Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) is today urging Members of Congress to support legislation, H.R. 6290, to prevent future presidents from using the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to circumvent Congress’ constitutional authority to declare war.
“NATO has become a sock puppet to conduct military operations abroad absent congressional authorization, as required by Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution. This practice undermines our Constitution and global security as it allows the president to perpetrate violence without congressional oversight. Congress must fight to regain its basic constitutional right to declare war,” said Kucinich.
H.R. 6290 would prohibit the deployment of a unit or individual of the U.S. Armed Forces or an element of the intelligence community in support of a NATO mission absent prior statutory authorization for such deployment from Congress, as enshrined in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution.
“The North Atlantic Treaty Organization must be reined it. Its actions have moved beyond taking measures in defense of countries to offensive military operations that have threatened to destabilize Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South Asia and other regions around the world. Congress must act to ensure that NATO doesn’t further erode the authority of the United States Congress to determine when and where the use of military force, or when and where the United States military or intelligence services are utilized,” said Kucinich.

This bill is logical, constitutional and what the citizens want. Therefore, it hasn't got a chance of passing.
I think that Serbia, Greece, FYROM, Cyprus and others should File a Lawsuit against the organizing Countries for all of this Albanian Criminality, and that is Al-Qaeda Albania, and its Partner Al-Qaeda Turkey.
A Genocide Lawsuit should also be Filed against Turkey who is Albania’s Historical Partner for Genocide, and while Albania is more in involved in the Balkans than is Turkey, we know that Turkey is responsible for the situation on Cyprus, and we know that these two Countries are Close and Long Time Allies of Germany, even to this day.

Democrat Representative Kucinich wants this because the Democrats know that Americans might need Republican Majorities in Congress and the senate, just in case Obama is re-elected, because what Obama did in Libya is an Impeachable Offence, and it may be the only restraint on Obama is he loses his re-election bid.

Wikipedia says that Bill Clinton was Impeached by the House of Representatives charges of Perjury, of Obstruction of Justice, and there were other Impeachment Articles that the House of Congress did not send to the Senate, and they are a second Charge of Perjury and a charge of Abuse of power.
The charges arose from the Lewinsky Scandal and the Paula Jones Lawsuit, and Clinton was not Impeached for being a part time Husband to Hillary Clinton as the Democrats falsely claimed, but Lying is Standard Procedure and First Nature for the Democrats.
We know that the not even one Democrat Senator Voted to Impeach the White Clinton, and so the Democrats and the Republicans will not Impeach a Coloured President.
What this means is that Obama will be Dictator if he is re-elected, and Democrat Representative Kucinich is probably only Proposing this, because he wants to be re-elected to Congress.
If he and Paul Ryan were True Americans who put the American Constitution above any American without Fear or Favour, they would Bring on a Vote to Impeach Obama, but we wait and see what if they and others do the Right Thing.
Any Legislation that is just for show at Election Time can be undone after the Election, if the Democrats win the Election.
Americans should realize is that if any Person cannot be Impeached; then, it is both foolish and dangerous to have them occupy the Office of President of America.

Kucinich has many good ideas, just like Ron Paul.
But he is still part of the establishment. He is trotted out every now and then to make gullible Democrats believe their party still has some integrity or credible ideas.........they do not.
