AMI Smart Meters “Safety” Science and the U.S. Military’s Influences

By Catherine J. Frompovich

One of the most important aspects, I feel, of networking, which I do a lot—plus truly value, is sharing information with colleagues so that data, evidence, and knowledge streams regarding geopolitical, social, and medical issues not only are expanded, but are not permitted to be hidden, usurped, and/or used profitably by vested interests against the common good, as is the case with much in today’s technocratic world of business, industry, politics and, most of all, by media intrigue and paid for-hire-lobbyists!

The sources that affect humans more than others, in my opinion, include:

  • The medical cartel with its consensus pseudoscience propelled by pharmaceutical profits, which everyone pontificates as factual, so that nothing is legitimate if not endorsed by Big Pharma’s monetary ‘imprimatur’, which financially supports the U.S. FDA, including providing revolving-door employees;
  • Geopolitics, which are maneuvered by a conveniently-managed ‘free press’ that seemingly looks the other way, especially when the alt press exposes obviously hidden aspects/facts involving most of the standard partisan pap ginned up by a Hegelian Dialectic philosophy colloquially known as “problem-reaction-solution”;
  • The military, especially that of the United States of America, with its “my way or the highway” agenda regarding such things as:

(a) Owning the weather by 2025

(b) Anthrax vaccination damage to veterans they fail to own up to

(c) HAARP installations on land

(d) and at sea

(e) The U.S. military’s insistence that microwave energy is ‘safe’ and refusal to recognize what’s called “Non-Thermal Adverse Health Effects.”

The military’s position on RF/EMF safety is seriously flawed since its interests remain in warfare use and aspects of microwave RFs and EMFs totally discounting any damage other than apparently flawed heat studies performed 50 to 60 years ago.  So much has been learned and exposed about microwave technology since then, that it should be considered criminal that humans are subjected to non-ionizing radiation based upon flawed military research, especially since there is published investigation going back to 1932, obviously ignored.

How is the consumer involved?

The consumer issue most involved is the non-ionizing radiation RFs/EMFs electromagnetic pulses emitted by utility companies’ AMI Smart Meters for electricity, natural gas, and water, which place dirty electricity harmonics on to electrical wiring of any building that is retrofitted with an AMI Smart Meter, in turn causing adverse health effects 24/7/365 that no state public utility commission wants to hear about or admit exists, thanks to the outdated 50-to-60-year-old military radar studies always trotted out as ‘safe’.  Those studies, unfortunately, do not include non-thermal adverse effects!

However, what’s medically termed “Non-Thermal Adverse Health Effects” have been documented in peer review literature published early in the 1900s and as recently as 2015!

  1. Electrosensitivity aka EHS in 1932 and 1964; [1]
  2. Microwave hearing aka tinnitus in 1962; [1]
  3. Blood brain barrier leakage in 1979; [1]
  4. Depression, suicide in 1979; [1]
  5. Alzheimer’s disease in 2009; [1]
  6. Brain tumors, glioma, etc. in 2009; [1] and
  7. Tumor promotion in 2015! [1]

However, the most egregious part involving forced AMI Smart Meters is the fact that the U.S. military apparently played a major role in deterring safe radiowaves and microwaves technologies for two specific reasons, as stated in unclassified Defense Intelligence Agency documents:

Reason No. 1

If the more advanced nations of the West are strict in the enforcement of stringent exposure standards, there could be unfavorable effects on industrial output and military function.  The Eurasian Communist countries could, on the other hand, give lip service to strict standards, but allow their military to operate without restriction and thereby gain the advantage in electronic warfare techniques and the development of antipersonnel applications.”

Williams.  1976. 34 pp. Unclassified.

Do “antipersonnel applications” include microwave technologies built into AMI Smart Meters that allow all the ‘smart’ appliances in buildings to report back to big brother what you are doing?

Reason No. 2

“Should subsequent research result in adoption of the Soviet standard by other countries, industries whose practices are based on less stringent safety regulations, could be required to make costly modifications in order to protect workers.  Recognition of the 0.01 mW/cm2 standard could also limit the application of new technology by making the commercial exploitation of some products unattractive because of increased cost, imposed by the need for additional safeguards.”  [CJF emphasis added]

I truly feel that the above facts need to be brought to the attention of every public utility commission in every state in the USA, since everyone obviously is being misled BIG time about RF/EMF safety, which is costing untold physical, emotional and mental harms to citizens—children in particular, plus draconian overreach legislation passed by states and localities regarding mandated roll outs and forced acceptance of AMI Smart Meters, without informed consent or choice, when safe analog meters worked for decades, but didn’t spy on us nor make us sick!

Isn’t it time to take back our power?

  1. FYI, new gas meters, at least here in Michigan, USA, are called AMR ERT meters, or simply AMR meters, but they are NOT called “smart meters” by the gas company, which is deceptive because they’ve gotten permission to install them by insisting that they “are not smart meters.” AMR meters are similar to AMI (“smart”) meters in that they pulse radiofrequency microwave radiation 10.67 times per minute, 24/7, non-stop, per the gas company. That’s over 600 pulses per hour, every hour. They made me very sick within about 6 months of installation. I don’t recommend them to anyone, if you value your health.
