used as the purported legal currency were contrary to the Constitution of the United States of America. [2]

That certainly would have curtailed the scheme of creating money out of nothing by issuing consumer loans that made banksters probably richer than ever before and too big to fail, but has created more debt than anyone probably can afford to pay back (student loans?), plus a free-for-all spending attitude within the White House.

Will we ever be able to pay off the national debt, which is over $19.3 Trillion? [3]   When one studies the U.S. Debt Clock, reality ought to set in that the USA definitely needs leadership that will not put us further down the financial rabbit hole, but institute programs that will make everyone pull their weight and implement what JFK said, Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country.”  Working at a full-time, paying job could be a good first step!

Isn’t it time for everyone to step up and do his/her part, especially the banksters who should stop being robber barons [4] or be stopped forcefully, like Iceland stopped their economic siphons?

  1. The Federal Reserve and fractional reserve banking wouldn’t be possible had the 18th-century founders (like the 17th-century Colonial predecessors) established government and society upon Yahweh’s moral law, including His economic laws, including the seventh-year release from debts.

For more on how Yahweh’s moral law applies and should be implemented today, see free online book “Law and Kingdom: Their Relevance Under the New Covenant.” Click on my name, then our website. Go to our Online Books page and scroll down to title.

    • Nor does the religion that bases its tenets on Yahweh´s moral law actually practice Yahweh´s moral code. If it did, there would be no “U.S. Federal Reserve”, no Wall Street, and no ISIS-ISIL murdering Moslems and Christians, continuing Ben Gurion´s terrorism initiated in late 1947 that culmintated in the illegal, UN land-grant of 1948 that was fraudulently named, “Israel”.

      • Are you the minority opinion of the Association of Deteriorating Intellectuals?

        • Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. Ephesians 4:29

          • A New Year’s resolution Bodey? Quite a 180 degree turn for you, don’t you think.

          • That’s rich coming from the cult member who is has been stalking another in violation of the Discus Code of Conduct and who berates anyone who dares calls you out or challenges your false perception of the truth.

          • Violated it already and I such high hopes for you.

          • I don’t really care what your hopes are. Your history is easily researched and available for all to see. My conclusion of you is valid given the facts: 1) You are an ardent Mormon and as such do not ahere to Biblical teaching. 2) You are arrogant and insulting of anyone who dares to challenge you. 3) You are and have even admitted stalking KA to multiple sites. 4) #3 is in violation of the Disqus rules of conduct. 5) You routinely engage is attacking other posters rather than engaging in civil discourse.

          • You are just trying to build my ego. Appreciated but not necessary.

          • I can see even a logical demonstration of your sins is lost on you as you are convinced you are on the correct path. As with an individual deep in the clutches of an addiction, you are reveling in your sin.

            Two Proverbs suit you well:

“It is as sport to a fool to do mischief…” Proverbs 10:23

“He that hideth hatred with lying lips,
and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.” Proverbs 10:18

          • Finally, you are prefacing your Bible passages. Now if I can only get you to stop using passages that easily apply to you.

          • Considering you don’t use them at all, and fail to apply any critical passages to a self examination of your behavior.

FYI: Any examination I apply to myself will not be at your encouragement. I have advisors (most importantly the Holy Spirit) to guide me. I don’t need or want your counsel.

          • Really? Is that you or your advisor that causes you say hateful things that wound poor Grundune?

          • Again, no really concerned with whether you are wounded or not. I am interested in exposing your deceit.

“For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre’s sake.” Titus 1:10-11

          • So you don’t care. I suspected as much. Apathy always claims its own.

As for deceit, you keep talking about it, but produce nothing. I can only assume that you still looking but coming up empty.

        • Using your disarray of thought processes as the measuring device, I can only say, ” – within your idiosyncratic mode of thought, I would have to agree.”
Within the broader scope of reality, however, your value system comes into question along with your trolling technique.

          • Could I ask you to translate that into something us simple honest folk can comprehend?

          • – so you represent the “simple honest folk” ?

          • Grundune represents himself, sir. The most honest and simple of all. Any reports to the contrary can be discounted with wicked vigor.

          • In other words, in your arrogance you now disavow any of the falsehoods of your once Mormon faith. You are now little more than a secular humanist and no better.

          • Still fishing? Any bites? Or is your raging curiosity slowing consuming you.

Sorry to restrict you to the issues, all the while you are panting to debate your prejudices.

          • You are like a little child who hasn’t gotten his way and continues to ask the same inane question. But as I tell my children, “Asked and answered.”

          • The question was rhetorical, B. May I call you B?

It was asked to point out your persistent fishing, not for an answer. That’s the point of a rhetorical, nicht wahr?

          • drbhelthi | July 24, 2016 at 2:19 pm |

Thank you for the “wicked vigor” response.

          • LMFAO!

      • I think I love your argument!!

    • Kingdom Ambassador is a failed internet preacher dedicating his life to abolishing the U.S. Constitution, not preaching the doctrines of Jesus Christ.

      • Considering your condescending comments toward KA and anyone who dares call you out the following verse is appropriate.

Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which
is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the
        hearers. Ephesians 4:29

      • Why is he a ‘failed’ Internet preacher? What criteria are you using for a ‘failed preacher’ vs a successful one? Paid advertisers? Lots of fancy banner graphics? What?

And how do you know what doctrines of Jesus Christ are not being preached unless you know all them yourself? Do you?

        • In Grundune’s mind, KA is a failed preacher because he refuses to acknowlege the foolishness of the false prophets of Mormonism. It is as simple and foolish as that.

          • To demonstrate your truthfulness, provide the citation for the charge in your first paragraph. A simple quote from one of Grundune’s brilliant pontifications will suffice.

Failing in that, a truthful man would admit the error and apologize.

The proverbial ball is in your court.

          • Applying a test which you have repeatedly refused to answer is disingenuous at best and most certainly sinful.

          • So you’ve got nothing. It is better not to accuse someone else of your own sin. (Unless you can prove it.)

Do you stand indicted? One last chance to admit your overzealousness which caused you to (ahem) prevaricate (just a little).

          • Pyra Gorgon | July 24, 2016 at 2:08 pm |

            Are you a Mormon, Grundune?

          • Why do you ask?

          • Pyra Gorgon | July 25, 2016 at 5:24 am |

Because Brodey accused you of being Mormon and it seems you vilified him for that, and if it is not true, then Brodey bears false witness against you, thus letting me know what I am dealing with as I read his comments. But if it is true, then I know what I am dealing with as I comment to you.

So is the accusation Brodey makes about you true or not?

          • The moderators are limiting the posting of direct links. Here are quotes from Grundune.

“I also know that Joseph Smith has not been allowed to teach or publish false doctrine.”

“In my opinion, the doctrine of “original sin” is false. We are
responsible for our own sins and not for Adam’s transgressions.”

“BTW, I came across another correction by modern day prophets in Sunday school today, this one is in 1 Samuel 18:10. Instead of reading, “…that evil spirit from God came upon Saul,…”, it should read, “…that evil spirit which was not of God came upon Saul…”. I realize you can’t believe this because of your holding to the errant nature of the bible and the “no more prophets rule”, but I just thought I’d let you know.”

“My faith in Heavenly Father, His Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost is built upon the Bible, the Book of Mormon, the teachings of the Lord’s prophets and confirmation of the truth when I read or hear it, by the Holy Ghost.”

Zionica “Miss USA contestant: I am a child of rape”

          • Pyra Gorgon | July 25, 2016 at 11:46 am |

So my question to you is why are you so gung-ho to run “Grundune” down into the muck? Clearly the two of you have been at each other’s throats for at least 2 years. What gives?

Are you trustworthy, Brodey? Does the Holy Spirit indwell you?

I agree with Grundune, BTW, on the topic of “no original sin”. That is junk doctrine from Jesuits and Catholic heathen rhetoric. Each has free moral agency. To say we are totally at whim and will of “original sin” is to call God a liar. I am averse to calling God a liar. He takes a really dim view of such things.

          • I am sorry that you have been so misinformed as to believe that we must be committing sins to be considered sinners. Sin is in the blood. We are all born with Adams blood. Please site Biblical references in which God says we are anything other than sinners. I can gladly post otherwise.

          • Pyra Gorgon | July 25, 2016 at 5:01 pm |

I’m not misinformed and I could care less what you are sorry for. Your statements are idiotic. There is this thing in reasoning called IDENTITY. So when I say that a SINNER SINS, that is what they do. Figure it out. It defines itself. Learn some language.

“Sin is in the blood. ”
FALSE. The LIFE is in the BLOOD. (Gen 9:4) Sin is in disobedience to the LAW. (1John 3:4) (the law is the schoolmaster, remember?)

“We are all born with Adams blood. ”
FALSE AGAIN. Each of us are born with our own blood. Adam had Adam’s blood, and so on into perpetuity. Ezekiel 18 gives witness to the spiritual precept that each of us are responsible for our own sin, not from origin of another. You teach Calvinism, not Scripture.

“Please site Biblical references in which God says we are anything other than sinners.”
Your constant straw man arguments are maddening. I refuse to address them from here on out.

            “I can gladly post otherwise.”
            Bring it.

          • Silly girl, fighting all the wrong battles…

          • Whether I am trustworthy or not is fairly immaterial. I have quoted directly from Grundune’s own writings. Many of my posts also contain Biblical references. Grundune’s own writings demonstrate him to be arrogant. God’s Word demonstrates how much he hates the proud.

Grundune’s own writings demonstrate that he is member of a belief system which is contrary to the teachings of the Bible. Yet, he passes himself off as being Christian, and he (in your words) vilifies anyone who challenges him to think beyond his own false beliefs.

If you will not trust what has been presented to you will cited references, what do you believe?

          • Pyra Gorgon | July 25, 2016 at 4:42 pm |

“Whether I am trustworthy or not is fairly immaterial.”
Grow up. It is essential to topic because YOU accused another of something. I ask the truth of the matter and take issue with your credibility? Too bad! As of today, neither you or this other feller was known to me. Have you been triggered and need some safe space?

“I have quoted directly from Grundune’s own writings. Many of my posts also contain Biblical references. Grundune’s own writings demonstrate him to be arrogant. God’s Word demonstrates how much he hates the proud.”

Problem is you have zero cred with me so that statement means squat. How do I know you are not cherry picking Grundune’s writing to color or skew my perception against him? Your writing demonstrate your arrogance, also. I have no judged you for that, why do you judge Grundune? Speck meet splinter.

“Yet, he passes himself off as being Christian, and he (in your words) vilifies anyone who challenges him to think beyond his own false beliefs.”

Up to this point in this thread, I have not noticed Grundune proclaiming Christianity, nor proclaiming Mormonism. Let him speak for himself.

I do not trust you. Don’t pretend like I should just automatically take your word for it on anything. As far as I know, you are just the devil’s bro wearing a fancy hat.

          • “The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”
            They are corrupt, doing abominable iniquity;
there is none who does good.
            God looks down from heaven
            on the children of man
to see if there are any who understand,
            who seek after God.
            They have all fallen away;
            together they have become corrupt;
there is none who does good,
            not even one.” Psalm 53:1-3

“Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men. For as by the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous.” Romans 5:18

So is the psalmist or Paul also liars?

          • Pyra Gorgon | July 25, 2016 at 4:35 pm |

“So is the psalmist or Paul also liars?”
No, but I am beginning to believe you are attempting to be divisive.
Get started. What do you have for me? Expect no kid gloves if you approach me with straw man arguments like the quote above.

          • As I told B, I am not representing myself as a spokesman of any faith, ideology or religion. I have no authority to do so.

Anyone who attempts to be an apologist for Mormonism is in for a frustrating go. Here’s the sequence that always transpires. As soon as someone lets on that he or she is a Mormon, the “better informed on religion folk” come out of the woodwork with “you believe this” or “you believe that”. What they heard from somebody or read in the newspapers or heard on CNN is usually a mixture of something that sounds controversial sprinkled with something that sounds too ridiculous for anyone to believe and they have wondered why anyone could believe such nonsense let alone 15 million people worldwide.

So the apologist tries to explain the actual belief, but gets told he’s wrong or the “better informed folk” immediately switch to another juicy tidbit they’ve heard or read.

And why not. Would you accept something is true just from some bloke who’s writing on the internet? Anyone sincerely interested in the truth would first search out Mormon sources to find out what is really taught and even attend a meeting to get first hand information.

Most folk on the internet are “first believers”, they believe what they hear first and fiercely cling to it.

So the Mormon apologist who wants people to know the rest of the story is thwarted, becomes discouraged and realizes that Satan is a lot better at PR than he could ever be.

Grundune is playing the “better informed folk” and is challenging the most important element of any religion, “do you really know what you are worshipping?”. He has found that Catholics and sectarian Protestant denominations don’t and worse don’t even want to think about it. They hold to creeds invented by men centuries after the death of Christ that are so twisted and self contradictory that no one can explain it.

Grundune is declaring that the Emperor has no clothes on, trying to embarrass folk into looking at what they actually believe, some for the first time.

Grundune is arguing and defending his own arguments.

          • Pyra Gorgon | July 24, 2016 at 1:27 pm |

Oh? So Grundune is a Mormon? Interesting.

        • Internet preachers are rated by the up ticks they receive. Poor Ted has the same 5 or 6 bobble heads up ticking him. Occasionally someone likes his canned segues into his anti-Constitution rants and gives him an up tick but overall an extremely poor showing indeed.

Weiland doesn’t preach any of Christ’s doctrines. He uses a couple as props for his screeds, but he never expounds or encourages people to follow Christ or keep His commandments. Instead, Weiland wants us to follow him in abolishing the U.S. Constitution.

          Find that in the Bible.

          • Using a tool of humanity to judge, the scriptures this behavior violates is innumerable; but here are a couple:

“But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:6

“I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.” Jeremiah 17:9

          • Preach only of Christ and Him crucified.

          • Pyra Gorgon | July 24, 2016 at 1:15 pm |

            Oh!

          • Oh, yeah!

  2. That would be nice to see Hitlary, Barry and all there crooked handlers on Devils Island.

I think Dr. Willie was saying our actual debt is$1,200,000,000,000. Countries have been unloading there petro dollars a a rate of a trillion a month since last fall.

  3. It’s actually “the LOVE of money” and yes, it IS the “root of all SORTS of evil.”

    • …more simply the love of power and acquisition of resources which itself is power..which is why the psychopath elite are hellbent on eliminating “money” as they capture all the world’s resources and use technology to enforce a strict rationing system ultimately based on an energy credit accounting system (their new false construct). This is important to grasp because the left wing controlled opposition is decrying “capitalism” (not distinguishing decentralized free markets from crony fascism) and chanting it’s time for a new system to get rid of money. It’s social engineering, a mega trap.

    • Mark Twain supposedly said : The lack of money is the root of all evil.
      And he was right !

Simonides about wise men and rich men, in answer to Hiero’s Wife, who asked him whether it was better to grow rich or wise : “Why, rich,” he said, “for I see the wise men spending their days at the rich men’s doors.”

      • On occasion Twain hit the nail on the head, this was one where he fattened his thumb instead.

        • Then you think these people have too much money ?
I think they would be better off with some more :
          .
          https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/cffaa1f79602d35faab475be0df9ba45cd4bdfdc94decb7bd3efd47184ee7415.jpg

          • No, of course they don’t have too much money, but you’re exercising a straw man argument. Money, or the lack thereof, is not the causation of evil. If you agree with Twain, you are, by default, implying that all the people in that picture are evil.

There are possibly good people in that picture and possibly evil people as well. There are certainly people (the young child) who do not even have a fully developed morality yet

This is why those who say that “money is the root of all evil” are wrong. There are wealthy people who are basically good people, and there are wealthy people who are the personification of “evil.” Just as there are poor/good people and poor/evil people.

It is a person’s “love of money,” not the money itself, which reveals the character of that person. To love money is to place a value on it which may cause one to commit evil to obtain it.

Give a good person a lot of money and that person will probably only use that money in a benevolent manner. Give an evil person more money and that person will use it to serve their own interests above the good of the many.

But this comment page isn’t a philosophy forum and I’ve alredy bored myself. 😉

          • Money is a tool.
It can be used for good or for bad.
It NEVER can be a root of anything.
Not a root of good, and not a roof of evil.
But scarcity (of money in particular) is indeed a root of evil. It corrupts those who are shaky. Those who can easily swing from good to bad because of their weakness. Lack of money is increasing the odds of this happening.

  4. The real evil is legal tender laws. We are forced by law and the threat of prison to accept Federal Reserve Notes at face value. Nobody should be forced to except anything as payment unless both parties agree on its value.

  5. Regarding the debt. There’s now a very concerted effort by TPTB to create massive inflation (debasement) which will effectively make the relative value of the debt seem small. Still painful and this looks to be a set up for an inflationary depression and rationing to unfold in the run up to the 2030 Agenda roll out. Hints are: Hillary’s offer of free college tuition; proposals to allow the discharge of student debt; global floating of the idea of debt jubilees (including The Pope); substantial increase in minimum wages; the White House and Larry Summers in a Washington Post column two weeks ago calling for increases in entitlement payouts (e.g. raises for Social Security recipients); and zero and negative interest rate policies (ZIRP and NIRP). Mega bankster pointman Summers, who spearheaded the dismantling of the Glass Steagall Act, wants to enact several new policies to drive up inflation including restricting supply of goods.

Transitioning the dollar away from reserve status (petro dollar) will only accelerate the inflationary process (the reason for the BS Saudi 28 page narrative that looks like it might fizzle out). First we had QE, the next phase would be helicopter money directed at the struggling working and middle classes as a bribe to go along with new reforms and also to keep the casino afloat until the next paradigm is well underway.

Note on EO 11110, it’s apparently a persistent misconception that this action represented JFK intending to stick it to the banksters via silver certificates. According to G. Edward Griffin, the EO was an executive housekeeping move to transfer authority to the Secretary of the Treasury to discharge the obsolete certificates. Researcher James Corbett also tackled this issue and concurred with Griffin.

  6. No, not that money is the root of all evil or the manipulation thereof, but the desire for it. That is our problem

    • Yes, our love of money similar to eating yummy food or getting addicted to substances our genome says we will be addicted to. Humans love POWER. Wish we would covet intelligence and education and experience more than money. Money is an easier route…others believe. Little do they know the truth.

  7. I Timothy 6.10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

  8. The only time Jesus got angry was when he threw the money changers from the temple. There’s a Reason for this… He KNEW of the twisting of men’s souls that money creates. Any REAL ‘civilization’ does away with this thing called ‘money’. What we have here on Earth does not even reach the first syllable of the word ‘civilization’. There are Numerous accounts of exactly this very thing, compiled by Col. Wendell Stevens. check out this site /www dot galactic-server dot net/ linkmap dot html
Do as Jesus admonished us and Love One Another. THAT is the Only way out of this mess the banksters and psychopaths have created.

  9. The unholy zentral banks the world over need to be collapsed. Then there will be a thousand years of peace and prosperity. The 7 (shmita) years of pump and dump is a failed policy. QE will be their own downfall.
    The Donald will out them.
    RIP JFK.

It’s the lust after $$$$. $$ is just a tool.

  11. If we had seven year debt release, there weren’t be any thirty year mortgages, now would there. Brilliant thinking Wacky Weiland, nobody could afford a house.

  12. Joey Smiff was a false teacher for real for real.

  13. A quote by Sir Josiah Stamp, president of the Bank of England, in the 1920’s, the second richest man in Britain:

“Banking was conceived in iniquity and born in sin. The Bankers own the Earth. Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create deposits, and with a flick of a pen they will create enough deposits to buy it back again. However, take it away from them (completely), and all the fortunes like mine will disappear, and they ought to disappear, for this world would be a happier and better world to live in. But, if you wish to remain slaves of the Bankers and pay for the cost of your own slavery, let them continue to create deposits.”
