Disloyal to the United States? Wesley Clark Wants to Detain You For Duration of War on Terror

Former US General Wesley Clark went on MSNBC to promote detaining domestic ‘radicals’ or people ‘disloyal to the United States’ in internment camps for the duration of the war on terror.

The host asked Clark “How do we fix self-radicalized lone wolves, domestically?”

First, Clark cites people who lose a job or break up with a girlfriend as being especially dangerous. Next he tells us what he’d do to those who’re disloyal to the U.S. during the war on terror.

“In World War II, if someone supported Nazi Germany at the expense of the United States, we didn’t say that was freedom of speech. We put them in a camp,” Clark continued, “They were prisoners of war.”

“If these people are radicalized, and they don’t support the United States, and they’re disloyal to the United States, as a matter of principle, fine, that’s their right, but it’s our (the government’s) right and our obligation to segregate them from the normal community for the duration of the conflict. And I think we’re going to have to get increasingly tough on this.”

So, since it has now been outed that the CIA/U.S. government is one of the powers behind ISIS (besides Saudi intelligence and Mossad; and the UK is also known to have lent a hand, by airlifting arms to them), we should put the Obama administration and its appointments to the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the upper echelons of the U.S. military in one of those FEMA camps that the govt. has ‘allotted’ all over the country. Right, Wesley? And perhaps you should put in your request for location now, since things are hotting up in that War you’re talking about, and we’re all to be considered ‘combatants’???

    • There are no FEMA camps. If there were, I would know about them due to my profession. Also, because I have traveled the country extensively looking for them, and cannot find a single one. Unless you’re able to tell me where one is so I can check it out.

            He was a war criminal, and a rabid racist against the blacks. He threw people in prison for the duration of the war without trial if they said something that he did not like in the newspaper.

          • sadness to me anyway, is that it’s never really changed itself, concerning our USA…..I myself was thrown into Nam, age 23, drafted no choice but to jail or be drafted….in country 1969………and the few words you listed above describe what is still going on, only the countries names have changed….I have no comprehension of how the us populace can allow this rape,rob and murder….endlessly….even with the prestitude press….not being free to speak the truth….most people are just ignorant..guess that best describes them….even with their college degrees….For me, tis very sad to look at…..tell you that! ! ! !

            Here ias how it works. The first 150 to 200 years, the people coming to America were looking to make a better life. They face starvation, hostiles, wild animals, (that could and would eat you. When they walked down to the creek to get a bucket of water, they took their weapons and did not know if they were coming home. But they kept coming. As these types made the wild areas tame, the nest robbers come behind. Not enough guts to actually build anything, but knowing how to steal and rob the ones who did the building with their courts, regulations and ordinances. That is who is running the country today, the unmoral, gutless nest robbers. Most people in the US are gutless, clueless sheep. Only 3 to 4% of Americans during the American revolution were in favor of it or did anything other than stay home and hide under their beds. Percentage of people in the us who are not sheep are about the same % today. It seems to always be about the same percentage of people who actually do the building and fighting for humanity.

            Nature dictates that the herd get culled from time to time, we are fast approaching one of those times. It is my belief that the world, not just the US, is only short months from a complete economic melt down that will make 1929 look like a party, along with natural earth changes. We are talking, no food stamps, and if you have them, people are not going to have food to sell. When it comes to this, many will eat the barrel of their pistol. Many will not be able to handle this, mentally, physically, or spiritually. They will get culled. The scum robbing and raping will slowly be taken out as they come up against real men determined to protect their families. Even the sheeple will no longer believe the lies of politicians, so that class will be culled. Lawyers, armed enforcers, will be weeded out. Those who make it through will be better for their tempering in the fire and will build a better world than we have now. But it will be a long and hard road. If you have not already, look at how nature works. Say rabbits. Good times they do what people do in good times. Eat and make little ones. Get too many rabbits, nature culls them. Parasites, low food years, disease do the work. The weaker ones die off so that when good time return, the best genetic material are the ones making little ones now. People, rabbits, works the same. Do not mess with mother nature.

          • makes sense to me John….I m from a ranching background…where a horse was how we got to school a one room one at that…grades 1-8….1950 to 55…no electricity in the farm house until 55 and no plumbing ever….at that time. So nature was my best friend…remains so today…..There is beauty in nature. I never tire of it. Did you realize that music comes from nature? the notes on the scale are from nature…..
            As for the coming meltdown….it’s a certainty. The question is of a type…slow, orderly or a massive slam down…..will be interesting to note if the evil Central banking system remains….What do you think of that question?

            Do not get me wrong, I have nothing but contempt and distain for politicians, government enforcers and leg breakers and the sheeple who enable the evil to exist at the level it does. That said, I do not advocate armed revolution. Revolution for what? The sheeple of America would sell their birthright for a bowl of stew and a six-pack within 24 hours of being handed liberty an freedom. The system will go away the same way it went with the USSR. Now, if you cut the head of the snake off, you are safe, but if you go chopping little pieces of his tail off, he is going to turn around and bite you. Let us see what the people figure out. To keep the scum banker class, and those who own them, from doing the same thing after the collapse, they must be removed from the genetic pool. Sorry but thats a fact. Will humanity figure this out. I do not Know.

            I would love to talk with you, try to figure out a way to do that. I love Montana. I was a Seabee. Did close to a month in Wolf Point, working on the surrounding Reservation roads. Good people up there. Anyone, (with a functioning brain and a soul), who has been in a war will not be advocating armed revolution at this point. Yes, good book, should be mandatory reading by 8th grade. I had a brother in Nam, mine came later. Mothers side, Republic of Texas people. GG grandfather, mothers side, 13th Texas Calvary, I Co. duration of the war. Fathers side, G grandfather was a Confederate Chaplin serving with the forces of Arkansas. Left the army in 1863 to get his family out of the way of those saintly, freedom fighters in blue that hung a 13 year old nab or boy trying to make him tell where any money they had might be hide. Rapes and murders were rampant. So two coverd wagons went to Texas where it is big enough you did not have to associate with those freedom loving angels in blue, and maybe you could keep your daughters and wife form getting molested and perhaps murdered.

          • Wow….Wolf Point….well, the farm I mentioned of growing up on, was some miles south of WP in McCone county…when I was 10+ yrs my dad, just 29 yo was killed right in front of my eyes in a farm tractor roll over….after that we moved into Circle…south of WP….where I still call home although I have lived in Billings MT…..well, a long time….I am not retired….would be great to be able to talk without doing this stuff..let me think? one thing one could do is say, a half hour, post an email then get it right off or contact the adm with a permission slip so to speak and have the adm of this site send an email…..to one of us…

    • Nailed it, Jim! I agree with you and freewheelinfranklin, above. The answer to your question, Jim, is actually, no, The Constitution is the Law of the Land; and, those like Wesley Clark are the ones who are disloyal and must be prosecuted.
      The Separation of Powers Clause in the Constitution, as well as the 10th Amendment, guarantee each and every state the right to secede from the Union whenever the Union usurps its power and denies the individual states the right to govern their own domestic affairs.
      Abraham Lincoln never repealed that Amendment; nor did he ever repeal the Separation of Powers Clause. Therefore, if Texas wanted to and took steps to secede, it can do so; this also applies to any other state or groups of states. In fact, if they so wished, all 50 states could secede at once, leaving the District of Criminals totally isolated and impotent (Hawaii would become its own country again).

      We owe NO LOYALTY or ALLEGIANCE to those that SERVE WITHIN our governments, as THEY are NOT THE government, but employees – elected, hired, contracted, volunteered, etc – to carry out those duties listed and written within the US Constitution. Nor are they “America”. Our loyalty, our allegiance is to the US Constitution, as goes all Oaths.

      America IS the American people and the US Constitution, NOT those that SERVE WITHIN OUR GOVERNMENTS.

      Clark is proving that he is a TRAITOR to the American people, the US Constitution to which he is (multiple times to be at the rank that he was) Oath bound to support and defend BEFORE anything else.

      Those that are supporting the NWO are exactly like those that supported, and using a lot of, the same Nazi tactics against our legitimate US government, our Constitutional Republic, against the US Constitution that they took a Lawfully binding OATH to support and defend against all enemies – domestic and foreign.

      He admits his *Treason with his words, and advocates the use of **Terrorism against the American people for practicing and using what is PROTECTED by our legitimate government, in writing within the US Constitution.

      When he speaks of disloyalty to the USA, he seemed serious, but he forgot that there is a long way and a huge difference that IS recognized here in America between speaking against actions committed by those who SERVE within our governments – particularly those that are unAmerican in action committed by them – and the acts of Treason.

      His support of, and actions to, destroy our legitimate government is an act of Treason in favor of the UN, NATO, NWO over America, American values, American lives.

      Think not?

      Did/do you see him actively speaking against giving US troops to the UN – and THAT is TREASON – nor does anyone who SERVES within our government have that authority. Yet, it is a fact that is going on now.

      Or against Obama (his emissaries) signing authority over the American people, the USA to the UN? This is also TREASON against the American people, the US Constitution. What about “assassination powers” which is legal in places like Russia, China, etc BUT NOT HERE. Here in America it IS First Degree Murder and it matters not who the person is doing it, but it does include EVERYONE who has the least part within it, who assists with it to go on instead of fighting it as required by the position they occupy within our governments – state and general.

      That would be EVERY person who is a governmental employee occupying any position within the state or general government – look at all the job openings and new jobs created to deal with all of them!
      Rem,ember that World War II was a war declared under Article I, Section 8, Clause II of the Constitution whereas the war on terror is undeclared and thus illegal, a lie, Treason, Terrorism, and used against the people to destroy our nation from the inside.

      Actually war cannot be on a tactic, action, idea, weight, organic farming, using water – that belongs to the people, etc. War is a action against two states, nations.

      Clark’s remarks are very revealing about the mindset of those serving within our government. Those who disagree with the government are now to be rounded up and shut up indefinitely in political internment camps – we are NOT Nazi Germany, Stalinist/Lenin’s Russia, Mao’s China, etc. His words reveal his Treason.

      What are the defining characteristics of a limited government?

      They are its disabilities; what it does not have legal authority to do.

      Look at the First Amendment… What does it do? It guarantees freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion.

      But how does it do that? I quote: “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press” etcetera.

      **Terrorism – 28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.

      Clark really needs to read the US Constitution that he gave multiple Oaths to “… support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;… bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion;…”. Because that IS his sworn duty to uphold.

      If after all this time SERVING within the general government he does not know that he needs to be stripped of his rank, retirement and sent back to the general populace.       Read the US Constitution.

      It forbids a permanent military. War can ONLY be declared by the Congress. The US Constitution REQUIRES the people to be the Militia – not under the control of either the general (federal) or state governments, but those that serve within the general (federal) government are REQUIRED to use the Militias to:
      — Enforce the US Constitution and each state’s Constitution,
      — Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
      — Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
      — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.

      (now you know who defends our borders, the Militia)

      Preamble to the US Constitution: “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

      The Preamble to the US Constitution says WHO is responsible for doing certain things within our nation. Those things are to be done to “form a more perfect Union”. “We the People of the United States” are

      – “establish Justice”
      – “insure domestic Tranquility”
      – “provide for the common defence”

      – “promote the general Welfare”
      – “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”

      No one else is assigned those duties. The tools constitutionally assigned to “We the People” to carry out those duties are:

      Militia – Constitution of the United States of America, Second Amendment: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

      John Adams, A Defense of the Constitutions of the United States 475: “… The fundamental law of the militia is, that it be created, directed and commanded by the laws, and ever for the support of the laws.”

      Alexander Hamilton, Federalist 28: “The militia is a voluntary force not associated or under the control of the States except when called out; [when called into actual service] a permanent or long standing force would be entirely different in make-up and call.”

      Thomas Jefferson: “For a people who are free, and who mean to remain so, a well organized and armed militia is their best security.”

      The framers even felt that the people needed their own manufacturers of ALL the weapons of war since those who serve within governments are usually easily corrupted.

      George Washington: “A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a uniform and well-digested plan is requisite; and their safety and interest require that they should promote such manufactories as tend to render them independent of others for essential, particularly military, supplies.”

      US Constitution, Article I, Section. 8, Clause 11: “To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”.

      This is using private citizens in their own privately owned crafts to defend the USA and her people, this is using the Militia.

      Rep. Elbridge Gerry of Massachusetts, floor debate over the 2nd Amendment, I Annals of Congress: “What, Sir, is the use of a militia? It is to PREVENT THE ESTABLISMENT OF A
      STANDING ARMY, the bane of liberty….”

      Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.”

      The militia of each state is taxed with the defense of the USA and her people, not just with the
      defense of their state; and they are to be armed with weapons that can repel any invasions bearing modern weapons of war.

      Clause 16: “To provide for organizing, ARMING, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia
      according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.

      Congress is required to provide those military grade weapons for the militias. Congress is REQUIRED to arm the Militias, NOT foreign entities, NOT foreign nations, NOT foreign terrorists/rebels, NOR are they to arm the (constitutionally forbidden) governmental professional law enforcement. Because of the REQUIREMENT to arm the Militias the others are FORBIDDEN.

      “Good Behaviour” requirement that must be kept for all judges – state and federal – to be allowed to stay in the position they occupy. US Constitution, Article III, Section 1: “The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts (state) as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour,…”

      Grand Jury
      “The grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles.
      It is a constitutional fixture in its own right. In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people”.

      “Thus, citizens have the unbridled right to empanel their own grand juries and present “True Bills” of indictment to a court, which is then required to commence a criminal proceeding. Our
