Holy cow. That was funny! But unfortunately appropriate. I agree, Assange should have won instead of the EU. The fact that Assange is still on the run for his life says everything. Let's not give the Prize to the guy who fights for the TRUTH! Let's give it to the despots who want to hang him!! Sick assed bastards.
I was thinking lately. Since free speech is killed off by both the corporate fascists and the president's war on the us constitution, perhaps it's now time to target abc, cbs, fox, pbs, nbc for the same game. I don't want to hear it about free speech anymore, the oath breakers have won, we might as well win somewhere else, and that's by tying their hands and gagging their mouths.
It would be nice to hear the news that the local news tv van has four flat tires--every day. Or that their satellite doesn't work. Or water in the gas lines. So much fun for getting even, so much time now that we are all unemployed and homeless.
Hope doesn't really start disappearing for you until you start seeing your loved ones die around you. Then it get's real. Prepare yourselves, my time might be today, and they may fuck me over worse, but your time is next.
