DEA Plays Dumb After Eviscerating Criticism of Kratom Ban: Kratom March is September 13

Kratom DEABy Cassius Kamarampi and Brandon Turbeville

The DEA extended its authority far past what this weary public will tolerate.

Trying to ban kratom is a futile death knell of the drug war, futile if only we continue standing up and flexing our rights.

Public outcry, an unrelenting bombardment of opposition is here to set the record straight: kratom cannot be overdosed on, is relatively innocuous and it is our natural right to consume kratom if we please. It hasn’t worked well for government, using force to try and stop people from ingesting substances in this drug war. We would clearly be foolish to continue tolerating this.

It looks like our efforts are already paying off: perhaps shocked by the uproar, DEA spokesman Melvin Patterson said “Shame on everyone who wasn’t researching it before. Now you start hearing the stories about how it’s benefiting someone suffering from arthritis.”

“If someone can find a medical use by it, by all means, we’re in favor of it,” he continued.

We already understand the medicinal value of kratom or lack thereof, and we’re fully capable of figuring that out for ourselves, DEA.

To see the full perspective, just look at what the FDA, DEA, and their armed agents do to people who produce natural supplements and nutritious, innocuous products: they crack down on them with thuggish, ruthless force to squeeze them out of business.

Knowing the true function of these agencies is essential. They exist to suppress the business that is in competition with the interests that corrupt the government, to do things that just don’t benefit the people ever, under an authoritarian guise of protecting the public.

Knowing about the DEA’s criminal history will put things in their proper perspective. This documentary puts the FDA’s criminal history in perspective.

Why is B17 illegal? Why is Ephedra illegal? Both supplements have been banned by a regulatory agency gone out of control for the purposes of propping up Big Pharma under the guise of protecting human health.

The truth is that the ban of these natural supplements has more to do with the gradual advance being made by the pharmaceutical industry via their corrupt and hired mercenaries in the FDA, USDA, and DEA.

If B17, a substance known to be effective in curing some cancers were allowed to become ubiquitous with the general public in full knowledge of its potential, Big Pharma’s stepchild known as Big Cancer would lose millions in revenue and see its gangrenous hands begin to lose their grip on the cancer treatment industry.

Now how do we flex our rights and really make sure kratom is not illegalized in the United States? All we need is some careful strategy and discipline to act on it.

A march is already being organized on September 13th, centered in Washington, D.C. A Facebook page made for the protest can be found here.

What You Can And Need To Do:

1.) Support the American Kratom Association in their upcoming legal battle for civil liberties and health freedom. http://www.americankratom.org/

From the AKA:

“After talking with some high level D.C. political folks who put out some feelers for us today, I do have a glimmer of hope that we can challenge this. It’s a glimmer but it’s there, shining through all my pain and devastation. Are you ready to RAGE with us???

Please donate so that we can hire a well connected, experienced attorney in DEA matters, a federal lobbying firm AND a public relations firm. All 3 will be needed for us to have a chance. Plus all the great grassroots work that’s already been started. We will have a more formal plan of action together shortly.

Www.americankratom.org/donate. *Or if the site happens to be down (we’ve created problems for our host today due to the amount of traffic ?), PayPal to akratomassociation@gmail.com”

Write to local newspapers and contact your local news media. Preferred angle for local outlets is that the DEA is attempting to ban a substance that reduces drug use and is incredibly safe.

5.) Act as a liaison between pro-Kratom organizations, anti drug war organizations, and pro-legalization organizations as well as groups that simply support individual choice in order to create a united front against this latest move by the DEA.

Please share this with as many people as absolutely possible.

  1. Have a demonstration in front of DEA headquarters just smoking and consuming all kinds of plants. From lawn grass to sidewalk and backyard weeds. Leave the DEA in a tizzy. They can’t ban everything.

  2. What, did the DEA run out of Amish farmers to terrorize this week? Slow week at the unpasteurized milk farms? No organic farms to raid and round up the customers? Oh well, maybe in the fall things will pick up. By the way, how ridiculous do the turds in the DEA costumes in the cover photo look? Reminds me of when we were kids of 8 or 9 yrs old trying real hard to play army.

    • My thoughts exactly!…psychometrically ‘selected’/ secret low self esteem/ (mandatory) low I.Q.- junkyard dog ‘Kontrol-freak’ / Orc morons…with Mossad-trained & applied Kontrol techniques encouraging unbridled aggression directed at their fellow countrymen……distilled down to simply being rabid Praetorian Guards for the 0.01%…’unfuknbeeeleeevable’ hubris & dual-citizen chutzpah!… created incrementally by the zionist neocons that hijacked the Federal Gov’t in a silent coup…..ever since the music died on 9-11….(imo)

  3. I don’t want to live in a country that treats its citizens like criminals for trying to manage their pain in a healthy way. Chuck Rosenberg is a true sociopath along with his Big Pharma buddies. This is unbelievable.

  4. The War on Drugs is also to supply corporations with cheap labor – my brother has a farm and a nearby Tyson chicken processing plant uses inmate labor for factory workers. People busted for drugs will often times be given the option of serving in the military meat grinder instead of doing time in a prison. It is all wrong on so many levels. I recall that fat pig, boss hog Haley Barbour was called out for using prison labor at the government mansion. So the daughter of the “President” is caught on camera smoking a joint and gets a pass, while some kid in the projects gets busted and he’s thrown into the Prison Industrial Complex – maybe the kid will get a pass if he shines Haley Barbour’s shoes. Let’s not forget our government traffics drugs to fund their black ops – one of the reason’s we’re in Afghanistan is to protect poppy farming for heroin production, and of course the government will then mandate drug testing to counter the problem they created. Really sick of these scumbags.

Instead of being an organization to serve the people, the government has become a criminal mafia designed to serve corporations and the elitists oligarchs – it is now designed to oppress the People – it is irrelevant, it has lost all legitimacy in the eyes of the public.

    • Starve the beast indeed, the sooner the better!

    • Well said…
We scream from the same hymn book.

    • You seem like you’re smart and you have things to say. Can I just recommend line breaks?

You have a very important point, though. Inmate labor is the new slavery. It is one of the sickest, most broken things about our society. A government with an incentive to imprison people for it’s own sake is a scary thing.

Here’s a thought: extreme prison sentences and mandatory minimums are one of the most anti-police policies a society could have. Police have been killed by criminals facing a third strike; criminals who didn’t kill any cops the first two times. If you support law and order, you must support sentencing and penal reform.

  5. Of course contacting these people whose contact info is given in the article will help the problem of runaway government treating us like slaves. Yes, surely THIS TIME WE CONTACT THEM will be different. They will care what we think, how we feel about the matter. And because they will care this time we contact them about something that we find intolerable, they will take corrective action and restore to the people things they stole to begin with. *taking off rose-colored glasses now…*

You’re an idiot IF YOU THINK contacting them via email, snail mail, phone call, text msg, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, or group hug rally is anything other than wasting your time. Not only that, but you really have no idea who you are dealing with if you think “contacting them” would be effective. Time waster ‘solution’ tried a gabillion times in the past. “WRITE YER CONGRESSMAN! pthbbt!

  6. What would T. Jefferson do for us? We have brilliant minds who speak out everyday from the common man ranks, quite often in comment sections of various places like this one. Who listens to them? None, they just get mocked and ridiculed by the faceless morons of cyberspace. Who would listen to Jefferson today were he to be instantly presented? None, he would just be mocked and ridiculed by the SJW’s and other liberal progressive miscreants whose function is useful idiot.

You do not need Thomas Jefferson, Hugh. Be your own hero. That is how it is supposed to work. Be the change you wish to see in the world and practice self-ownership.

  7. Companies have been trying to patent the ingredients of Kratom going back to 1964. This is a quick attempt to ban something while keeping it legal status in places like Canada where the drug companies manufacture most of their pills. The best thing to happen now is for everyone to get educated on this simple tree leaf that has the ability to ween addicts off opiates, curb alcohol cravings, strengthen teeth, help deal with allergies, help people with mobility issues and more.

  8. Agreed. Their job was supposed to fight clandestine drug cartels in other countries. Since they’ve gotten their butts kicked I guess the only thing left for them to do is bully the citizens that pay their weekly checks.

  9. Send Big Pharma the bill for this year’s FDA/DEA budgets.

  10. This is a simple leaf from a tree that has given people with pain and mobility issues the ability to be active participants in society without being doped up on heavy pharmaceuticals. Sadly it’s being grouped in with the flavor of the month synthetics that are found in head shops and gas stations.

  11. And take Homeland Insecurity with them!!!

  12. B17 and Kratom have are a cheap cancer cure or even proactive health.
Of course they are banned, wouldn’t want all that gmo and vaccine injection to go to waste.

  13. I know of a kratom alternate. It’s a mix of plants that each supply a similar feeling that is similar to kratom. I hope they don’t ban and I’m glad to see people marching at w house but I’m working on a alternate because I because don’t see the ban being lifted. Ms sage me for more info twozeroninesixtwozerosixsevensixseven

  14. Tom’s out back gettin things ready.

  15. So drive up to Canada, purchase a year supply of Kratom and drive back across the border. In a year’s time, it will be legal again from the fight.

  16. Good to hear we’re making headway against this ban. I still took precautionary action though. Ordered three kilograms from a bulk shipment site. Now I’m stocked for over a year.

  17. Their conspiracy needs to be exposed. Why is it that they only banned Mitragynine and Hydroxymitragynine? What about Pseudoindoxyl Mitragynine, a semi synthetic compound resulting from oxidation of Mitragynine? There is record of it all the back to 2004. They don’t want to schedule the template of their Mitragynine analog pharmaceutical drug that will be coming out. That’s why. I expect to see a new drug with Methylindoxyl Mitragynine as the main component.

  18. “Prohibition… goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it
attempts to control a man’s appetite by legislation and makes a crime
out of things that are not crimes… A prohibition law strikes a blow at
the very principles upon which our government was founded.”

    Abraham Lincoln
