Public Schools Add Isolation "Cells" with CCTV Despite It Being Outlawed

As of Sept. 1, it became illegal for schools in Oregon to have a "seclusion cell" on campus, but one Portland school is adding an isolation room.

We never needed anything like this ; why is it needed now? Could it be all the kids on meds, lack of funding for trained teachers and programs for disabled/difficult kids, or indoctrination for the private prison system? Yet another reason for home schooling.

RESTRAINTS were used how many times??? What, cuffs? Plastic ties? If you need to resort to that then you might as well call the police.
