In an extraordinary interview a member of the Free Syrian Army has cheerfully admitted to summarily executing a gravely injured man, accused without trial of being a Shabiha militia sniper loyal to Bashar al-Assad.
Yaman Hamoud - an assistant in a Dubai GAP clothing store before his return home to Aleppo to take up arms against the Syrian government - recounts how his squad arrested an injured man "disguised as a woman", who had approached their checkpoint after mistaking it for a government-held post.
According to Hamoud, he and his cohorts asked their commander if they could immediately kill the man, but were told to instead take him to hospital for treatment.
Doctors at the hospital said that the man would die of his wounds within a couple of days - but when he didn't, Hamoud's squad commander agreed to the injured man's execution. Hamoud disturbingly recalls how...
"We took him to the graveyard, where there was a hole in the ground,” he said, laughing. His confession was entirely unprompted. “We shot him. He fell."
The leader who authorised the execution is believed to be working for Hajji Mari, the military commander leading the rebels in Aleppo. His men were responsible for recently executing four Shabiha leaders whose brutal killings were filmed and posted on the internet. Mari claimed that the men had been tried by a panel of six judges and found guilty of murder, though the likelihood of a kangaroo court is clearly very high.
It does not appear that the man executed by Yaman Hamoud experienced even the pretence of a kangaroo court.
That Syrian rebels are apparently killing seriously injured men without any kind of due process is unsurprising, however, considering the widely acknowledged fact that many of them are actually allied to Al Qaeda.

The Time Table for the Genocide Lawsuits should be that Turkey and Albania has the Leaders of Terrorism in the Balkans are Charged with their hundreds of years of Genocide As Soon As Possible.
America is to be Charged with Genocide on 7 November 2012, so that no American can say that Serbia interfered in America’s Election.
This is Only on the Condition that America supports Proper Negotiations, and if America goes back on this, then Lodge the Genocide Lawsuit against America.
Germany is to be Charged with Genocide on the day they announce their Federal Election, and Serbia should not work with German Opposition Parties to help them win the next German Election, because they will know what to do.
Britain is to be Charged with Genocide on the day that the Scottish Independence Referendum Campaign begins, and Serbia should not work with Scottish Independence Movement to help them gain Independence, because they will know what to do.
Serbia will have to do their Homework with regards to a good time to Charge France with Genocide, but the examples of Britain and Germany provide a guide, but if they become Serbia’s Puppet, then we all know that there is no Statute of Limitations on Genocide.
Serbia should ask the Serb Republic to Prepare the Paperwork for Genocide Lawsuits against Turkey and Albania, and Present it to Bosnia and Herzegovinian Government.
I have said that I think that Milorad Dodik is a Very High Class Secret Fifth Columnist who is only rarely used at crucial times to mislead the Serbian People.
I formed that opinion of him about after his statements on the News Item here at B 92 on 16 September 2011, concerning the News Item that is Titled: Serbia cannot stop snatching of Kosovo.
It made more sense for them to all the Serbs to go to North Kosovo rather than Serbia proper and have Refugee Tents to show the World the Genocide that the International Community and the Albanians are perpetrating on the Serbian People so that at least North Kosovo could seek Independence.
I suggested that the Autonomous Serb Republic should ask the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina to File a Genocide Lawsuit against Turkey and Albania, and if it is not passed by All the Constitutional Entities, then the Autonomous Serb Republic will not proceed on its own to Violate the Country’s Constitution.
This was in response to the Bosnian Muslim Serbs of Bosnia Herzegovina Violated Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Constitution by Voting to support Al-Qaeda Terrorists against a United Nations Country.
If he is a Patriotic Serb, then he will Prepare the Paperwork, and Present it to Bosnia and Herzegovinian Government.
The reason for doing it this way is because a Corrupt Bribed Court cannot have enough time to Lie to help Britain and Germany with their Referendum and Election.
War crimes are subjective, depending whether or not you're a murderer on the winning side. While the western-supplied arms are used against those Washington doesn't like there are no war crimes...but when the same actions are committed by the same people with the same arms on US soil (and they will be), there will cries of outrage from DC. Since when did anyone in America care about war crimes? I thought it was something we voted for in 2004? Remember Bush won, a war criminal president who boasted of being proud to be a war president. As if he was some kind of Abe Lincoln or George Washington. Then we get the nobel peace prize winning Kenyan starting wars that you have yet to even hear of in countries in the M.E. and Africa. Homeboy drone kills American citizens, including an innocent 16 year old son of a "suspected terrorist" in Yemen. And we have the gall to criticize our CIA backed Al-Queada friends from executing a transvesite sniper who was already half dead? What nonsense!
The greatest criminals and serial killers ever to walk on earth will never be condemned or bothered, BEING : BushCheneyRumsfeldSoros, responsible for the killing and torture of a few millions in Afghanistan,Irak,Pakistan and Soros for promoting and fomenting civil wars in most ex-soviet states, and his OTPOR movement in ex-Yugoslavia.
