WikiLeaks Exposes Newly “Selected” Brazilian President as Puppet for US Intelligence

The transparency organization WikiLeaks has exposed acting President Michel Temer, who ascended to the Brazilian presidency after a soft coup deposed President Rousseff, as having been an intelligence informant for the United States.

Temer, who has served as Brazil’s vice president since 2011, took power Thursday after Brazil’s parliament suspended Rousseff pending the results of impeachment proceedings.

The cables —  marked “sensitive but unclassified” — contained summaries of conversations Temer, a Brazilian federal lawmaker at the time, had with the U.S. intelligence officials.

The damning evidence was provided in a series of tweets by the WikiLeaks Twitter account that linked to diplomatic cables highlighting the information provided to the U.S. military and National Security Council by Temer.

Clearly, the evolution of Unconventional War (UW), spelled out in the 2010 Special Forces Unconventional Warfare manual, has come to full fruition with the events that have unfolded in Brazil.

This has unfolded in the form of Hybrid War, which is essentially a weaponization of chaos theory – widely embraced across the U.S. military/intelligence spectrum. The UW manual highlights the perceptions of a vast “uncommitted middle population” is essential on the road to success, and that these uncommitted eventually can be turned to oppose their political leaders.

The process encompasses everything from “supporting insurgency” (as in Syria) to “wider discontent through propaganda and political and psychological efforts to discredit the government” (as in Brazil). It explains that when an insurrection takes root and begins to escalate, the “intensification of propaganda; psychological preparation of the population for rebellion” should as well, as has been the case in Brazil.

BRICS is the acronym for an association of five major emerging national economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. The grouping was originally known as “BRIC” before the inclusion of South Africa in 2010.

According to political analyst Pepe Escobar:

This very well-argued three-part thesis clarifies the central objective behind a major Hybrid War; “to disrupt multipolar transnational connective projects through externally provoked identity conflicts (ethnic, religious, political, etc.) within a targeted transit state…”

The BRICS – an extremely dirty word/concept in the Beltway/Wall Street axis – had to be the prime targets of Hybrid War. For myriad reasons. Among them; the push for trade and commerce in their own currencies, bypassing the US dollar; the creation of the BRICS development bank; the avowed drive towards Eurasia integration, symbolized by the now converging China-led New Silk Roads – or One Belt, One Road (OBOR), in its official terminology – and Russia-led Eurasia Economic Union (EEU)

This in large part explains the turmoil in Brazilian civic society. Although there are many structural problems inherent to the political apparatus in Brazil, these issues were exploited by external powers in an effort to create a more politically appealing environment for the U.S. and their neoliberal cronies to maneuver into positions of power as exhibited by U.S. intelligence informant, Temer ascending to the presidency of Brazil.

Brazil American political analyst Eric Draitser noted in his March article for MintPress News:

“The right wing is the driving force of the protests… Two of the principal groups responsible for organizing and mobilizing the demonstrations are the Free Brazil Movement (MBL) and Students for Liberty (EPL), both of which have direct ties to Charles and David Koch, the right-wing, neocon, US billionaires, as well as other leading figures of the far right, pro-business neoliberal establishment,” Draitser wrote.

Renowned journalist Glenn Greenwald got to the root of the matter, when writing that Temer “will faithfully serve the interests of Brazil’s richest: he’s planning to appoint Goldman Sachs and IMF [International Monetary Fund] officials to run the economy and otherwise install a totally unrepresentative, neoliberal team.”

Make no mistake that there is a massive covert effort by the U.S. to maintain their hegemonic position in global affairs — undertaken by any means necessary — and aimed squarely at the BRICS. The events in Brazil are unquestionably yet another orchestrated coup organized by Washington. This new form of sophisticated Hybrid Warfare has shown itself to be an insidious weapon that can foment regime change without firing a single shot.

  1. They all carry water for the UN and banksters. Brazil has formally agreed to Agenda 2030. Where is Assange? No doubt his lawyer who works for the Rothschilds (literally) has been able keep him safe and sound. Wikileaks = psychological operations support.

    • Assange is a Mossad tool

      • It’s been clear for a long time Assange and Wikileaks are tools, as are Snowden and Greenwald, yet their leaks and reports are swallowed whole, no deconstruction as to agenda and motive. The Kochs are globalists who have directly supported UN Agenda 21 and recently spent millions to encourage American hispanics to vote, casting them as right wing neocons only fuels Kabuki theater and misdirection. What gives?

You failed to mention George Soros as a globalist, UN Agenda 21 type.

          • I often mention Soros in my comments, and you’re right he is on the same level as Bill Gates and the Kochs. I pointed out the misdirection on the Kochs because it is the left wing disinfo mantra that they are “right wing conservatives” or neocons, more left vs. right Kabuki theater that sadly this article parroted. And Greenwald is piece of work, another tool – it’s all known so why not out him rather than quote him?

Thank you kindly for your reply and the addition of the other Satan-slimies. I’m sure the list is nearly inexhaustible! God bless you and yours. In Christ Jesus, (Allen) Tcob!.

          • You’re very welcome, thank you, and same to you. Always a privilege to interact with fellow light bearers.

I have an unrelated question. I didn’t know Assange and Snowden are tools. So what about the 2016 US election, can I believe Trump will bring change (money out of politics, more jobs, less debt) or will everything remain the same?

          • Everything won’t remain the same because TPTB are working feverishly to change the entire paradigm. From a Libertarian-minded perspective, the shift will be very unpleasant yet very seductively presented to technophiles and the left. Are we to take a clue from the announcement that Trump would name Rudy Giuliani as Secretary of Homeland Security? The clear pattern has been no public figure who cannot be controlled and isn’t a team player will be allowed any platform whatsoever to run for POTUS and will be targeted, yet that did not happen in Trump’s case. Could Trump be pretending, outsmarting the globalists? I have no way of knowing that, but it seems unlikely esp. given how easy it is for them to snoop into everyone’s history in fine detail, know what they read, who they communicate with, etc.

Thanks. A lot to think about. I am afraid to vote. I don’t dare to believe Trump is real. I would hate myself if I voted for him and he turned out to be yet another empty promise. *sigh*

          • You’re quite welcome. As a protest vote, the Constitution Party might be an option in states where they can get on the ballot. Their key issues are clear – opposing gun control, Obamacare, Common Core, open borders, and Agenda 21. Or write in your own name, you’d be infinitely better then the usual cast of cronies. 😉

  2. He’s a USA kinda guy!
    (traitor)

  3. I spend every day wishing that these creature’s of the US establishment get their just desserts, and for the murder and genocide poverty and misery, that they have caused by their interference of all countries all over the world, the trouble is that it will be the American public that will suffer for their crime’s, and nothing will ever change until you get rid of the REPTILIAN ELITE THAT CONTROLS THEIR GOVERNMENT,

    • Pray for all the evils and destructive creations of the Satanists be driven back into themselves for their own destruction. Speed up the “Law of the Harvest”, the “as you sow, you reap” law.

  4. So shameful that our US government CIA, FBI, and other alphabet soup agencies will not stop deliberate interference in other countries. Look at Central America, Argentina, Ukraine, Egypt. Sickening!

Right on, krybaby. And I wish they’d get out of our lives too! Welcome to the ever-expanding NWO, the one-world government of the Antichrist.

  5. No wonder

  6. Being from a 3rd-world country, Philippines, I deem it being ran by imperialist U.S. I haven’t set foot in the U.S., though, but Americans, who really runs your country?

  7. WikiLeaks is to We The People, what Corporations are to every Politician; OUR
Sugar-tit of Information! So much more profound for Our survival and growth than Money and Weapons for the 1%!
