In Paris, France, during the Climate Conference several groups (Organic Consumers Association, IFOAM, Navdanya, Regeneration International) declared via a Press Release that they will put Monsanto on trial for “crimes against nature and humanity, and ecocide, in The Hague, Netherlands, next year on World Food Day, October 16, 2016.”
The announcement was made at a press conference held in conjunction with the COP21 United Nations Conference on Climate Change, November 30 – December 11, in Paris.

I wonder if this class action suit will become moot & toothless…. if the TTPP/ TTAP (whatever) corporate juggernaut is signed into international law…. (that is still secreted behind closed door from the public’s prying eyes?)…meaning by the time this is dragged out …the Trade Deal will render this suit meaningless by incessant lobbying of the liar/ lawyers paraded out from the BIG AG corporate behemoth???.
There will be a legal morass of jurisdictional issues as a result of the TPP (whatever) at least insofar as we are able to discern what it actually says at this point, but there will still exist court systems within a country for individuals and corporations of that country. Monsatan being a corporation registered in the US can still be sued by US citizens or US corporations, but international squabbles will be adjudicated by a panel or court comprised of the countries who sign the treaty. At least that’s my limited understanding of it, no one really knows for sure because it’s a big, freaking secret for a reason.
Make no mistake…life as we know it will be changed forever if these ‘agreements’ are ratified…then we’ll have un-elected global corporate/ fascist soci/psychopaths, ruling by overruling every countries sovereignty…essentially forcing us to eat their agricultural chimeric poisons.
…The cancer rate in the 1950’s was 1:64…now it’s 1:4 since the ol nazis from I.G. Farben started the ‘cull of useless eaters’ which is obviously now in progress via Mon$atan-‘Sin’genta-Dow-Du Pont et al….(imo)
