Part 2: What’s At Stake With the Proposed CDC Rulemaking That Has An Open Comment Period Until October 14, 2016?

This is Edition No.  2 of “What’s at stake with the proposed CDC Rulemaking” in which I want to prompt readers that the comment period for the totally outrageous ‘rules’ the CDC has published in the Federal Register for U.S. citizens and immigrants regarding health and its care; forced healthcare; forced vaccinations; and quarantines, etc. expires Friday, October 14, 2016.

To understand what’s at stake, I discuss along with Dr Rima Laibow, MD, Medical Director of the Natural Solutions Foundation, Ralph Fucetola, JD, Legal Counsel for the NSF, and Larry Becraft, Esq., attorney extraordinaire in such matters, the power-grab the CDC is going after—a “dragnet”, in essence, rulemaking—in this 34-minute video that you, hopefully, will listen to in order to understand why you need to file your comment.

Furthermore, consider this taken from the published rulemaking:

CDC may enter into an agreement with an individual, upon such terms as the CDC considers to be reasonably necessary, indicating that the individual consents to any of the public health measures authorized under this part, including quarantine, isolation, conditional release, medical examination, hospitalization, vaccination, and treatment: provided that the individual’s consent shall not be considered as a prerequisite to any exercise of any authority under this part. [CJF emphasis added]

Dr Rima Laibow, MD, asks these questions, which you ought to consider seriously:

WHAT IF THE GOVERNMENT:

• Made all the medical decisions for you and your family
• Could take your children away if you asked questions or did not give every dose of medication
• Forced drugs on your kids and you
• Decided you were a kidney donor -whether you liked it or not
• Compelled you to give blood when they needed it, not when you decided to
• Controlled your diet to control your blood sugar, cholesterol, inflammation, etc.
• Forced you to take part in a drug or vaccine trial even though you did not want to (as actually    recommended by the American Medical Association!)

Now that you understand what’s going on, do you like it? 

Are you in agreement with the CDC’s plans to control your life, health and access to healthcare in such a totalitarian manner?  If not, then now is the time to send your comment to the CDC to tell them what you think. 

However, you must do that by Friday, October 14, 2016 and you must make that comment using the CDC’s website for that comment available HERE.

If concerned healthcare consumers are to get the CDC’s attention on this proposed fascist-like rulemaking—a prized one for total healthcare controls—we need at least a million comments made to that CDC comment website HERE.

As of September 29, there were only 7,134 comments filed.  As of September 27^th, there were 5,161 comments filed.  We need to get a million comments into the CDC if we want to get their attention about their mandates to take away our rights to our bodies, health and Informed Consent.

With only 15 days remaining to file your comment, or probably regret not having done so, please engage in keeping federal government agencies working for sane, constitutional and compassionate healthcare for consumers, not totalitarian seize-and-control methods with no recourse at law.
