NYPD Aiming to Stop the Public Finding Out About Crimes

New York has 77 police precincts and all of them have been told to stop providing the media with details of local crimes that take place.

Starting January, all media requests for information have to go through the Deputy Commission For Public Information (DCPI).

They probably don't want people to know that the police are more or less a criminal organisation, how they hire psychopathic criminals and because of this need to keep operations on the QT. I have no time for the police as one half of them don't even know the laws or legislation they're upholding they are robotic insecure idiots that don't realise that their actions also come at a cost....

I disagree. They are probably trying to keep the media from flying off the handle without all the information. Someone hears about an auto accident and then just goes with it, sometimes blowing it out of proportion, only to find out it was a fender bender. I think it is a good idea the police want to filter the information. They are not withholding it, they are just making sure it comes through one clear and distinct source.

The Militarization of police forces goes way beyond the big boys toys of black uniforms and armored choppers drones and vehicles.
the "Command and Control Centers of military are now the power structure and also the ranking of its personnel as well.
T he supply infrastructures have been undergoing massive revisions and if you wonder why billions bought Homeland f2f Security as distribution centers.

.... ( note Google's insertion of f2f) ; what a lousy bunch of turncoat awards they are and now they censor gmail by knocking some sites automatically into spam or offering bins.
Now back to unreal world of cops and we the serf and surfs.
the replication of a homeland military just as large or larger than our standing military is being accomplished.
Military base news items, even local military units history or current affairs no matterhow trivial have a communication center to see if copy fit for release.
Not surprised there are still dumb as rocks and political shills defending every move cops make.
No matter the criminality of the nation, there are always those who help it exist; Why that is ,who knows what shorts lurk within their brains.

There is a "stated goal " by the military of removing the active military from all contacts outside of military's physical, mental and social circles. except by special y trained cadre that directs civilian outreach programs.

Leaner meaner police force is more efficient but like military so o its duty becomes purely unit "first and the uniform on down until almost as an apology; "And Oh Yes we almost forgot" to Protect and Serve."
Massive bucks being spent to make every military installation as units that can exist as stand alone fully functional city's.
huge new corporate present nice from subway to corporate sport s and auto dealership offices within military's own credit unions.
Beautiful new family housing and grade schools with family parks and enlisted bachelor quarters that appear as mini company nods .
a controlled and tightly monitored cable and tv or pc along with phones all Tele commonwealth watched over by brothers in arms.
Special slots in nearby charter schools and private corps on has schools.
special held open slots at off base colleges foe extra spousal class needs .
special slots for jobs in state county city and state fed for non active spouses.
