As scientists try to deal with some of the most crucial environmental issues of our time, many are embracing the idea of controlling the weather. Some are suggesting that spraying heavy metals in the atmosphere may help reduce global warming.
In recent years, extremely elevated levels of aluminum, barium, strontium and other metallic elements have been found California, Oregon,Washington, Idaho and other regions of the northwestern U.S. and southwestern Canada. Could this be the result of such weather modification that is already taking place? And if so, why haven’t the people who live in these areas been told of such activities?
At the Consciousness Beyond Chemtrails Conference, an impressive roster of concerned citizens will examine the global implications of manipulating the weather. In addition to Roseanne Barr, international bestselling author and GMO expert Jeffrey M. Smith will discuss the alarming increase in genetically engineered foods; and there will also be the world premiere of Michael Murphy’s new film, Why in The World Are They Spraying?

Definitely not my favorite person in the world, but at least she's willing to stand up and say something. We need more people who already have the world's ear to have the same courage.
The subject deserves much more attention than it has come close to receiving. Hopefully this will help.
Here's a little perspective on the matter, maybe:
Observe what the Elite have done with the Western (EU/Amero) economy. Now apply this to the globosphere (Earth). For a glimpse of what that probably implies, see: Chronicles of war & the resulting effects on humanity.
Then apply that to a planet which they think is getting waaay too stuffy for their comfort.
What might be assumed, is that their inclination toward what seems like short-term thinking (e.g. economy), but is really long-term strategy placing the brunt of the burden upon the masses, is a good hint regarding the style in which they are approaching the subject of climate-change.
Is it going to affect us? Probably with all the force that their big plans have previously stricken us, and a whole lot more.
One big thing to keep in mind: The Elite are not at all interested in either maintaining or furthering the present global population. Their system simply cannot hold the weight. So, it's either humanity homogenized to a level that they can tolerate, which essentially destroys all currently familiar values, or it's going to be a little reduction through various "problems".
I always liked Roseanne and I'm glad Chemtrails is being brought to the forefront. It may be too late but it's a start to waking people up to this madness.
They just lost any credit of being a ligitament cause when they brought Roseanne the barbarian trench mouth in. Anything she blesses with her twisted liberal unholy presence should be automatically considered agenda 21 and be given an exercism. She works for obama and his communist demons, and for the life of me, how can anyone give credence to a movie personality that reads others lines and uses those lines to play politics is a complete imbicile. She is a scum bag poluting everything she touches. And Chemtrails just gave away their agenda to the public as another power control money sucking burden on our citizens... of which the communist lover Roseanne is working toward.

Why all the negative emphasis on Roseanne? Everyone bitches and wails that they're called "conspiracy theorists" for trying to get out the truth, then they snarl at people who have the potential to successfully accomplish the task. Since weather is a pretty damned democratic or public thing, I think she has all the right in world to talk about it.
Sometimes I think that if the solution to all-that-ails-us presented itself with glowing chariots and glaring trumpets from the sky, people would start fighting over it and scare it straight away. Then they'd complain that no one is listening.
Some of you folks might want consider that people can change, including people you've previously loathed or admired.
