Attorney for Family in San Bernardino Shooting: Official Story “Implausible” & “Doesn’t Add Up”

The question of how Sayed Farook could have mutated into a human monster capable of mass murder is just one of many questions plaguing the family of the man accused of carrying out Tuesday’s terrorist attack in San Bernardino. In an interview with CNN, the family’s attorney describes numerous ways that the official story of that horrible crime “doesn’t add up.”

“There’s a lot of disconnects, and there’s a lot of unknowns, and a lot of things that quite frankly don’t add up,” insisted attorney David S. Chelsey, who represents Farooq’s family when asked by CNN correspondent Chris Cuomo how the family “could explain how he went from someone they knew and loved to someone who could do something so monstrous.”

Witnesses and investigators have both described a terrorist onslaught carried out with military precision by suspects who were trained and capable. Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, didn’t appear to have the necessary background and skillset, according to Chelsey.

He expressed particular skepticism that Malik, who was nursing a newborn child, was suitable to carry out a depraved mission of that kind: “She was only about ninety pounds, so it’s unlikely she could even carry a weapon, or wear some type of a vest, or do any of this.”

The most provocative claim made by Chelsey dealt with the condition of the alleged terrorists when their bodies were found:

Where the couple was found, from what I understand, is that they were handcuffed, lying face-down in this truck, shot up.

By all accounts, Farook’s family is cooperating fully in the investigation.

“We sat with the FBI for three hours, and they tried to identify some characteristics or some affiliations that he might have had that have led him to act in this way, and they were totally stumped, totally frustrated,” Chelsey reports. “Everyone is clueless.”

According to CNN, the couple had left damaged cell phones in a trash bin on the scene. Citing unnamed “authorities,” the network said that this suggested that the couple “was trying to hide their tracks, and make it impossible for investigators to see what was on their cell phones.” Of course, this could have been done more easily by not bringing the incriminating cell phones with them, rather than discarding them at the scene of the massacre.

The hard drive on the couple’s computer is also missing, which has resulted in a subpoena to their Internet Service Provider. A dedicated member of a terror cell would try to destroy electronic information that could incriminate co-conspirators. According to defenders of the NSA’s all-encompassing electronic surveillance, Islamist radicals are being more careful to avoid leaving cyber-breadcrumbs that can be followed; merely removing a hard drive from a desktop computer wouldn’t be enough.

Another oddity, according to CNN reports, is the composition of the explosives found in the couple’s home: The recipe followed in making the pipe bombs does not match any of the formulas associated with al-Qaeda, ISIS, or other known terrorist groups.

According to Mustafa Kuko, director of the Islamic Center of Riverside, California, Farook regularly attended worship services until about two years ago.

“We were all shocked” by the news that Farook had allegedly murdered 14 people, Kuko told the Los Angeles Times. That shock was compounded by news that one of the victims in the attack, a social worker who survived multiple gunshot wounds, also attends the mosque.

“It’s very likely that they knew each other, and Farook must have known she was there,” Kuko points out. “It just doesn’t make any sense. Why would he do this?”

The answers to those insistent questions may cause Farook’s family and friends to revise their assessment of a man they considered to be peaceful, well-adjusted, and sincerely friendly. Those answers might also require significant revisions in the emerging official narrative of the atrocity in San Bernardino.

Very poor article. Stupid, and I don’t use that word often.

  2. It’s amazing how mass shootings have gone up during Mr Barry Obammy in the White House.
    Think about it!

  3. – one more set-up by the foreign aliens in control of the USGov.. One more repetition of the set-up murder of Lee H. Oswald, to distract from the guilty. This time, with a different twist, murdering the patsies with their hands hand-cuffed behind their backs. Are the assassins who did the murders proud of themselves and the criminals who instructed them ?

  4. False flag, just like all the rest……Arrest should be made….

  5. u saw nothing

  6. Let’s see, did they find their passports nearby? Presumably they had time to update their facebook while ransacking and shooting? However, mass ignorance may be the best weapon the NWO has. And this may be the pivotal event, not a nuke or 911, but excessive enough to allow the expected gun confiscation, martial law clampdown etc. It also has the spin benefit of increasing hatred towards Syrians, which at the end of the day will be critical for the NWO in realizing their dream of one world government. God’s speed all

  7. here is a pic of the ID of the girl. notice the spelling of revenue – it is incorrect on the “official company ID” – not hardly + their last name ends in a K – should be a Q as in Quran.

  8. I didn’t know people had Christmas party in the middle of the week in the. Morning. The ones I’ve attended have been after work at the end of the week. But I don’t work for the government. I smell the smoke of the Reichstag

  9. Aristotle was more like 2000 years ago …

  10. When two people went into the party and shot up the place were they these two? Were there any witnesses , who recognized them? If so, were they the same two who were killed by law enforcement? If both are two, how is it a false flag? However, if the two were handcuffed before being killed by law enforcement something is seriously wrong. (getting rid of sources of info?)

I realize the U.S. government could have been involved somehow.

Islam is certainly violent. It has a history of violence all of the way back to its founding. It is possible these two were influenced by Islam.

I don’t understand why this is automatically looked at as a false flag. Other than these supposedly peaceful people becoming violent, what doesn’t add up? Am I missing something?

    • What is your proof that Islam is a violent? Can you quote anything from the Quran that is violent? The Bible has many many extremely violent verses, if one to blame the Spanish inquisitions and the crusades on those verses, Christianity would be the most violent reliogen mankind ever known. The first word in the Quran is READ, so please read before you make such a false statement.

      • Taqiyya: The Muslim Practice of Lying to Protect Islam Is Prevalent across Sects

Most non-Muslims don’t know that Muslims are encouraged to lie if it promotes Islam.

Lying is permitted by Koran 16:106: “Anyone who, after accepting faith in Allah, utters Unbelief — except under compulsion, his heart remaining firm in Faith — but such as open their breast to Unbelief, on them is Wrath from Allah, and theirs will be a dreadful Penalty.”

This verse, on the face of it, allows a Muslim to lie, under duress, about converting to another faith, as long as he remains a Muslim at heart. Yet, by extension, this same verse can also be used by a Muslim to lie about converting from his true faith, because he feels compelled to do so in defense of the jihadist goals of Islam. For example, a Muslim could run for president, all the while claiming adherence to a non-Muslim faith (such as Christianity), in order to win election to office, because the non-Muslim culture in which he was running compelled such action as a necessary part of getting elected. It might also be worth pointing out that swearing on an entire stack of Bibles would not improve matters, when it came to taking the Presidential Oath of Office, as long as the Muslim taking the
oath was still loyal to Islam in his heart.

  11. I’ve said from the moment I heard about it “Something just does not feel right about this” & my intuition is pretty high!!!

“Do you know what is better than charity and fasting and prayer? It is keeping peace and good relations between people, as quarrels and bad feelings destroy mankind.”

    Matthew 11:
28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is LIGHT.”

“Souls are created by the Giver of All Life.
God “breathed the breath of life into man and he be- came a living Soul.”
There is a tiny Divine spark in every living thing. It is the Breath of Life, the Creator, and the speck either grows larger, bigger and more in the Image of its Creator, or it retrogrades and is swallowed up by the grosser elements of the flesh. “
