Central Bank of Central Banks Warns That World is Unprepared to Fight Global Crash

By Mac Slavo

According to the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), the shadowy “central bank of central banks,” the world as it stands is incapable of combating another global financial crash – a crash that there is every reason to think is coming.

That’s because the economy remains in the hands of the Federal Reserve and other central banks.

The financial wizards in THIS VIDEO went so far to say that “we are all slaves to the central banks.” It wasn’t exactly hyperbole.

According to the BIS, central banks have already “used up their ammunition” by driving interests to below zero, freezing investment for the important stuff like production and infrastructure, and instead fueling huge bubbles for wonder kids on Wall Street to play in.

Now, everything is basically teetering on the edge until the music stops. According to the BIS, it will soon be time to pay the piper – as “persistent ultra-low rates” are poised to unleash destruction upon the economy like King Kong set loose on Manhattan:

The BIS report described the threat of a new bust in advanced economies as a “main risk”, with many reaching the top of the economic cycle.

The economies worst hit by the last crisis are now suffering the costs of persistent ultra-low rates, the organisation said, which could “inflict serious damage on the financial system”, sapping banks and weakening their balance sheets and their ability to lend.

And worse, the advanced countries will be unable to fight back against the serious consequences, according to their 2015 annual report:

• The world will be unable to fight the next global financial crash as central banks have used up their ammunition trying to tackle the last crises.

Central banks have backed themselves into a corner after repeatedly cutting interest rates to shore up their economies.

Central banks may have contributed [to the coming crisis] by fuelling costly financial booms and busts and delaying adjustment.”

In past years, the BIS has painted a clear picture of the bleak financial landscape brought on by central bank policy since the 2008 crisis.

It warned in 2013 that:

Fresh action from central banks to kick-start growth may do more harm than good, by distorting financial markets and jeopardising stability.

“Unfortunately, central banks cannot do more without compounding the risks they have already created.” (source)

In 2014, it found that central banks have failed to achieve a recovery, and are incapable of doing so:

Robust, self-sustaining growth still eludes the global economy… Central banks cannot solve the structural problems that are preventing a return to strong and sustainable growth.

“Most of all, central banks cannot enact the structural economic and financial reforms needed to return economies to the real growth paths authorities and their publics both want and expect.”

What central bank accommodation has done during the recovery is to borrow timeBut the time needs to be used wisely, as the balance between benefits and costs is deteriorating.” (source)

Given the unique insider position of the Bank for International Settlements in the global financial power structure, these are foreboding words to be met with mature concern. This is a tacit admission that the powers that be know the next big crisis is around the corner, and they are ready to watch us drown in it – this time, without reaching down to offer us up.

  1. So, the
problem, from our perspective, is, ‘How do we protect ourselves from their murderous political system?’ (https://redressone.wordpress.com/pwn/) How, for example, do we protect our
property (from physical gold, to businesses, to stocks and bonds (domestic and foreign)) from
seizure by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)? Furthermore, how do we protect ourselves from informers now being recruited, trained and protected by the DHS?

By the act of Congress that established the DHS (http://redressone.wordpress.com/amss/) a system was created by which informers could make false allegations against anyone they please with near-total impunity. Of course, such informers aren’t described as informers; rather they are given the title “submitting person” and the DHS Act provided that their falsehoods will never be examined
by any court or legislature or law enforcement agency. The legislation even specifies how this
immunity is obtained. The “submitting person” only has to give an “express statement” that his lies were “voluntarily given” and that he expected “protection from disclosure”. It’s all there, in the act that created the DHS.

I’m sorry guys, but silly season is over. Even if you own physical gold, live in a cabin in the woods along with a stash of ammo and AK-47’s, you lose. If you don’t fall to the horde of hungry homeless, you will fall to DHS death squads. All the homeless have to do is to wait until you collapse from lack of sleep (24, 48, 72 hours), then they march in, slit your throat and… let your imagination run wild.

If you own stocks or bonds, guess what: you’re depending on criminal and useless classes to deliver
your purchasing power at the moment of their greatest victory. Did I mention something about ‘silly season’?

If you want to survive, you have to combine with others of like mind for the purpose of mutual protection, among other purposes. The big question now is, ‘HOW is this to be done?’ And the quick answer is, ‘You must establish First-Amendment assemblies (http://redressone.wordpress.com/locate/) – the only historically-proven method by which men have made their lives and property secure from rule by thieves.’

The American Revolution, for example, was powered by a large network of such assemblies: from town meetings, county meetings, state conventions and, ultimately, to Continental Congresses.

    • Chilling, when one considers the huge amount of “statesmen”, cops and military w/o honor or love of country/people willing to slaughter us in the streets for a paycheck, healthcare and a pat-on-the-head by their “masters”.

Greece is all ready crashing and this will have Domino effect around the world !

  3. Let all those with minds still capable of critical thought understand. The Central Banks have planned and executed every crash which ever occurred. Any misery, death and hardship you or yours suffer through, the blood is on THIER HANDS and the hands of your government officials/cops/military who stood against us to protect them! DO NOT BE FOOLED by claims of “we are not to blame”, by virtue of the act that they aided and abetted they killed their own nation to curry favor with their masters/owners at AIPAC/ Central Banks.

I would say it is extremely important to pay off outstanding bills right now, and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON CREDIT!

  5. If one Rothchilde emptied his own account and gave it to the world we could absorb the crisis and feed 20 million people to boot.

OK, so here’s the way this may play out:
Market and bond crash ~ Sept 2015 ~~~~~ Global Pandemonium.

    Sept~Oct 2015 window:
Currency Reset involving global: digital SDRs, new mega bonds, &/or indust carbon taxes
    Sept 2015 ~ Thruout 2016 ~~~~~ US/NATO/UN sponsored WARS and more WARS

  7. I just heard the money Greece is required to pay is about equal to the Citigroup bailout. Fraud was packaged to the EU member countries. To prop the fraud with an air of legality and threat of enforcement, the EU criminal banking syndicate continues to be helped with the cooperation of a bought and sold “free press”.

    • Very believable. The owners of the U.S., (Central Banks of the City of London), were compelled to crush Germany before the world’s people saw how well folks could live if not burdened with a Central Bank. Sincere investigation at objective sites will show it was his booting out the Rothschild parasites that brought about the horrors suffered by them at the hands of the Central Banks’ lackeys in the U.S./”great” Britain…. The “exceptional” west…Well, look at the “exceptionals” now, being driven into ruin by the descendants of the same treasonous swine that suckered us into annihilating the one nation honorable enough to fight the Global blood-suckers. If you look back far enough, you’ll see the same families pulled it on the colonies as well.

      • The “Greek crisis” is not about debt. Debt is the propaganda that
the Empire is using to subdue sovereignty throughout the Western world.

pump and dump – Woodie”the treasonous Wilson” gave up the family jewels in 1913 – and the great depression was a direct hit. Then every 7 years thereafter – 2008+7=2015.
The common folks have been paying good faith extortion fees (taxes) for odious debt.
Them that has done this pay for this gold collar criminal scum.
