Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) sent a sharply worded letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder on Friday questioning the Department of Justice's prosecution of Internet activist Aaron Swartz, who was found dead of a suspected suicide last week after fighting federal hacking charges for two years.

Oh yay, scumbag senator from Texas, Jon Cornyn is here to rescue liberty! How about an investigation into Swartz's death, which his dad, at his funeral said was DONE BY THE GOVERNMENT.

Honestly, Cornyn doesn't seem like that much of a scumbag.
And it seems like a bit of a stretch to assume that the government killed Swartz. I mean, they just turned him into a martyr. There are already charities and foundations springing up to help his cause.
