The Covert Operations for Human Mind Control

Readers probably are familiar with the colloquialism, “Money is the root of all evil.” Well, that ought to be set aside, if not abandoned totally, for the new—and insanely insidious—root of all evil, mind control technology! Don’t believe that? Well, please cut this writer some slack and plod through the information that will be divulged. It’s due to the excellent work of Deborah Tavares, the investigative journalist extraordinaire at StopTheCrime.Net. In the Resources section below, I’ve posted a link to some of Deborah’s online interviews, which are very telling, to say the least.

One of Stop the Crime’s [STC] releases of documents, which previously were unavailable, is labeled “Planned Chemical ‘Sedation’ of the Population – Radio Microwave Frequencies for Mass Mind Control [PCSP].” 

It refers to the “Aquarius Group Operation Briefing.”

In the STC introduction page, however, this is pointed out about the PCSP:

Note: Page 1 – Electro-magnetic, Radio Wave, and Micro-wave Pulse/Mind Warfare has great advantages in that a desired subject or population has no knowledge of the procedure being implemented. [1, Pg.1]

That may have been the case when the PCSP was first released [probably early 1980s?], but by now, every-day-citizens undoubtedly realize they are fully involved due to their fascination with technology, especially cell phones, smart phones, interactive games and devices, and other newer devices like Samsung TVs that can transmit viewers’ conversations out of the house to “who knows whom and why?” Not knowing the exact original release date of PCSP, we probably will find this information on the STC introduction extremely revealing:

Few people ever had possession of this Aquarius Groups Operation Briefing… One person held if for years and knew this briefing document contained small punctuation errors (each copy had different errors so they could trace leaks). Our source is now deceased so it can’t hurt if traced to them. It is time to use this information to stop this diabolical plot…

It’s rather interesting, I think, that the ‘powers that be’ were/are cunning enough to ‘booby trap’ the briefing paper with specific punctuation errors so as to identify a specific “leaker” or whistleblower. However, the release-source of the document that STC obtained has passed on. In my opinion, we ought to be totally indebted for the information.

On the STC introductory page, key places in the document are referenced. However, I will flag some information that I think readers ought to know because it validates a true mind control conspiracy on government agencies’ part(s). So, here we go:

On page 1 of COM-12 Briefing / Mind Control Operations / Aquarius Group Activities:

The information to follow is meant to be an outline to give PSYOP personnel a brief background and introduction into modern PSYOP warfare techniques. Our purpose in briefing COM unit personnel is to educate concerned team members in sources and methods of early Mind Control procedures and the latest projects and operations dealing with Mind Control at present-day capabilities. Aquarius Group Operations (AGO) is the primary control group of these Mind Control procedures. [1, Pg.2] [CJF emphasis added]

And then this ‘caveat’ of sorts is added:

…there are basic precautions and countermeasures which may be implemented to diminish, obstruct or deflect these offensive measures used on behalf of AGO/CIA personnel units against COM units, personnel or civilian population bases. [1, Pg.2]

COM, I think, may be the acronym for “communications.” Note the CIA inclusion!

Furthermore,

Through years of field experimentation, a large number of chemical components were utilized in these operations. It was verified that ingesstion and/or exposure to certain chemicals and drugs (polypharmaceuticals) greatly enhanced the hypnoprogramming operations. The most successful of these tests are still used even today in some areas of enhancement …. [1, Pg. 2] [CJF emphasis added]

Question: Is that probably the rational and economic reasoning for all the chemicals forced upon humans through food, water and the environment, together with such billion-dollar industries that make toxic-ingredient-vaccines and pharmaceuticals? It’s all planned and then made legal, coincidentally, at federal and state levels with legislative statutes probably initiated by vested interest lobbyists and lobbied legislators.

However, some transparency and/or candidness makes it way into the report:

The Radio and Electro-magnetic Mind Control procedures are the latest and most effective methods utilized to date. Electro-magnetic, Radio Wave, and Microwave Pulse/Mind Warfare has great advantages in that a desired subject or population has no knowledge of the procedure being implemented. With no conscious realization of the process being used, there is no sub-conscious realization of the same. This particular factor is greatly appreciated by agencies involved in areas of Mind Control and Manipulations because there is no risk of physical, person-to-person contact or action between agency personnel and the desired subjects. These procedures are not only much more reliable and successful than earlier methods, but they allow those implementing the manipulation to maintain complete anonymity. [1,Pp.2-3] [CJF emphasis added]

Now, what you will read next is nothing short of pure vindication for all ‘conspiracy theorists’, especially those who are exposing chemtrails:

Through years of testing the administration and saturation of certain chemicals and biogens within the world’s population bases, these modern methods’ ratios of success are almost absolute. Chemical and polypharmaceutical saturation has been achieved over the past twenty years of implementation with this purpose in mind and is achieved through purposeful covert introcution into population areas. In some cases, this is achieved by deliberate overt introduction through exposure or consumption on behalf of the population base in everyday usage of public water supplies, airborne pollutants, and chemical agents in a wide variety of foodstuffs. [1,Pg.3] [CJF emphasis added]

That, dear readers, is why we have the protoplasmic poison, fluoride, added to municipal water supplies since the 1960s! Why our foods are manufactured and contaminated with all types of poisonous processing chemicals! Why everyone who sees his/her physician is prescribed 2 or more Rx drugs and vaccines for every child, even those just born! And, the ultimate mind control and probable biogen, chemtrail spraying—aka weather geoengineering. All kinds of poisonous chemicals and toxic metals, i.e., aluminum chaff, are sprayed down upon us, our food and water and into our lungs! No wonder there are so many people tragically afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease! [2] Coincidentally, Alzheimer’s has more than doubled since 1980! [3] Isn’t that coincidental to the timeline for covert mind control?

At another place in the PCSP, it states that those covert projects were planned for full implementation between 1990 and 1995. It is now 2015—how much more have they introduced? Chemtrails, HAARP, Smart Meters, Smart Phones and, apparently, coming soon—if not here already—Smart Dust! [4] 

Now, here, apparently, is their ultimate plan:

These procedures will allow AGO and other world intelligence groups within the “Circle of Seven” alliance to achieve their goals of an unarmed, docile and compliant world populaltion, if not prevented from doing so. [1.Pg.3] [CJF emphasis added]

“If not prevented from doing so.” Is it too late? Can we, the people of the world, stop them? It’s up to everyone! Is it any wonder there are so many crazy things being carried out either by ‘lone wolves’ or overly-zealous groups? Does mind control come in to play to effectuate the Hegelian Dialectic—Problem-Reaction-Solution. And do they have it all planned out?

Everyone who believes in freedom from mind control; freedom from forced medications; freedom from toxic/debilitating vaccines/vaccinations; freedom from Smart Meters; freedom from chemtrails needs to consider what’s at stake. It seems overwhelming, doesn’t it? Well, apparently, we’ve all been asleep at the switch, and that’s partly due to a compliant ‘bought’ media and press in the USA. They should have been sounding the clarion call about what’s going on, not reporting who’s sleeping with whom! They knew for at least 40 years!

Furthermore, the apparent One World Order ‘patriarch’ David Rockefeller is on record as saying,

We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost 40 years……It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supernational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national autodetermination practiced in past centuries. [CJF emphasis added] [Talk about conspiracies!]

And, then there’s this he supposedly said:

Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘ internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure–one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it. [5]

Furthermore, what really goes on at the Bohemian Grove, California, encampments where apparent one world order honchos congregate every summer? Well, here’s my December 21, 2012 Activist Post article, “Presidential Candidates Apparent Vetting Process” that talks about some of what goes on there. 

What it’s come down to is that we, the human race, are being treated like rats or mice in Frankenstein’s laboratory or maybe even like Adolph Hitler’s medical scientist, Dr. Josef Mengele  with their insidious experiments on unfortunate and tortured Jews in concentration camps. It was the Jews back then in the 1940s; it’s now ALL of humankind in 2015! What are we going to do about it?

One thing I suggest is to finish reading the “Planned Chemical ‘Sedation’ of the Population – Radio Microwave Frequencies for Mass Mind Control.” It ought to convince you that you need to become politically involved and become an activist too, especially if you have children or grandchildren. What kind of world will they be forced to live in? A FEMA camp? Here are Google’s 2 pages of FEMA camp locations. Print them so you can learn where you just may be heading if—and when—martial law is declared. Furthermore, why would Google produce such a map, if there weren’t actual locations? Good question to ask.

If nothing said so far has gotten your attention, perhaps this will, which is taken from page 49:

The Aquarius Operation feels they will eventually condition the public to welcome the eventual confiscation of firearms, setting of curfews, mandatory Bar Code I.D.’s which will be subdermally inserted, and general areas of Martial Law. [Refer to files on REX 84, KING ALFRED, CABLE SPLICE and GARDEN PLOT.] [CJF emphasis added]

These factors, in conjunction with Aquarius Group Operations plans to institute a One World Religion of an extremely right-wing side of Christian Fundamentalism (which is currently increasing in even such countries as China and the Russian Republics), will further add to the destruction of rights and freedoms granted to us in our Constitution and Bill of Rights. This development will aslo [sic—is that a special tracking error?] separate the World into two large powers. One will be a Fundamentalist Christian power and the other will be a Fundamentalist Islamic Power. These philosophies, as well as the struggle for decreasing water supplies, will be the future reasons for World conflict. [CJF emphasis added]

Read that last sentence again. Have you heard recent news casts about what’s going on around the globe? Either the above PCSP report is an actual and valid document of their long-range plans back then, or there is such a thing as ‘coincidences’. If you don’t believe in coincidences, then maybe everyone in the USA ought to present these facts to their Members of Congress and State Legislators and ask for explanations. If enough people did that, maybe—just maybe—something could happen to change the course of our intended history. I hope and pray it’s not too late.
