On Thursday a New York jury decided it’s OK for the federal government to steal a Manhattan office tower.
According to acting US Attorney Joon H. Kim, the Alavi Foundation and Assa Corporation who jointly own the Piaget Building on Fifth Avenue are guilty of money laundering and violating sanctions imposed on Iran. The building is valued at between $500 and $700 million.
“For over a decade, hiding in plain sight, this 36-story Manhattan office tower secretly served as a front for the Iranian government and as a gateway for millions of dollars to be funneled to Iran in clear violation of U.S. sanctions laws,” Kim said.
The Justice Department said the verdict “allows for substantial recovery for victims of Iran-sponsored terrorism.”
If Trump and his Justice Department were sincerely interested in compensating the victims of terrorism, they’d have a jury decide against Saudi Arabia. Following the United States and Israel, Saudi Arabia is the largest sponsor of terrorism not only in the Middle East but internationally. Osama bin Laden was a Saudi. Most large terror attacks are carried out by Sunni Wahhabi fanatics. Saudi Arabia has supported al-Qaeda, al-Nusra, the Islamic State, and dozens of other violent and fanatical Wahhabi groups.
Ever since the 1979 Islamic revolution in Iran, the United States has been at war with the country. It imposed sanctions on Iran after the revolution and expanded them in 1995 to prevent companies from working with the Iranian government. From the start, the United States crippled Iran by targeting investments in oil, gas, petrochemicals, and refined petroleum products.
The P5+1 agreement was set to lift many sanctions but Trump inserted himself in the process and demanded a hardline stance against Iran. Trump campaigned against the nuclear deal with Iran. His Defense Secretary is a staunch anti-Iran activist.
Of course, when it comes to favored transnational corporations, it’s business as usual. In May, the Chief Executive Officer of Boeing Dennis Muilenburg said a $16.6 billion deal to sell 80 airplanes to Iran Air was on track despite Goldman Sachs Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin announcing a review of licenses for the sale of commercial aircraft to Iran.
Only the state can steal skyscrapers and get away with it. During war nearly everything is doable, from killing thousands to starving populations and grabbing vast swaths of real estate and property. A consensus is gained through fear and propaganda. The parasitical instinct of the state is unrivaled.

Isn’t refusing to allow a Rothschild central bank to rob your people and leave them broke enough? Those poor poor bankers must get their way, or they throw a fit and start a war.
Problem with this narrative, Jas, is Iran has been very cooperative and on good terms with BIS the past several years. The reality is Iran has been moving that general direction for decades working closely with IMF and UN for decades.
BIS committee members are ensconced in Iran’s Central Bank to help it get up to speed on Basel II regulations. BIS is advising Iran to complete the privatization of the remaining state controlled banks (about half-way there now). Earlier this year, an Iranian Central Bank spokesperson wrote a piece for Financial Times explaining BIS and the US are knowingly allowing Iran to do end runs around sanctions involving banking restrictions.

Yes, I was aware of his CIA connections. The intelligence services literally run the governments for the banking/drug families. Not sure if the CIA, who did the 1953 replacement of the government, controlled the 1979 replacement government at the top or not. He may have been put there, or he may have switched and sided with the people. I agree, all the world’s a stage, they put in place their actors, in high positions on both sides, so there is always ‘opposition’ to fight and use as an excuse to control the people. The biggest single thing I can point to is the lack of a Rothschild central bank and the US dollar.
After digging into the BIS ‘universe’, which is essentially ensuring uniform compliance with their settlements system, I am beginning to understand national central banks aren’t “owned” by BIS / Rothschild, they are tied to it at different levels. That means Iran’s central bank is a quasi or junior BIS central bank on a path to full compliance. Akin to the Borg doing a steady assimilation of the world. Carroll Quigley said BIS was the main tool to achieve world govt. Scary for its stealth.
We know the global elite want to dismantle the dollar reserve system at this time. Which is the reason last year the IMF added the yuan to the SDR. Lots of balls up in the air juggling all of this to create the NWO.

Just the connections to the Vatican. Over the last decade, the US Government has sued in Federal Court Chase Bank, Wachovia/Wells Fargo, HSBC, CITI Group, for laundering $1.2 trillion dollars of Drug Cartel monies through their banking systems.
The lifeblood and existence of drug cartels is sustained through their profits. Without their money they will collapse overnight.
But, our government negotiated with these criminals banks that if they pay restitution, (a fraction of the hundreds of billions they made in profits from money laundering), and they promise not to do it again and that they behave for a one year probationary period than all is forgiven; Nobody went to jail.
Did they learn their lesson? CITI Group bought a bank called Banamex which was just shut down for laundering hundreds of millions of drug cartel money. Just as before,”No” jail time for anyone just another fine.
