Judge John Rooke the Associate Chief Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench in Canada has promised to destroy the "Free Man on the Land Movement. In a newly released court decision John Rooke analyzes the movement, which he refers to as “organized pseudolegal commercial argument” or OPCA litigants.
His 185-page analysis of their arguments was posted on the Alberta Justice court website on Thursday. This same judge was in the news not too long ago when he called a rape victim “stupid” during the sentencing of the man who raped her. He then went ahead and only sentenced the rapist to 3 1/2 years in prison.

According to the nationalistic folklore put forward by the courts, people are only ruled because they consent to being ruled, so many of these people are withdrawing their consent from the system.

As much of a great concept as this as, and as much as everyone should be encouraged to pursue this lifestyle, there is one fatal flaw in this approach that must be remembered. That flaw is that the whole system is a fraud to begin with, and the system will bend to the whims of authority regardless of what has been written into law previously. It is this flaw, that may begin to cause complications for those in Canada who have declared their Independence.
In the document released this week the Judge said that: “These persons employ a collection of techniques and arguments promoted and sold by ‘gurus’ to disrupt court operations and to attempt to frustrate the legal rights of governments, corporations and individuals. The persons who advance these schemes, and particularly those who market and sell these concepts as commercial products, are parasites that must be stopped"
It it unbelievably ironic for a judge to say that an individual who claims sovereignty over themselves is a parasite, when that is the very essence of a bureaucrats existence. The judge has also accused these people of "clogging up the system" with paperwork and court dates, however, they are merely following the legal code to a tee without taking all of the deals and settlements that have been put into place to keep up with the incredible volume of cased that are coming through the system.
It is still too soon to tell how this ruling will effect legal cases for those who have claimed their independence, but due to the legal systems subjective concept of law it is highly possible that the law will be restructured to favor those in authority.

Do they have jury nulification in Canada?
Jury Nullification is everywhere... If the Jury doesn't agree with the Prosecution, 'NOT GUILTY" regardless where you're at.... regardless of the evidence, the Law, the Judge... The Jury is the last line of defense before Civil War... All Juries must vote their minds....

Pretty good article. Hits on some relevant points.
I have read through Rooke's analysis. The problem is- Most of what he brings up is correct.(Most of it is from Queens Bench Courts) Largely through lack of and mis- information many court proceedings have been badly butchered. No Fault of the free-men,-- they knew something was up but had to learn through trial and error. Bar none the arguments of Dean Clifford are accurate and DO WORK.
We are presumed to be -'acting as or agents of the government of Canada' Through our 'title'. Article 52 and 32 or the criminal code of Canada is all you need.
The problem with many of Rooke's examples is that freemen tried to apply the argument in Queens Bench(Injured Party) These arguments do not work when there is an injured party.
The fact that this judge felt the need to make up a 180 page document that largely uses personal attack and slander as a defense should be evidence enough that people are on to something. If non of these arguments had any merit why would they need to 'crack' down on these 'evil' people. Same as calling someone a 'tin hat' wearer for listing the true facts of 911. Don't attack the facts simple call the person crazy and use the word 'conspiracy' enough and the facts will be forgotten. There can't be any Freeman in the land of British Slavery and where even water doesn't belong to the citizens. I think the word "free" should be banned out of our vocabulary in any combination of phrases.

They are very smart and well organized group of crooks who know exactly what they are doing, why they are doing this and what the consequences will be. They employ name calling and labeling like tin hats or conspiracy theorist knowing that the crowd, which was trained for many generations by loughs behind the screen in sitcoms, is going to react to such key words appropriately. With loughs. Until of course the crowd find itself looted, unemployed, broke and no food to eat. At that time it’ll be too late to discuss anything.
this is a really bad move for this judge, why bring attention to it? he's only helping the movement, people are going to dissect this report and find out new things that will only help us along the path. thanks judge!

This judge needs to de-bonded to understand just how real this movement really is. After that he will be in the unemployment line and collecting bread.

I see all kinds of comments on this article from various sources.. Some people saying theres no way a layman can understand the freeman's approach so it's not a viable approach.. Well, do they understand all the legalese of the courts? I'm sorry if they don't have the capacity to understand the very simple concepts of some of the teachings.. But ignorance is no excuse.
Yes they are panicking alright. This Judge is in a delusional state of fear right now. Nice to see the freedom movement having some impact on the courts. Its all reasonable apprehension of bias in these courts anyways. They never let you get a word out to state your case even when you have them pinned down with valid legal arguments and equitable remedies and all submitted paperwork necessary to form a lawful case and standing. What I find interesting is that the Judges are just shooting themselves in the feet and are dragging their next of kin into this whole scenario by denying people to come forth and literally solve the problems that the government has introduced into society. They dont want the problems solved, it is self evident. Just loonacy on the part of the legal system. They are the ones that need to be sent to the loony bin. People cannot be interchanges with "persons" as applied in the legal arena - a fiction.
If on is forced to appear in court, one can submit in writing or say befor the court:

I am that I am, a Man, the Administrator/ Executor of the legal corporate named entity so cited on the docket.
God created Man, thereby giving Man superior jurisdiction over what he created - govt. and of course what govt. has created.
What man has created are TRUSTEES to do as instructed by Man, providing man has done no HARM. We, as men/women only sign for the legal corporate name, but are not that name - the fiction. Courts, being a fiction can only deal with other fictions, NOT with the real life of blood, skin, bone and congnitive thought - Oil and Water do not mix.
BUT, if we answer to the name before the Judge, then the Judge can and does assume we agree to be the fictional named called and he can have his way with us - to serve the Court's purpose.
This is the jist of what must be understood before we advance to give a Declaration of our position along with a Schedule of Fees for govt. and its agents interfeering into our lives without due cause.
From there, if Man appears, he then can issue the Judge an Order (instruction) for his signature in compliance with the Schedule of Fees previously filed. Such "must" be filed prior to any incident happening with the law!

We should go through a paradigm shift regarding politics in general. Human reality is always organized lies, operating organized robbery. The established system have become a runaway because they are too successful at backing up their lies with violence, while the opposition tends to be most reactionary revolutionaries, who do good historical analysis, then collapse back to false fundamental dichotomies and impossible ideals, when it comes to solutions.
The realities are ALWAYS that governments are the best organized gangs of criminals, and that behind the territorial gangsters running countries, there is the supreme organized criminals, the international bankers, who are the biggest gangsters, the banksters. However, real solutions are NOT going backwards to any old-fashioned ideology or religions. Real solutions are to attempt better balancing of the dynamic equlibria between the organized systems of lies, operating organized robbery.
There should be a better arms race between the different groups, in the sense of fighting bullshit with bullshit, and attempting to rebalance the rates of social robberies.

Wow.. I really like this stuff! I have been promoting but didn't know enough. What I have found thought, is that a lot of peeps are waking up although the majority are still pathetically asleep.
But we are definitely making progress and the day of reckoning will come.
