Virtual reality and augmented reality seem to be all the rage these days, even though relatively few people actually own and use these technologies. There’s a lot of media hype surrounding them, because they have plenty of potential to revolutionize our society in countless ways. It’s probably going to be the next big wave of technology to hit consumers after computers, cell phones, and the Internet.
