Omaha...This guy is not a dreamer. This guy is a crackpot and/or a scammer. If you think a couple of PC boards with some traces shaped like Koch curves is going to red-shift anything, I have some swamp property to sell you. The lack of knowledge of the majority of the population about most everything is astounding. Of course this is not an accident but that is another story.
BTW, the Koch who discovered the snowflake shaped fractal was a mathematician and not Chuck or David. I am sure however they would be proud of him.

In a relatively short time, the Roberts Court has produced more facile, ill considered, ridiculous, unworkable decisions than any prior US Supreme Court. Considering some of the outrageous decisions made by the COurt over the years, that's really quite a remarkable achievement - though hardly one to be proud of.
The corrupt elite will do anything to stay in power and they have many ways of targeting the public who come after them. If you haven't heard of organized stalking you really should look it up. It's a covert

refuse? pigs get around a refusal by bringing in a dog (aka warrant on a leash). then they lie and claim the dog indicated the presence of contraband. this gets them around 4th amendment and the search begins. i personally had this happen to me. i refused to have my vehicle searched, citing 4th amendment. pigs laughed in my face and called in the k-9 unit. k-9 gave NO indication of anything so pigs just lied and said it had. they found no contraband but seized my vehicle and $12,000 cash anyway. i wasn't even cited for a traffic violation. so refuse all u want. makes no difference to pigs. they will just laugh in your face and bring in their warrant-on-a-leash. they know the courts will back them up. the USA is no more.

The Supreme Court meant to say that to overturn would require first that law enforcement know the law, second, that they know how to enforce the law. third that they obey the law, and finally they would have to suffer the same consequences of ignorance of the law.
I do believe that the Constitution has this covered under the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. The Supreme Court ruling directly and openly violates this amendment and is therefore unconstitutional and non binding on the citizenry because it is clearly repugnant to the Constitution. Once again this ruling is ample grounds for impeachment.

Our rights are being eroded little by

past 5 years. This is set up to make all of us citizens potential

The Canadian Conservatives say my Canadian-born son who happens to have a developmental disability and who because of lack of 'requisite mental capacity' and not understanding the concept of citizenship cannot renounce his automatically-obtained by birth to me US-defined US citizenship. I say that he is a Canadian-born CANADIAN only! He has never lived in the US; has never had any benefit from the US -- but because of the Canadian Registered Disability Savings Plan account I hold for his future needs (when I am gone), I have paid the US $US 3,661 in taxes not covered by the Canada/US Tax Treaty. I have also spent over $42,000 in fees to US tax and immigration/nationality lawyers and US tax accountants to become compliant with US tax and reporting -- even though I was informed by the US Consulate in Calgary when I became a Canadian citizen in 1975 that I would be losing my US citizenship. What a foolhardy venture -- any North American integration. Best learn some human rights history of the USA first.
This whole "Internal Affairs" thing is a TV/Hollywood myth. It's cops investigating cops. Not only have we seen how that plays out across the US, we've seen how it plays out in supposedly impartial courts of law, with judges making final decisions. It's utter nonsense.
Perfectly innocent citizens get put in prison based on clearly biased, obvious, and known-to-be false testimony by cops, per "impartial" judges' decisions, every day of the week.
Turn off your television sets, people. Start paying attention to the actualities of our "justice system." The first part of the two-word phrase is an honorary title, the second part is the unfortunate reality. Once you're in the "system" (which may begin with a no-knock at your door, an illegal street stop-and-frisk, or a "routine traffic stop"), your chances for "just" treatment within the system drop to near-zero.
