Chicago “Black Site” Suggests America Has Passed the Point of No Return

This past week, the creepy “Homan Square” detention facility was revealed to the public, and the story has been trending heavily throughout the alternative media. Firstperson accounts of suspects being whisked away to the secret building without any official record of their whereabouts, with no access to a lawyer, while being subjected brutal interrogations, sounds like something you’d hear about from some 3rd world dictatorship.

But, unfortunately, it’s happening right here in America as we speak. And if this facility existed for so long without the public’s knowledge, that begs the question: are there any more of these police run “black sites” that we don’t know about?

Obviously, this doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence for America’s future. If they can get away with this today, what will they try tomorrow? I don’t think any sane American thinks this will set a good precedent.

But, more importantly, if you look at Homan Square from a historical perspective, the implications of its existence are far more gut wrenching. Most despotic regimes utilize a wide variety of terror tactics to keep their people in line, but the ability to make someone disappear (which is exactly what this facility is capable of) is the most effective.

Why? Because it preys upon two of the most prolific human fears.

First of all, there is our inherent fear of the unknown. When someone disappears without a trace, our imaginations will eventually concoct the worst possible explanation. And without knowing exactly how it happened, we have to accept the possibility that it could happen to us as well, and there is no way to stop it. So if your government is capable of this, then you have every reason to follow the rules and stay in line. You never know when you might be next.

Which brings me to the second fear. It preys upon our fear of other people. There are plenty of phobias that humans are capable of, but nothing is more terrifying than what your fellow humans might do to you when nothing can stop them. Snakes can bite you, bears can eat you, and water can drown you, but only your fellow humans are capable of torturing you, and only your fellow humans know what will hurt you the most. Combine that with the fear of the unknown, and you now have the most effective method of terror and control.

But there’s also a third factor that makes this tactic so effective. Most people don’t know it, because only those who have been “disappeared,” know the awful truth.

For a better explanation, I’d like cite one of the most underrated historians of our time, Dan Carlin. If you’re a history buff and you’ve never heard of him, you don’t know what you’re missing. He doesn’t just know what he’s talking about, he knows how to relate history to you personally.

In this short video, he explains why the Nazis and Soviets were able to convince millions of people to enslave and murder their countrymen. When we think of the Nazis, we often believe their control was fostered by their propaganda efforts, but that was only one small piece of the puzzle. In reality, their grip on the population was built on their ability to make people disappear.

Keep that in mind when you read about Homan Square. If that place is an isolated incident, there may still be time to stop these secret facilities before they usher in a new age of terror. But if there are already dozens of these “Homan Squares” out there that we don’t know about, and they’re just getting warmed up, we may have passed the point of no return. If we ever become a country where everyone is afraid of disappearing for the slightest reason, then we are on the fast track to the kind of goose-stepping tyranny that we’ve only read about.

Considering, black-sites follow the NDAA 2011 as well as involuntary psychiatric inpatient suspension of the Bill of Rights. It’s not the only one, and I seem to recall an alternative outlet documentary contending with black-sites some years before NDAA came into the picture.
From a ‘efficiency’ perspective cupped with lobbying and seizing power and control, those sites would be operable before the legislation codified it.

Per the video: This isn’t what is going on in the United States, though. I sit in close quarters with many people at work. For 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I get to know these people and I can honestly say I fear for those who are seriously not violent or psycho. None of them care an iota for anyone else but themselves, most are very unhealthy (most suffer from gluttony) individuals and are only in their 20s and 30s for the most part. The way they talk, they don’t have any qualms about dropping bombs on people overseas or killing people themselves, which they brag that they would do for the “right amount of money”. One guy, with hispanic origins in Mexico, says his aunt works for the NSA and its ok to spy on anybody. It’s not only this place of work but other places with similar values.

I believe the U.S. that many of us believed in was a fiction or it was lost already. I don’t think the people I spoke of above will need any kind of coercion or threats by the Gov to do the dirty work. I think many will step up to the plate gladly. That is why I am seeking to move out of U.S. I don’t want to grow old here, with this kind of mentality.

One such site is too many (even an allegedly “municipal” one), but by the time the existence of federal domestic “black-site”/disappearance facilities becomes a matter of common knowledge, it’s likely that they’ll already have enough to suit their logistical needs. Tyrants don’t mind being identified as such, provided you cower and obey. Allowing the info to go public means that they intend to use your fear of them to shut you up.

The question is: will you let it? If you do, we’ve already entered the next phase of growing tyranny, and you may as well forget your allies, as they will need to do the same for you. Tell your family and friends what you decide.

Might not the slaves, struggling to survive the collapse of this dishonest “money” system, be willing to put forth the effort to understand (and undo) the financial/legal trickery used to enslave them? What? Oh … never mind ….

      • Hp B

I guess it’s possible if societal stalwarts and guiding lights such as Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian, Pussy Riot and Bilbo Baggins leads the way..

(one of the above is not a real person)

Load it up with politicians and law enforcement, feed them top ramen and make them wonder if they’ll ever see light of day again. Monsters who must be put down like rabid skunks.

    • Billy Singleton

And if they view you as the monster, are they justified in doing the same? There should be a standard of morality and justice that isn’t crossed, regardless. Hold trial, prove their guilt, and then punish them accordingly. The Nuremberg mob justice style courts or lynchings are more for revenge than justice.

      • ctwatcher

I have no power to be a monster. Just a heart and soul and morals. Something they have never had and never will. No worries, the people of USA are drugged by pig pharma, all being good little sheep…for now.

I’ve said it again and again that we must fight back- Wait, there’s a knock at the door……………………………………………………………………

Yeah, that was a good one, wasn’t it? And Bush delivered that line without the slightest hint of irony.
